Which assertion would that be?

"I'll say this for RSPG: this is possibly the most mileage anyone ever got out of renting a PMB (private mailbox) in Beverly Hills"
====
Sorry, but I believe that is untrue and on the legal edge, based on documented research by members of this board last year and confirmation given to me, in person, eyeball-to-eyeball, last year by the CFO.
Do any of the old folks from last year believe that RSPG did not have an office in "Beverly Hills," which they later relocated to Van Nuys? It's a proven fact.
I HATE confliction.
But I trust guys from the IDF.
Your assertions are incorrect.
That is pretty much a lie.
That is a lie.
The boulevards of broken dreams: brought to RSPG investors by folks living blessed lives near Santa Monica Boulevard, Las Vegas Boulevard and at least one other boulevard in Ontario.
They assuredly did themselves very well, financially, but members of this board devoted countless hours last year to try to find the truth of how that came about. In the end, I think we figured out what they did and how they did it.

Their major clients are New Field Exploration Company and Williams.
By "DEEP", they are referring to Continental Shelf and deeper under-water services in the Gulf of Mexico (but they hope to go international)
Gulf hurricanes are good, as is the government opening deep water leases.
This company appears to be operated by individuals with years of experience in the gulf oil/gas and diving businesses.
This year's GHLT = MDII ?
This is almost as good as RSPG!
"Fair enough. I believe Yahoo message boards are worthless. However, one person's garbage is another's treasure.
Have a nice life? What a strange thing to say."
=====
What a strange thing to say, that Yahoo message boards are "worthless".
Or, for that matter, that Investorshub.com or any other message board or blog is worthless.
Many people have already moved beyond the 1970's.
Some of us used to have to subscribe to Value Line (delivered via USPS), research at the local library or - worst of all - call our untrusted broker for investing advice.
Today, if you want information about XYZ, you can not only research just about everything there is to know about XYZ, including SEC info, but you can read what other investors think, including people such as yourself, as well as reading links posted from their research.
There was an infamous company researched by members of this board, who went to the company's headquarters, took pictures and posted them here. The photos of the "headquarters" was a GARAGE in northern California.
The medium is the message.
Have an adequate life (without tax-payer assistance).
"Utah Carl, Do you think that ABC TV would air a video on MDII if there was a chance that the company wasn't on the up and up? In case you haven't seen the video in your vast DD or should I say half vast, here it is.
http://www.ksat.com/video/index.html"
Thank you.
Not only did I link the KSAT video here (ref: Post #62), but I contacted MDII with the name and telephone number an ABC TV Chicago producer of the network's evening news, hoping they may get national coverage from KSAT's local video (this was early afternoon, central time). Furthermore, I also contacted KSAT with the same suggestion. As I'm sure you know, MDII is headquartered in SA and KSAT is the ABC affiliate.
As to the other question, I don't think it is the responsibility of the media to do any kind of background research on a seemingly legitimate company that's superficially involved with a currently active news story.
Thanks again for your suggestions and funny humor.
"The Yahoo message boards scared you off? What a joke."
No, sir. Message boards are educational and provide links to documentation that otherwise would take an enormous amount of time for one person to research on his own.
Of course, there are posts, such as yours, which have no value and serve no purpose to those seeking information.
I've obtained (and submitted) a lot of valuable information and documented research from financial board members, including some here at Investorshub.com, who spent untold hours, days and months uncovering scoundrels (many who originate in California, Nevada, Florida and Canada).
In the case of MDII, a recent $23.5m contract was announced, thus seemingly putting MDII in a profitable position, thus getting the stock price up. But some researcher(s) on the Yahoo board have questions from documentation (that I provided here on the previous post).
The "contract" is a blanket purchase order, meaning that MDII gets nothing (except a pr) unless sales are generated.
Have a nice life.
Upon further research, I would not purchase stock in this company as an investment (ref: MDII yahoo financial board and links).

This company is distributing its products nation-wide, and growing. If you haven't gone to their site, the background story is interesting.
I found this for more information http://blog.qualitystocks.net/?cat=13 and signed up with the company for emailed releases and info.
The vol. is ok for something ultra-speculative like this. At least it seems to be an established, no-bs company with product on the shelves.
"You can't talk it down to jump back in."
I resent that lie, sir.
How many hours have you spent talking, face-to-face, with a founder of this company?
How many phone bills to Van Nuys, California did you rack up?
How many emails have you exchanged with Mr. Goldstein? What is his cell phone number?
How many sales contacts did you spend months to develop for RSPG?
How much dd, such as monkey and others, did you do?
I can't believe you turned out to be just a common liar.
Here is a Cramer imitation:
Cite one drop of water sold by RSPG since its plant was reportedly fully licensed and operational 8 months ago (their pr said they had to have a plant tour to try to prove that the business was not a scam).
What equipment or resources does it have left for additional loans to keep it afloat?
If no sales are made, and investors and/or banks are unwilling, how long can this company stay in business?

