Think of it this way if it was all done on 1 day we will have 1 catalyst but if we have SubV Approval first like we do now (we will get a good run upto the hearing than once it is approved we see a violent run after SubV is approved) with the POR still to follow (which is just a formality after the SubV approval).

So in this way it might take a little longer but provides us with 2 catalysts instead of 1 and also sets us up for a bigger run!!

There is no possibility of Chapter 7 now which is now ruled out "ORDER TO BE ENTERED DENYING MOTION WITHOUT PREJUDICE."

Now Either SubV OR Chapter 11 is a win win for $DGTW as the shareholders will retain their shares and company will still hold their operations and move forward with a REORGANIZATION PLAN either via SubV or Chap11.
