Ran from .001 to just a hair under .05. GEQU is definitely further advanced as an all-inclusive financial services company now. Or at least will be with the upcoming aquisitions. IMHO
I like the stealth accumulation mode we have been in the last couple of days.
GEQU has much more going for it now had when it was previously at .048 so I think we could easily crush that old high with the new business plan that they are finally getting rolled out.
I see many more deals now being completed much quicker (like the Blackstone deal) now that we can basically "self-fund" them. Future extremely bright here!
IMHO
Thinking that could be the CieloMar update Jan tweeted about last week that we will see this week.
News today confirms to me that the bottom is in and we go up from here. Still expecting to hear news on both Baja projects yet this week.
IMHO
Nice to have those old notes cleared out. Now that wouldn't be hanging over share price when operational updates hit later this week. Jan really working hard to prevent any dilution while at the same time making the necessary investments for strong growth! IMHO
You know how it goes for the momo people. There is a hot new trade starting out right now that they just have to get into. Just dump whatever to make it happen. Not my style but is for many here.... Go PGUS!
Not so disappointing if you are adding. Thanks to whomever sold me the shares at .0109-0101. I am thinking they will be looking a lot heavier come next Monday. IMHO
CEO is working in many different ways to grow the company. We will be hearing news as they develop. Nice to know we have a strong and profitable base business that is worth vastly more than our marketcap. Just need to be patient on this one. IMHO
That is not a far-fetched scenario at all. Could easily happen as I am not expecting any news until late in the week or sometime next week. And we are 99% sure it will be good news and that there will be more on the way. IMHO
Just a few flippers left making their pocket change. Anyone understanding the fundamentals here would not be selling any under a penny or 2. IMHO
Thinking it is quite possible we might be able to presell a portion of this coming years crop to our new chili client and thus have that cash for putting the new crop in. Would help with our cash flow. Nevertheless, anxious to hear who buyer is and other details.
Couldn't agree more! And although it is always very hard to tell for sure, L2 looks very thin up to half a cent. One nice buyer could send it up to that level quickly. Whether that happens today, tomorrow or next week makes no difference to me . I plan on continuing to be around for quite some time yet. IMHO
Yes. Next week should start Round 2 of the uptrend. Looking forward to updates of good news also. Thinking we will have a nice string of them for a while now. Lots of good things happening at GEQU that will be released soon. IMHO
The way the seller left after initiating a sell order with very non-round numbers to give buyer only a partial fill and then immediately show the cross-trade leads me to believe he is done.... at least for now.
CDEL could be representing anyone at this moment. IMHO
I believe our noteholder is officially out of shares now after that crosstrade. Hopefully GEQU can settle that debt before any more shares are issued.
Let us not get sidetracked here. This is a very simple decision to invest heavily here.... at least for me.
We have an institutional investor willing to invest $2.64M in GEQU. GEQU's total market cap as of EOD is $1.8M. So you would think they might expected to own 1/2 of the company at least with that kind of large investment? Right?
Wrong! The most shares they can own (and only after 1 year passes) is 132M. That is right and there are about 473M shares outstanding today so the very highest % of GEQU they will own after 1 years time is 132/(473+132) is less than 22%.
As I see in this agreement both companies agree that GEQU is worth at least $.02 a share (or will be in 1 years time). That is why they agreed upon $.02 as the conversion floor. I am also sure that GEQU's leadership believes that GEQU is at least worth the $.02 now and probably will be worth much more after the one years time. They have that one year to prove just how much more than $.02 GEQU will be worth. If they can now execute their plan going forward they have the capability to increase GEQU's price to $.04 or even $.08 and limit AOIN SICAV-SIF Fund's percentage ownership from 22% to 11% or even 5.5%.
All I know is that to me this is a no-brainer of an investment up to $.02. IMHO
Finally the future here is very bright and exciting! Can't imagine who would be selling at this level other than the noteholder. The party that just invested $2.64M in GEQU thinks we are worth $.02 at a bare minumum. Easy to see the value buying in the $.004's today. For me at least. IMHO
I think profit-taking and momo loss-taking are both about done for this leg up. Just a little buying and the 60's will be support rather than resistance. IMHO
Thanks for posting. Echos my own thoughts about what is going on at GEQU but nice to see the written confirmation from ENZO. I have always liked the potential I have seen here and now good to see the confirmation and plans finally being carried out and coming to fruition. I believe we have a big winner here and one we can ride for some time...
IMHO
Yes plans are moving forward exactly as long-term shareholders have envisioned and hoped for some time. We know the full value of recent events while many new to GEQU are trading the sticker like they would any one of their pump & dump shells. It is going much higher and I am gladly adding at these low levels.
The 2 items you just listed plus the fact that there is a floor of $.02 on our new debt make for amazing times ahead for GEQU IMHO.
Great buys! GEQU starting to hit their execution-stride again after a 2-year hiatus. Will build back up to multi-penny levels in the coming weeks. IMHO
Very nice week! Should see continued upward movement as GEQU's plans play out.
Congratulations longs on a great day yesterday. Been here for over 2 years with the last 12 months or so really testing the patience. If everything comes together like it looks like it's finally going to we could be back up challenging that nickel level again in a few months. Should definitely be back over the penny level in the next day or 2. Again congratulations to all us patient longtime shareholders as well as Peter and Enzo on their perseverance!
While 3rd Q results were disappointing compared with the 2nd Q I was relieved and more excited about the future of PGAS than ever after reading the PR. Despite the temporary "floor" in shipping revenue due to African oil producers slowdown PGUS still managed $120K of net income. And this was after $500K of one-time expenses as PGAS prepares more income producing business infrastructure. Leads me to believe we will quickly and easily get back to $1M plus net income Q's again.
All this with a MC of under $5.5M while we have stockholders' equity of $11.9 M. ($14M in assets while only $2M in liabilities.)
Please show me a better all-around OTC stock....
Nice updates Jan... Looks like full speed ahead at the farm.
Very nice EOD buyuing and have a great weekend everyone!
Seller has sold just under 2M shares now the last 2 days. More aggressive slapping the bid and lower overall price today. Must be Stidham selling some of his S-8 shares to get a little cash to pursue those US O&G aquisitions. Better find us some good deals to make this worthwhile for PGAS. Hopefully he finishes selling what he wants to for now before the Q comes out. IMHO
PGAS Not sure who was selling that block thru VNDM. Could have been someone like Michael Friedman, former CEO of 800 Commerce. I'm sure he received quite a few shares in the spin off from Agritek Holdings.
Pretty sure it wasn't the company or Mr. Stidham (whom I believed received restricted shares).
I see whomever it was pulled the sell order at .04 today after absorbing yesterday's news. VNDM had been sitting at .04 for a long time and today up to .06.
IMHO
In previous correspondance the company has mentioned one of the 2 aquisitions was adding about $1M to shareholder equity. So maybe the other is worth about $.5M and the other $1.5 M comes from earnings for the quarter.
I was expecting earnings in about that range as the Sage contract was consumated sometime in May which meant it was in force only 2/3 of Q2 which had about $1.1M in earnings.
PGAS seems almost too good to be true but as I do my own DD I come to the conclusion that it is just vastly undervalued. We could be looking at an annualized run rate of about 5-6 cents and with a minimal P/E of 10 that would put us at a share price of $.50-$.60.
(BYW I added strongly at this $.04 level after the NT-10Q) IMHO
I'll admit a bit confusing. But they are responding to the standard nomenclature about comparison with the y/y comparison in first sentence. The next part of text talks about the "last" quarter, which IMHO would be 2nd Q of 17. They mention 30% plus increase in profitability which would not be possible if comparing to Q3 16 because that incurred a loss.