Phil Restifo, CEO of Data Commodities Ltd., said, "there is no doubt that the price and quality of Royal Spring Water's product has helped seal our deal with the county school district (Clark County School District, Las Vegas)"
Alex Hazan, RSW's President and Chief Executive Officer, said, "in signing this agreement and supplying the Clark County School District we hope to market and sell our water to other unified school districts around the country (snip) as part of the deal, Royal Spring Water will deliver bottled water to the county school district's central warehouse in Las Vegas as early as July 2006.”
July 21, 2006
Clark County School District, in response to a Freedom of Information Act request regarding the above PR from Royal Spring Water and the statement regarding "sealing the deal":
“The District does not have a contract with Data Commodities for bottled water. Data Commodities is not a current supplier nor are they listed in our historical supplier database.”
===
A report posted here last month advised that Mr. Resfifo was a "greeter" at last month's plant tour.
I was told in August (for public consumption) by a RSPG co-founder that the company has total confidence in Mr. Restifo and that the unretracted false press release regarding the Las Vegas school district was a matter RSPG "getting ahead of ourselves."
Yes, I am conflicted.
From the recent SEC filing, etc.,what they seem to have done is use the plant's equipment as collateral to extend the time to try to generate sales to become viable and avoid bankruptcy.
The 2006 contracts and purchase orders (Mia Water, Miles Mall.com, National Lampoon, Harley Davidson Cafe in Las Vegas and Mr. Restifo/Data Commodities pronouncements), according to the SEC filing, generated no income. This must mean that the plant has produced no product since being fully operational and licensed last June (according to the company).
Is this assessment reasonably accurate? If so, I guess it goes back to the previously-discussed obvious: either the co-founders of RSPG can generate substantial sales within the very near future or there won't be an RSPG.
(I still have my RSPG stock, and as of today, haven't lost any $$$.)
"Don't worry Creamer or one of his aliases will be back the first time the stock has a down day."
Also, remember that RSPG has a former employee floating around out there somewhere, who has a suit against the company (ref: SEC filing).

"Thirsty for Profits - Hollywood to license bottled water - Brief Article
Los Angeles Business Journal, Dec 18, 2000
"More than just a cultural icon, the Hollywood sign is a valuable commercial property for the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.
"That's why the chamber's licensing company, Global Icons, didn't take any guff when a Montreal company called WTAA International allegedly backed out of a deal to license an exclusive brand of Hollywood water.
"Global Icons promptly cut ties with WTAA but Vice President Jeremy Stephan said thirsty film buffs shouldn't fret; a new company will be stocking shelves with Hollywood water some time next year."
Thank you.
I don't have Lexis-Nexis to substantiate your assertions that Mr. Hazan (CEO) was in a "foreclosure" and Mr. Goldstein (CFO), in a bankruptcy.
I Googled "Harel Goldstein bankruptcy."
Not only was there no mention of bankruptcy, but Mr. Goldstein's business successes are well-documented in numerous and lengthy Google sources/links.

What-a-scum
Amarillo Globe "letter to the editor"
Here is another opportunity for RSPG/Maxwell's public relations department to promote RSPG by responding to a 12/23/06 letter to the editor of the Amarillo Globe.
The letter challenges the company, is worthy of response and is an opportunity for local good-will and pr, so I hope RSPG/Maxwell doesn't ignore it (step right up and place your bets...).
The letter writer is off-base. He compares RSPG's bottled water plant to T. Boone Pickens' Mesa Water's proposal (Google it for background) to install pipelines pumping 65+ billion gallons of aquafier water per year to Dallas-Ft. Worth, San Antonio and/or El Paso as supplemental municipal tap water.
If RSPG/Maxwell ignores the letter, maybe a Investorshub.com member could submit a reply to the editor of the Amarillo Globe. As RSPG shareholders from around the country, we are investing our hard-earned dollars in a local business in Hereford, Texas.
=====
"Is water endangered? Depends who's selling it
"Why is the Ogallala Aquifer "massive" when it applies to Royal Spring Water in Hereford?
"It was a dwindling resource when Boone Pickens planned to sell water to Texas cities.
"Why is it a good thing for Royal Spring Water to sell "our" water out of state/country, when it is considered wrong for Pickens to sell "our" water his fellow Texans?
"When we moved to Amarillo in the 1970s, I read an article stating that the Ogallala Aquifer had been pumped down 147 feet due to irrigation use. The artesian well at Earth had dried up some time before then.
"Jerry Hodge stated that the wells southwest of Amarillo were producing 40 percent of their original capacity when he ran for office in the last mayoral election. Our present mayor said we had no water problems at all.
"Last summer, we citizens were asked to conserve water because of a shortage, while it was deemed we have plenty for water-hogging uses such as a nuclear power plant or ethanol production - both of which will mainly be sold elsewhere.
"Could it be the water itself is not as important as who happens to be making the money selling it?"

