They WAY underrepresented their revenues (if that January video was real-it was a lie). Alois lied in April when he said everything had been sent in to OTC, then we found out in August a covid case delayed the trasfer of data. Now, we are not sure if the driver's seat is empty or not. BUT, the Attorney letter is right around the corner, and Pink Current awaits the faithful.
Alois does not care; he is not a shareholder.
"Whales" and minnows all sneaking out the back door? Faith flagging? Alois (or whoever) still waiting on Wolfgang? Attorney letter is on the way!
Ummm. That's a very weird candle forming on the daily as of this moment . . . whatever could it mean????
Now, let's see how deep that 80K CDEL has on offer is . . . oh, the games . . .!
So, it's confirmed now?
At least he can speak English . . .
Like water off a duck's back . . . let it go. We are either going to make lots of money here or we are not - either way, we will know soon enough. We all placed our bets and made our decisions. I have emailed the company for an update . . . we'll see. I am a fan of the "we will profit" idea.
If it was only about today, I'd be worried, but it's not. "They" can take it as low as "they" want to . . . If I can buy more, I will.
Yes, Dan, I doubt any shareholders of any company have ever worked with the company "behind the scenes" - it is truly a unique event with VITX.
Only sold about half and then they disappeared . . . lol.
Watch how quickly CDEL's wall disappears if we start biting into it! It's a bubble-wrap "wall."
In May. The corporate address is in Florida, so maybe he's cooling his heels on the beach while sipping some super synthetic soda?
Yeah, it's "real" unless you try to buy it . . . been there . . . done that.
Yes, much to look forward to here . . . and where is the past anyway?
Maybe not this week, but there's always _________ (fill in the blank, chorus!).
Uncertainty drives many a mistake.
They are probably afraid to post the "new" CEO's email due to what happened with the last one - a bombardment of "where's the d*mn X filing?" - which would now be "where's the d*mn attorney's letter?"
See how easy that was? Thanks! One step closer to a new and better VITX!
Need Sandera to confirm the exit of Alois.
Maybe they fire Wolfgang, too - he no make it go up and up and up and up . . .
A New CEO in the works?
Do I understand the sentiment of the board to be that Alois has been fired, and we should expect a PR introducing a new, vibrant, organized, fluently-multi-lingual CEO shortly, after which, following the Attorney's Letter, we will start the move toward either .025 or .25, depending on the quality of the new CEO and the real revenues generated by this rapidly-expanding company?
Aw, come now! This is why the picked him as CEO!
Lol! Yessiree!
Stay positive, Alois cares. Soon it will go up and up and up and up.
I will sleep much better now, thanks!
Well, well, well . . . The attorney letter is still "in the mail"?
I have emailed their general counsel for an explanation. It is certainly a puzzle.
Got a call in to FINRA - I'd love to hear their explanation.
Exactly. And that is precisely what I was just told "could appear to be manipulative trading" - I can't imagine anyone just dumping a single large order into a thinly traded stock and getting anything other than a partial fill and ask bump - unless you are prepared to leave that order there for days or weeks. "Rules for me, but not for thee" bullshit.
Thanks, Eli - that's what I have always done. Just got notice from TDA that FINRA is concerned that my recent purchases on VITX were "possible manipulative trading" for that very reason. I will be having a convo with FINRA later today. I can't imagine anyone dumping a large buy order on the bid, ask, or anywhere in between and getting filled - the MMs will just move the price up and away, which will result in you chasing it (if you want a full fill) and THEN it may look like there is "real interest" in the stock when actually it is just MM games with ONE buyer! And, according to FINRA, it is the buyer's fault!!!! WTF?????
Question for the board:
Let's say you want to buy 4M shares of a stock like VITX. Are you going to put in a single 4M buy order (at ask, bid, or somewhere in between) or break it up into smaller orders?
I usually break it up into smaller orders, since there is seldom a 4M offer on L2.
The wheels are slowly turning. It has been a long wait.A nickel soon!
I think many of us saw this "end of September" reality after the May/June mishaps. Well, here we are, 7 days away from the Superbowl for OTC contenders. We will soon know what the market's real appetite is for OTC . . .if another October selloff doesn't bite us all in our collective asses.
Ever played one of those stocks where they had a super positive surprise announcement that NO ONE saw coming? Fun times had by all who held through hell.
Where is KJV? Good news cometh like a thief in the night! Be ready.
Peeps and perps! The end of our wait is almost over. Don't look now, but we are green!! The first of many more to come. HODL!
Yessiree, Bob!
Oh, no! Not this stock. We don't count minutes, hours, days, or years . . . Only weeks. Sorry.
I guess it will have to be . . . Next . . .
It's show time!
