It’s going to be chapter 7 probably with the sub V approved. When I said that Sam has something up his sleeve that you don’t know about that can absolutely be true. I’m talking about the plan of re-organization and coming out in early February with hopefully news about a merger or something of that magnitude. He doesn’t have to tell the judge anything about what’s going to happen in early February and I don’t think Sam is just going to sit around and not make anything happen. Most of these companies coming out of bankruptcy always have some kind of news. That’s what I’m talking about. The only person that knows is Sam and his counterpart. Even if you’re right trailer59 And I don’t think you are the stock is going to run and it’s going to run decently on good news and in the long run if this company doesn’t pan out most of us will sell and take the profit and then the company will hurt if they’re not being upfront with us but we are going to make money off of this company. I made pretty good money over the last week and a half.

You are right trader and they got rid of DGTW back in 2018 because of the former CEO running the company into the ground but when we come out of this bankruptcy I’m sure Sam will have something up his sleeve with this company or a different crypto company.

I've seen a few posts but not many possibly involving a merger but if that were to happen we would see a run like TSNP for sure.

The court ruled no chapter 7 so it’s chapter 11 with the sub v or with out. There was a lady US trustee opposing DGTW’s sub v thou. It sounds like Sam had to redo some things and that’s why there is a hearing this Thursday. If you do research on sub v bankruptcies you would almost think that the judge would side with DGTW. If they do then Sam has five years to pay back about $980,000 and if she refuses him then basically they have to pay all the costs upfront. The sub v allows you to pay off everything over five years. Everyone’s thinking that it should pass with flying colors because for some reason if she refuses it that would really put a burden on him and his company. Why not back in December didn’t the judge just refuse everything and have them into go chapter 7. The way I see it if Sam has his ducks in a row the court should side with him.

well I've seen a guy on here and twitter which is the same guy I'm thinking that in his opinion when the investment firm buys 5 million shares of stock when it hits a penny that it could shoot up towards a dime at that time. there's going to be a day or days where we will have volume over 1 billion on this stock. did you see what TSNP did and I'm not saying this will happen in one day but over a few days to a week it could easily do that. starting on the 21st and shortly after there should be at least three releases of good news that we all want to hear.
