That's why flipping now could earn you less shares. There is a lot of energy in this play. I would not risk it at this point, eventhough I have doubled my holdings and have more than doubled my $$$. I am going to let this ride a while longer...
This will more than make up for another play that Tod was also in. GLTA who believed in FCCN/Aero.
Yes! Those 400 million share will be retired/cancelled. Whatever percentage we get will be the float, the remaining/difference will be restricted for 1 year.
This will hit......@ 9:30 ET. j/k
Dude, just sit back and relax. It's going be a "super" 8K!
Enjoy a cheap beer on me.
Anyone with Third-party verification on the merger completion?
LOL!
I want to see a picture of Peacock and Hunsaker doing the Macarena.
BIG group hug! Bashers get to be in the middle.
WEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
Thanks MO!
We will need to wait for things to unfold. IMHO, Mr. Peacock and FCCN management have done exactly what they said. Many of the shareholders have held long and strong for at least 9 months. A couple more days longer will not hurt. PPS will reflect Aero's true value, once more information is disclosed. Most of the bashing seems groundless but entertaining to say the least. What's a good stock without bashers?
Good night.
You are right....tomorrow is "not likely a good day" to buy, because FCCN may be trading under a different symbol.
It makes sense now... that explains the delay. I guess they could have completed the merger June 30th, instead they waited an extra quarter to include sale numbers from the new products.
Mr. Hunsaker stated, "It was determined that in order to continue with our schedule of product rollouts and to have a full representative quarter of financials that include the sales of these new products, rescheduling the close of Aero's acquisition by Franchise Capital would be in the best interests of both companies' shareholders.
June 28th PR.
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/070628/0272297.html
They can sell these shares to cash out on their interests, and that's at their discretion. However, I think they are smarter than what a few here would give them credit. I bet they are reading these posts and laughing their arses off with our wild arse guesses of their true intentions.
If he was, we will need all the charts and perhaps some chains to keep the pps down, because the price could go to uranus.
Exactamento!
The MERGER is about to be completed.
In these days in age, no one works for free. If I were part of the making of this deal, I would certainly want to be compensated for at least what's stated.
IMHO, they might have opted to be paid in shares, because they know they could get more...They are not going to cash out! They know their shares will be worth more if they held on.
Not too long ago when the PPS was over .06 just from anticipation of news/verifcation about the merger. At the shareholders meeting, Mr. Peacock said he was surprised the stock wasn't trading at least .10. Now we have confirmation with actual filings, and in just a few more days... FCCN shares will be AERO's. This thing should be trading above .06 at this point in time, even with the GGI factor.
FWIW and IMHO, Hunsacker would not go along with the deal, if it wasn't in the best interest of good business and mutual benefits for both the company and the shareholders. Also, Rusty Wallace wouldn't want to be their spokesperson, if he didn't believe in the products and the company's vision for the future.
There's so much potential in this company. I doubt they want to merge/go public so they can stay in the pinks. The people who have used AERO's products have been more than satisfied. Retailers have received great feedback from customers. With AERO going public and an aggressive PR campaign, AERO with be all over the map, not just with those on the NASCAR circuit but with the general public as a whole. Then, what about OEM deals???
I am glad I have accumulated close to double my reported count, and I am holding out for longer term than a few months. I believe this company will make many people very happy both short and long term. At the current PPS it's an early present for this X-mas and next year's. Good luck to you and all those who have been holding long and strong.
The next holiday is Thanksgiving. Trading should be nornal this Monday. Nothing I've checked says otherwise.
No need to argue. This is like that loony president from Iran telling everybody that the Holocaust is only "a myth."
You will do OK.
The rest of this week will be interesting to watch. Next week should be fun...8K, symbol change, PR's and introduction of new management...and yes, goodbye to GGI!
A lot of mirror trades....
AERO Exhaust in Europe?
This new model is not yet offered in the US...but the specs have reference of it having a stainless steel muffler? I am very curious to know how AERO's ISO 9001 applies to the European market.
