I believe the number thrown around at that time was, 680M shares that got sold, when they shouldn't have been.
*cough*...
I have a few million for sale at $100 with Ameritrade. They accepted the sell order....
Ah.....
Beer and popcorn???? It's 11:30 AM man!
The answer to your question in PM, is yes. close to it. (I can't answer PMs).
Yes I did. Quite a bit.
Well, in that case I have almost 2.5 times the float..been holding it for days...
Sure it was.
At 12:15, 12:09...they printed only 1 trade each at that time, but I have a feeling there were others.
Those were delayed prints...that many trades just don't go off at the same time. The MMs like to screw with us...
lol...the fact that "The company will be updating the pinksheets.com website with the CORRECT share structure, in the NEXT FEW DAYS..." is not huge???
Not all of HSM....
lol...I would help..but I have already broken one of my cardinal rules of trading and thrown more at this than I usually do. (My limit for one play is 25 grand).
Pinks has nothing to do with it. Those are OTC rules.
Incorrect. If you are buying at the Ask, and a MM has an Ask at that price, they are legally bound (but not practically, since they can raise that Ask), to fill your order. Which is why they are called MMs. What you are describing is valid for higher exchanges like NYSE, NASDAQ etc where each trade represents genuine buyers and sellers, with no middlemen, aka MM.
It's a pink. No 10K or Q due or needed.
I have flipped 5M shares TWICE today itself. So, there's definitely buyers and sellers.
Nothing wrong with that.
The stock market works on the "Bigger Fool Theory". Everytime someone sells, someone buys, and vice versa. It remains to be seen, who's "the bigger fool".
.001 broken... hehe
Feeling better my friend?? I picked up another 5M at .0005 today...
Bingo.
And you and I (and others of course), have played all of them.
ANd they were never in the play earlier....
WHile that is sort of a good thing, here's the issue with coaches. When they sell or take profits, they will for the most part not tell the public large BEFORE doing that (and they shouldn't), and if they say so later, they get a bad name.
We are all traders/investors, and I'd assume that everybody is mature enough to make their own decisions as far as their money is concerned. This aint kindergarten, you can get sluaghtered here very very quickly.
Call your broker, and yell at them, they have a fiduciary responsibility to fill you at the Ask. If they don't, you can sue them.
And this is precisely the kind of sentiment that got TPL the bad name. If someone is trading this, they KNOW what price they wanna pay for it. Trying to push it up may work momentarily, but for it to really break out, it needs way more volume, which will come from way more buyers than these message boards can provide.
Rest assured, if it has to move up (or down), it will, regardless of what we say or do.
Because they were selling already..and were probably sold for the most part? The followers were the ones who started selling after the "strategy call". while they were probably buying back at .0009 and .001??
You mean you actually trust someone on a MESSAGE BOARD??? sigh...NEVER do that...it's your money and an Internet poster's words...see? scary aint it?
I have nothing against that. I just don't like it when people hide behind a facade. If you want out, including your followers, come out and say so. Be man enough for that. AT least Kramer says it (of course he sells before he says that...)
You're naive if you think that. I have been trading pennies for too long and am VERY familiar with these boards, moderators and these strategies. Trust me, the last 300M shares that drove this down to .0009 came from him and his followers for the most part and then panic sellers.
So, is the Pink Lawyer and his followers out at this point?? Sure made a hasty exit...after all that cheer leading. (I bet his statement "read my PMs"...were, GET OUT....NOW...)....
Oh, I'm in already...big time...I'll just buy more.
NOW I'll start buying, given that folks are panicking...let's see that strategy holding up now. duh..
Ah, here comes the antagonism. (I kind of expected that). DO you really think that I'd not question you just because you are the moderator?? duh.. You made a public strategy call, I have every right to question it AND you since it affects me. "Be quiet and let the adults drive"?? What childish behaviour.
There's several posters RIGHT here who have been involved with me in other stocks. Ask them. Adults? I think I have forgotten more about the stock market than what most people have learned.
duh.
When you make a bad call, admit it.
So, you "just" wanted everybody to do what you asked them to do, purely from a "it will make the chart look good and fill the gap perspective"... right?
Mr Pink Lawyer, I have a question for you. Did you sell all/most/a large portion of your shares either yesterday or earlier today before making that "interesting strategy" call??
Okay, let's see your strategy now. Since YOU pushed folks towards a strategy, let's see you make it go back up. I'm watching.
I bet he has a buy order in at .001. sigh....
Please don't.
If you wanna do that personally, go ahead and do it. But asking others to do the same is plain stupid. For all intents and purposes, it ALREADY did that by dropping to .0011 today and bounced from that level.
Right now, it's consolidating, whether it breaks up or down remains to be seen, but this correction was not entirely unexpected given the huge run it has had. Did I profit from it? Not yet, still have all my shares, in fact bought some more on the correction. The amount of shares I have, make it unlikely that I'll be able to flip em all for decent gains. If I sold em all, it will drive it down too much, and If I started buying back that much, it will probably rise too fast.
Anyway, my point is, that based on my chart analysis, the gap is no longer applicable as it seems to have touched it already.
Count me in those. Even though I already own a whole lot.
Make that 3 now. :)
lol....very creative...
