No, they havent been on the bid side much until the past few days.
The thing you have to remember when looking at that resistance is most of the shares that were traded from mid 1.2's on down were covered on 8/1, imo there isnt much resistance left.
Your statement is exactly why this went as low as it did, cuz we didnt have the power to fight it. But we do have the power to make it harder for them to cover on the way up. Keep fighting them for shares.
Wheres DRCO? thanks
You'll love'em when they are scrambling to cover. We just need people to push the bid and push them higher.
Feel free to bidwhack .65 ARCA would love the help covering his shares.
ARCA uptick, .65 bid now.
ARCA top ask at .62 may get over .65 here.
NITE at .63 and then DOMS at .68 next in line on the ask...
Wheres DRCO? Thanks in advance...
I dont know how to put this exactly other than to say this is the most bullish i have seen the L2 been able to behave in a long time.
In the past couple of weeks or months i guess if you had a bid of .605 and the next in line at .56, they would have taken the .605 out and pushed into the the .5's quickly. The sellers are definetly less agressive. I'm pretty confident PERT got its position covered in the 2.5 m share trade. Not sure who else was involved there but they are definetly less aggressive on the ask, wouldnt be afraid to buy here.
Hope DPDW takes note of this part of your post....
Conservative financial approach. We believe our conservative financial approach has contributed to our success and has positioned us to capitalize on new opportunities as they develop. We have typically relied solely on net cash provided by operating activities and traditional commercial bank credit facilities to fund our growth.
You tell me, whats changed?
10 day 15 min chart downtrend line bumps its head on .65 so it would be nice to see it break through that but also a logical point where some short term holders will sell and look to reenter.
LOL, ARCA must read the board, back on the ask at .63
Maybe, but i wouldnt bet on it as long as ARCA and PERT arent interested in pushing this lower anymore... That could change though. They were the sellers and i believe they may have covered in PERTs case and ARCA may be in the process of covering.
Not on the ask at all, PERT is at 2.8 though. LOL
ARCA on the bid, gotta love them switching sides. Hope they stay there.
nice, i got 10k more at .51, did you dump your FRE?
Well one thing i know is there is only so much they can make by shorting this stock. Am i wrong or is the max profit on the short side here now only .55? There is much more incentive and profit opportunity to the long side.
Whats your paltalk id?
Was out this morning, has ARCA been around at all?
.6's are doable today, just need more bid support, less bidwhacking.
We've been wondering how or when those short may cover. Looks like they may get their chance this week. It'll be interesting to watch.
LOL, the last RS i was in the CEO said "no rs in the near future" two weeks before rs'ing it.
I'm sure peter would look at it as an even trade. However i'd rather not pay thousands of dollars for a jacket.
LOL, get real.
Its a growing company, expenses are going to be high and sometimes unexpected due to the growth. I'll be happy with solid growth and controlled expenses. I want to see our new companies start to payoff.
That would be a little to coincidental to me but what do i know. It is weird that this updated info comes out today.
There is very little liquidity right now. This thing can be manipulated with a small amount of money. Small in terms of hedge fund money. The new investors will probably be more likely to support their investment.
Which in the case of DPDW is a good thing... Will be much harder to manipulate after 9/4. imo
An extension is nothing new here, i'd have bet on it being extended.
Can you translate this statement into exactly how this may be playing out here?
The "Selling Shareholders" may also sell shares of common stock short and deliver shares of common stock covered by the Prospectus to close out short positions and to return borrowed shares in connection with such short sales."

Taby, go get an explanation... Be sure to let us know what you hear.
I dont have any concerns that i think warrant the SEC being involved, i know what i see. I dont think they are going to waste their time investigating DPDW and the manipulation that can occur with a few million dollars. I think they have their hands full with the collusion to bring down financial institutions such as Bear Stearns and the Billions involved there.
FWIW i dont think the intentions of the short seller here is to bring a company down. But to profit from the lack of float.
Typical to me would mean when someone sells they are doing so because they no longer want to hold the shares, taking a profit, hopes for the company have diminished etc...
This has not been a fair open market.
(Deep Down's current and future PPS is what a willing seller and a willing buyer agree upon in a free market.
The seller typically believes the shares are exhausted and the buyer thinks there is upside based upon their own personal needs and reasoning.)
The problem here is seller exhausted the buyer with his size on the ask, giving the price no chance to rise. There was plenty of interest in this stock in the 1.2's, but the seller wiped that out. Not just a typical seller a short seller.
So you think the past two or three months has been natural trading? Strongly disagree.
Why would you say there is no interest? Cuz the price is dropping?
FWIW, i dont think DRCO is short, although i cant follow them on the bid or ask. ARCA is a different story. It will be interesting to the the share report for for August and see where PERT stands.
Also, i kind of think we'll see a push below .6, looking at the chart it just looks like a point where if i was a short with the funds to do it, thats where i would want to take it to bring the most pain.