"While this exact V10 setup is not yet available to Americans, all of the outstanding suspension, aero, exhaust, and wheel/tire wizardry can be fitted well to your existing E90."

Good to be a bagholder!
It's been only 10 freaking months...time to rock and roll!
Nice re-confirmation today. GLTA.
"Houston, the Eagle has landed."
Black Friday!
Get your FCCN shares now for Christmas. Don't wait until the Day After Thanksgiving. The buying blitz will begin next Tuesday, following Labor Day until September 28th. Come October 1st...
IMO, next week will be quite interesting. We know how Andrew/FCCN prefers Tuesdays to make announcements. Serious PR's are forthcoming.
Is there a pot of gold, or just stainless steel, at the end of this FCCN/AERO rainbow?
GLTA

September 30th is when we can expect delivery...this baby is going to be big!
The idea of OEM deals and AERO going to target larger retail channels just makes this deal sound sweeter everyday.
Both Peacock and Hunsaker are very committed in getting this merger completed. I have full confidence about the deal going through and once the deal is inked, we will see big-time money and institutions jumping on the bandwagon. AERO has a good product, with patents, and a modest network of dealers. They want to grow. That's why they are going public by way of RM with FCCN. We are sitting on pre-IPO shares - a golden opportunity.
How many pinksheet stocks actually have a legitimate product that is back-ordered (2-3 weeks - info I was told when I visited the warehouse in Westminster, CA) with patents and a spokesperson such as Rusty...? I get excited each and everytime I dig further for validation of AERO and read/hear of the positive things about their products, I have to go for my cigarettes just to calm me down. Yeah...you've come a long way, baby. I am hung in there, because this thing rocks!
GOOOOOOOOOOO AERO!
Doc, I agree with you.
You should be in the Geico commercial - you're so shmart.
One of the posters here had posted that by today Gruber & Company should be done with the financials. I am hoping for a PR with updated status.
September is just around the corner. I expect volume to pick up and PPS also going up, in anticipation of the 30th. The week prior will be exciting to watch. I am going to sit back in my lounge chair and enjoy the show. GLTA
I think the merger date of September 30th is very realistic. If you look back on the April 24th PR, Gruber & Company, LLC was already brought on board to start the audit procecess beginning with September 30, 2006 and the related statements of income, stockholders equity and cash flows for the fiscal year. How long has this been since Gruber & Company, LLC was "engaged" to perform the audit of Aero Exhaust's financials as part of the closing process? If I must guess about the two-year consolidated financials, I would say that everything should be completed way ahead of the scheduled close. IMHO, there will be a series of interesting PR's between now and then; September 30th remains the official date for the merger to be completed.
Many of us have waited since December. Another month or so until this thing rises to the next level.... The PPS is starting to move in the right direction. The day of this thing trending green is of course just around the corner. Let's hang in there. GLTA.
You're being too modest. I say...every PR will be interesting.
When "young dude" Peacock calls me personally, you will be the first to know.
Something interesting I came across...
"We are very pleased to have Rockford-Montgomery Labs, Inc., partner with us for the rest of the 2006 season. We are looking forward to a long-term relationship with Rockford-Montgomery that will bring success to their business and to this race team. We have won three Daytona 500's, something no other single car team has accomplished," said Larry McClure at the Abingdon, VA based race shop on Thursday morning.
For information on RACE FACE products, contact Rockford-Montgomery Labs, Inc., at (706) 310-0757.
Bryan Hunsaker, CEO of Aero Exhaust, said, "We are very pleased that we were able to bring together RACE FACE, a NASCAR officially licensed product with Aero Exhaust, an Exclusive NASCAR Performance Partner. The NASCAR mark sets these products apart from their competition and the combined association on the #4 car only enhances that accreditation."
RACE FACE, the only officially licensed NASCAR sunscreen products, will be available for purchase at the #4 merchandise hauler at the NASCAR NEXTEL CUP USG 400 race at Chicagoland beginning July 7 and is also available at www.NASCAR.com.

