Yeah he needs to start earning money. I can’t imagine it’s due to a lack of demand since he hasn’t even started advertising for it. My guess is that it’s a software problem that needs money to fix, so hopefully they got initial funding from either of the two firms enough to get the ball rolling and sp back up so that they could get more funding. Considering how Zach has been super quiet, it may be that he’s gotten enough funding for now and the asshole who has been selling millions last minute every day is GHS.
No it depends on whether VNUE is able to utilize the capital to create value. Relying on charts alone will definitely not work.
By “track record” you mean selections of failed examples of GHS funded companies? How about other that do succeed? HYSR received 4 mil on 9/24/20 at 0.025, now it’s at 0.084. SING received 2 mil on 3/17/21 and the price basically stayed the same. MAYBE it’s just that most penny stocks fail anyways, and so if you look at all the companies that GHS funds you see many that don’t make it. But GHS is a business. If they’re buying equity they don’t want to sell it in the way that prohibits them from buying more in the future. If they can only buy 4.99% at a time, then the best thing they can do would be to sell slowly and buy more when the price is right above the price floor. Maybe it makes no sense to act like GHS is an evil institution trying to destroy OTC stocks by funding it.
As a reference this is what “toxic financing” mean. Clearly, We didn’t get toxic financing because we have a floor price determined by sp before the S1.

My understanding is that the price floor is set at the lowest VWAP preceding the registration statement, which would be the S-1 filed on 6/23 right?
Where did you even get the number 4.99%?
Plus it doesn’t matter if they sold 200 million shares at 0.0001 for no reason. If VNUE can generate revenue then the sp will bounce back accordingly.
Could you show me proof of them selling shares the same day (or very short time thereafter) after buying millions?
Why would an investment firm buy shares and immediate dump them? That makes absolutely no sense. They’ll likely wait until VNUE is generating revenue, and sell according to what they think the company is worth at the time, without affecting the sp since that would affect the rest of their shares as they’re selling - much like what many of us here with 10 million+ shares including me are planning I presume.
Which S1 are you talking about? The only other S1 I see is from 2016 when Soundstr was not part of VNUE, and 2008.
Today?
They claimed that 10 million in funding would get them to 30+ million in revenue. They did get 10million in funding total and converted bunch of debts. Sure it would increase the os, but what’s more important is that this company would have enough capital to actually be worth 30+ million in valuation, where they can use revenue instead of offerings to expand their business. Did y’all think that we would get free funding giving nothing in return?
I have a conspiracy theory where PTC markets purposefully take longer to file certain pink stocks to let the price drop, so that they could take the application fee and not do the actual work of maintaining them in OTCQB.

Zach’s fb comment - “You know we can't talk about things that aren't public but I have mentioned a few things previously that are coming to fruition including our high 7 figure funding. We operate within the timelines of others unfortunately lol. No need for fire extinguishers. I've said once and I will say again we are in a marathon not a sprint, and the things we are working on take time. Appreciate the support!”
Haven’t posted in a while here bc I don’t want to look at how much money I’m losing lol. I feel like Zach has to give us an update soon before the market cap goes under 16 mil for good. So far he seems much more invested in growing his RHL business than growing VNUE, else he would have at least gotten more set.fm customers. There are a million things he could try to grow this company and instead he’s busy promoting RHL.
That’s been there since before since they were OTCQB few years ago.
Well the pps is theoretically based on how much we (the shareholders) think the company is worth, and I’m saying we probably wouldn’t think the company is worth $16 mil if they could only get $1 mil in funding, and Triton would know that.
I also don’t think a $1 million funding would entail 16 million market cap by itself, so Triton must’ve known that the company had other large funding working besides them to warrant at least 16 million valuation.
I just don’t understand why the 450 units can’t be deployed.. those are already in the warehouse. There no funding needed for them. Soundstr is already in use and is functional, so if VNUE’s funding fell through then I would assume the first thing to do would be to deploy those 450 units and earn the $1 mil+ revenue, or at least talk about how they started the commercial deployment.
Let’s get back to at least 0.025 before uplisting and more funding
I think this is 90% OTC market’s fault for lagging so much
I think we need to have several 10%+ days in a row for retail traders to notice. Someone is obviously trying to build that momentum rn so hopefully it’ll happen soon.
Cmon now let’s get past 0.05. The market seems to be finally stabilizing (hopefully) and the money is returning to penny stocks. VNUE will rise again
I guess the daytraders and weak hands left and there are mostly longs left. Insanely low volume today.
One person dumping their shares isn’t the same as a spike last minute.
Crypto is dying and meme stocks are up. OTCs should revive soon imo
They already have 450 Soundstr devices, and 100% software (which they’ve been claiming have been 80% production for years now). There’s really no excuse for them not to deploy the 450 Soundstr devices for 1 million+ in revenue like they claimed in December.
Of course it is. You’d be crazy not to think so.
Didn’t know there was a rock fest happening in RHL Memphis. I’m expecting lots of set.fm contracts soon.

So why do you think they set that price of $21 million? Is it because the sp happened to be around there, or it is because they think they have evidence to suggest that this stock should be valued above $21 million? I’m saying that they must think it’s the latter, and mere $1 million in funding won’t justify $21 million market cap. It only makes sense if they knew VNUE was going to get larger funding soon.
If there was no other funding Triton wouldn’t have signed a funding deal with minimum market cap. $1 mil in funding won’t be worth $20 mil in market cap unless they factored in other funding sources.
I highly doubt Zach would publicly claim that he is signing a funding deal of “high 7 figures” and have that not be true. That would be illegal, and considering how careful he is with PR there’s very little chance of that happening.
We should get the big funding by the end of next week.
I think an additional thing VNUE could do would be to start lobbying for change in radio royalty laws like they’re trying to do in the UK. They could fundraise from prominent musicians and advertise VNUE as well. They could lobby for a law that specifically favors Soundstr.
I said this before but the music industry is all about connections, which means words spread fast if we do get in ppl’s ears. Lots of musicians want to invest too.
He hasn’t started promoting his own products much less VNUE the company. Advertising takes money and that’s what the funding is for. Maybe we could even sponsor a musician soon who can be a promoter for VNUE.
Yeah I agree. Though if I were them I would try to buy as much as possible before the high 7 figure funding so they might try to buy a lot this week.
This isn’t funding though, it’s a purchase agreement. Funding talks should be separate, right?
$1,000,000 can buy 50 million shares of VNUE at 0.02. This wasn’t even a catalyst we were expecting but it’ll definitely give more fuel for the upcoming rise of VNUE.