Anxiously awaiting PGAS's 3rd quarter Q. The following 2 agreements seem to have dramatically increased the profitability of PGAS's last 2 quarters... (1) "In November 2016, Petrogres entered into an alliance agreement with Prometheus Maritime Ltd., a Nigerian corporation (“PML”), a crude oil and gas trading company (the “Alliance Agreement”). Pursuant to the terms of the Alliance Agreement, Petrogres and PML agreed to cooperate towards a petroleum project in Nigeria , including the supply and transportation of oil commodities to various end-buyers throughout West Africa (the “Nigeria Petroleum Project”), with Petrogres acting as the lead party." And (2) "In May 2017, the company entered into a sale agreement with Sage Petroleum Ltd., a company who supplies oil directly to Ghana National Power Plant, to deliver them 40,000 barrels (5% +/-) every month for the next 12 months with a scale discount of the dated ICE Brent price."
Net income has increased nicely to over $1M last quarter and I would expect more of the same this quarter. Not to shabby for a company with a marketcap of just over $6M, BV of $10.7M and total debt of less than $.9M. IMHO
EDUC getting a little love lately. Seem to have resovled their software and warehouse issues. Salesforce growing along with margins. Looking for nice topline growth as well as great bottomline growth this coming quarter. Could possibly reach the $20's after that report. IMHO
PGAS seems to have found small niche contracts that the big boys maybe don't go for but seem to be quite profitable for PGAS. Also looks like they have some government connections in their area.
I emailed them a couple of months ago and received a very professional response from IR a few days later. FWIW
Nice to see a little buying! If any shipping stock deserves to fly it should be this one on fundamentals. Expecting another Q with earnings over a million. And it handles itself like the NYSE company it intends to be one day.
IMHO
Very thorough and transparent update. Thanks Jan! Sounds like he has learned a whole lot about farming...
One of the issues I gleaned from previous tweets was that the peppers were not packed properly at first harvest. Looking at videos one could see that the crates were overfilled and peppers were being crushed as the crates were stacked on top of each other. Then a later tweet said "improved our packing in crates now". And like you say I don't think the yield was as high as originally expected. All hopefully just some unfortunate "rookie" mistakes that we shouldn't see again in the future. Still all-in-all very undervalued here. IMHO
Update next week....

Understand, the company cannot simply use all of it's cash to pay off notes, as we need cash for operations and investment in our projects.

We've previously stated that we intend to pay off convertible notes in cash, and that continues to be our policy. However...
Congrats on the buying! Hope you and the rest of us do very well here. I really like the broad base we are building at this level. The trip zero sellers are probably about done and we can move up nicely from here. The slower we go the higher we will end. IMHO
Building an amazingly strong base here with all this volume and churning. Now I wouldn't be surprised to see us run to pennies. IMHO
Two days ago our support level was .0001 and now it is .0006! Playing out very nicely. With our SS and rollout of our business going forward it seems as thought we are just getting started with our SP appreciation. Holding very tight for now. IMHO
Thanks for sharing.....
Very good day here! 7's will be up within 5 min tomorrow morning.