RSPG is engaged in national sales and marketing (I know that as an independent fact).
The company's founders and investors have established international business relationships.
"Mia Water, who RSW is currently bottling water for, is going to roll out it's middle east brand in a few months."
Billion, do you have a source for this?
"In looking at the label of the Royal Water bottle in the News article, I can't help but think that it looks geared to the Middle East."
Billion, I can't help but think "Royal Water" is internationally trademarked by Emco Tech Co. LTD (Google: "Emco Tech Co. Royal Water"), ref: post 3080. Maybe HollywoodFL could clarify how Royal Spring Water can change its brand to "Royal Water", a registered trademark of another company.
I searched "Crystal Splash," "Mia Water" and "Royal Spring Water" on the links on post 3080 and didn't come up with anything. (Premium Waters, Inc., with a distribution plant in Ft. Worth, a few hundred miles from Hereford, Texas, provides water for regional Wal Marts.)
Regarding "good news", here is a quote from the company's press release (Maxwell):
"A company spokesman said 'showing our state-of-the-art facility to shareholders was an important step in establishing the company's true existence and capability.'"
In other words, RSPG and Maxwell are announcing to the world for the first time that RSPG was forced by public doubt and skepticism to stage a plant tour to try and prove that the company actually exists.
That is an amazingly self-destructive piece of public relations, but I gather that RSPG and Maxwell are "co-joined".
But the bottom-line is sales: not tomorrow sales, but today sales.
"Who are your people? are they a bunch of homeless morons? or they are wanna be investor like you?"
You tagged me:
My bunch of "homeless morons" are "wanna be investor" like me. Some of us from this part of the world call it the "American Dream."
I met with my "homeless morons," and they wanted me to ask you:
Why, during the Christmas season, if you were taught anything about Christmas or humanity, would you refer to the homeless as "morons?" Do you relax beside some beautiful ocean, watch tv and see suffering homeless people all over the world, many of whom are moments from death, and say to yourself, "Look at those homeless morons?"
The "homeless morons" also asked who tried to teach you English as a second or third language, but I said that was a rude question during this time of year.
Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays or "hum bug" (Google it to understand what the term means).
"lol the water king was born today. another basher we know?"
My people tell me the water king is the water queen.
In reply to post 3139:
"By the way where are all the big contracts?"
Contracting with foreign countries, large U.S. corporations, high-population school districts, universities, etc. to supply bottled water are major undertakings that probably take many months, ESPECIALLY with recent bottled water recalls (to which RSPG is not subject because it doesn't acquire its water from nasty surface water streams, filthy rivers or municipal tapwater.)
Royal Spring Water is pure, clean and comes from deep within the earth.
From Post #3122
"So what you are left with is your typical penny stock scam."
Some are relying on the perceived integrity of Mr. Goldstein and Mr. Hazan largely based on their IDF service, as well as having spoken with them in person.
A poster here, hollywoodFL, is a personal friend of Mr. Goldstein's and supporter of the company (according to Mr. Goldstein's communication to me after hollywoodFl was banned without legitimate reason, then reinstated by request).
Mr. Goldstein and I met in person for several hours a few months ago in a casual setting. He described how he and Mr. Hazan (childhood friends in Israel) came to create Royal Spring Water. He answered all questions I asked from members of this board. We talked about things we had in common, such as military experiences at Camp Pendleton, California, decades apart, and a favorite current tv show (HBO), "Entourage," based on circumstances and people/actors with whom Mr. Goldstein is personally acquainted.
Although conflicted, I cannot accept that RSPG is a Hazan-Goldstein scam and that others and I were targeted as scam-ees.
International blast from the past:
13 months ago:
"Wed, Nov 23, 2005 9:47 AM
"Royal Spring Water receives Letter of Intent for the territory of Puerto Rico, Caribbean Islands and Latin America - PR Newswire"
Today (12/20/06) from RSPG's web site:
"June 13, 2006
"Royal Spring Water Received a Signed Purchase Order for $6,493,530 from Togo, Africa"
There is no follow-up pr on the site announcing that the purchase order eventually generated zero dollars.
A RSPG web site reader is left to infer that the company actually received $6,493,530 from Togo, Africa.