Original PR - (Market Wire PR)(6-29-2006)
Very logical. Good post!
Drunk? Never!
Next AA Meeting @ 4pm, Monday July 16, 2007
AA = Aero Ananymous
Hasta semana
From raggs to riches...I will drink to that.
When the moon hits your eyes like a big pizza pie, that's an Aero...
Maybe he's trying to buy shares with the Russian rubles, or Russian rubbles (someone help with spelling please).
The word you are asking for is "speculate."
One thing I know for sure is once the merger is complete, we will be looking at a much higher PPS. The longs are going long; the daytraders and lurkers are waiting on the sidelines for momentum...But once things start to roll, I believe it will be kicked in high gears. AERO doesn't want to stay on pinksheets; they are using FCCN as a marriage of convenience to go places. At the moment, things are moving along. The unfortunate delay could be a blessing in disguise for all to cash in on our good fortunes. The current PPS only reflects FCCN as an empty shell, but the real story behind the whole deal is FCCN/AERO is about to be one entity, thus FCCN shares will be converted to AERO's.
My friend, I do not have a crystal ball as to where the PPS will land, because there are still many unknown factors. Once AERO becomes public, perhaps then we will get a better picture. That time is just around the corner. I hope it's sooner than later. Whatever the case, I am sure your FCCN shares will be valued much higher than what they are now. I hope you hold on and accumulate as you see fit. GLTY.
When I visited the warehouse in Westminster, CA, Tony said they (1-2 of their mufflers for the SUVs) were more than two weeks back-ordered. My understand was that these were the more popular products and the ones they are pushing to promote to the market. My guess is AERO has a focused niche and they want to go that route, along with other product lines. OEM deals would really amplify their entry into the big area, not to mention the marketing campaigns to give AERO Exhaust more name recognition. The racing circuit and car anthusiasts may know of AERO as a performance product, but the general public may not know that AERO is selling more than performance exhausts... Those that have bought and used AERO products have been more than satisfied. I, along with all the longs, have been satisfied with the way FCCN/AERO has gone about the merger. I believe once the merger is finally completed, the PPS will demonstrate its true value. And you can take that to the bank! Until then...GLTA.
One thing we know for sure at this point is FCCN and AERO have a firm handshake on the deal. The delay is just a matter of strategy to give this thing the effects it deserves.
I like the part about OEMs...
Aero Exhaust, Inc. recently provided an update on the status of the rollout of new products in its line of automotive performance exhaust systems.
The prototypes for a new line of direct fit mufflers has been completed, tested and the line is currently in production with availability estimated for the month of July 2007. The new mufflers combine the technology of Aero Exhaust's turbine and stealth lines and are designed to fit a variety of automobiles without modifying the existing exhaust pipes. There are 13 new styles and confi gurations in the muffl er line that will fi t a large number of automobile makes, models and years.
A new line of full turbo and cat-back systems diesel exhaust systems, which include all parts from the catalytic converter, turbo charger or muffl er back to the tailpipe, has also been completed and is currently in production with product expected to be available for distribution by July 2007. The diesel line of exhaust systems includes 20 different kits for a variety of different makes and models of trucks.
The full diesel exhaust systems are expected to be targeted to both existing and new Aero Exhaust markets, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), which would consist of automobile manufacturers and dealerships that could offer the systems as optional equipment or potentially include them as standard equipment.
IMO FCCN is likely to PR something to the effect that the delay was due to the auditors needing to ensure the accuracy of the Q's prior to filing them. Maybe there will be some statement about AERO's management team being on standby ready to step in...the acquisition is still on track to be completed by June 30th.
I am looking forward to seeing the Fins filed by after hours Monday. This will validate a lot of what FCCN has been trying to accomplish - merge with AERO. They've come this far and I do not see any change in venue. It's a done deal. Now it's just getting the details worked out. We all have waited this long, now we have less than 30days to see this play bare fruits.
