I thought Emilia was only for the US since they also have manufacturing facilities.
No, it's a US trial not the IRB.
Upcoming milestones for OWCP
1.Efficacy results in March
2.US Clinical Trial begins (Maybe end of March but no later than mid April IMO to be completed by target date)
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02976779?term=one+world+cannabis&rank=1
3.Clinical trial ends in July and results are submitted to FDA.
4.The cream will be on it's way for FDA approval probably under something like the cosmetic act.

Good things coming in a very short amount of time.
1. Efficacy results in March
2. US Clinical Trial begins (Maybe end of March but no later than mid April IMO to be completed by target date)
3.US Clinical trial ends in July and results are submitted to FDA.
4.Cream will be on it's way for FDA approval probably under something like the cosmetic act.

The US trial is already approved and as soon as facilities are established to conduct the trial it will begin accepting candidates for review. That's the way trials work.
They are targeting completion in July 2017. So it will be started sometime early Q2.

They already know it works. The trial/study was expanded.
Yes, you must put a limit order in for OTC, can't do a market order, but it doesn't have to be within 5% of the quote after the market opens.
I have Scott too and the 5% limit is only when the market is closed. I just tested it and put a buy in for .05 and it went thru.
Hopefully the dip to 1.07 will quiet the gap gotta fill crowd.:)
This is going to surprise everyone in 6 months.
$UPERMAN, do a search for Cannabis Studies in US and you will find many. GWPH is a perfect example.
Don't forget the US clinical trial which they could start now. Wonder what's holding it up.
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02976779?term=one+world+cannabis&rank=1
GWPH is the only one to worry about. They are trying to railroad through legislation in Nebraska and South Dakota(2 states that don't even allow MMJ)that only FDA approved drugs with THC can be sold. It would set a precedence for pushing the same in other states.
Agree 100%. There are other biotechs that get approval and market globally and then tackle the US last. It's exactly what Bristol Meyers did with Opdivo, a $500,000/year/patient drug.
The point being missed is that even containing THC, in the US it is on a state by state basis. The Feds have nothing to do with it at this point other than being the MJ Keystone Cops.
The only sticky point is import. Many CBD products in the past, before state legalization, were imported from Canada and could contain no more that like .01% THC. This is why they hired Miriam Sani to wade through the regulatory mess in the US.
Always happens when the markets are closed. Will come into line Monday.
I agree about the volume, I was speaking about the candlesticks on the chart. And you may be right about retail. OWCP is on a lot of message boards, even obscure ones I never heard of, Twitter, etc.
I got in at the wrong price but am not worried, there will be opportunity to flip this and add to my position. You may be right and it may dip to .90-1. As for the daily chart though, there are 4 red candles and typically, especially with the high volume on Friday, it will reverse at least for a few days. Monday/Tuesday could see a rally followed by a dip to the price you predict. Have to wait and see.
Volume precedes price and this is the highest in 6 days. Higher than the volume before the run to $3.23.
We could see 14mm-15mm today.
I'm averaged at $2.04 right now and am holding fast. This was a huge run and I should have waited for the retrace, but oh well.
This company has waaaay to much going for it for me to worry right now. They are light years ahead of most biotech companies, MMJ or not. The thing that impressed me was they have marketing channels already in place once the efficacy results are in and the safety trials are done, no toxic debt, and no plans for any sort of mass dilution. Once the cream goes to market, it's just a matter of collecting the money.
Most emerging biotechs have no product, are at a we're gonna do this state, we have no money, but buy our stock and support us. OWCP is not one of those companies IMO.
In a month or two, this will be turning around. Will it go to $10? Who knows, but I know that I will have a decent profit for what I invested.
The nice thing is though, they don't need FDA approval right now. MMJ is on a state by state basis.
Read the whole conversation. It's not about the psoriasis cream.
I stand corrected. Forgot about that and the commercial is on TV a lot.
No, it treats 50% successfully, not cures.
And especially something like psoriasis which is a genetic condition. It can't be cured without mitochondrial(gene) manipulation. Can 50% of the people be relieved of the symptoms? Sure, but even with no symptoms it's not cured. Can it go into recession permanently so it appears it's cured? You bet, but still not cured.
Like I said, I know of no FDA approved drug that claims it can cure X% of people of anything. May be wrong and if so I will readily admit to it if someone can find one.
True, but think about it. A cure has to work 100% of the time for 100% of the people with X condition/s. And no one has been able to do it for any condition or disease to my knowledge.
You are right about the claim part and there are folks in jail and currently facing jail for claiming cures, some as innocent as mislabeling their product. And again that's why I say it is a defacto law.
Exactly and the FDA will not approve a cure. So it is a defacto law claim or no claim.
No doubt and I am encouraged by natural medicine. I have cancer and the crap they give me is disgusting. I switched some things to natural medicine and feel better AND have better results.
The one thing that is lost when talking about treatments is quality of life. The OWCP psoriasis cream is a BIG step towards treatment while helping maintain quality of life. Tough to understand till you loose it.
The BMS thing was only an example of how low efficacy drugs make it to market and make a lot of money. Sorry if you misunderstood.
For once I agree with you. No medical condition is cured, only treated. At least in the US. It's the law, you can't have a cure.
No, that's actually not bad. Lung cancer treatments costing over $500,000/yr are only at 20% max. So I guess Bristol Meyers is a scam?
Leave it up to the gov. to keep it straight. (face palm).
I think the bill being introduced giving states the right to control MJ and remove it as a Schedule I substance is the way to go. Get the feds the h3ll out of it.
Stop this nonsense. The T Trade was simply a settlement of trades made during the day. Nothing more, nothing less.
You tell us to do our DD, you need to DD on trading and quit spreading suppositions based your opinion. And that's all it is.
No one bought or sold 300k worth of stock after the bell
From where? There's no shares currently that can hit the market. ANything right now is restricted for 6 months.
I just checked it(before reading your post) and the pennant converges at $2.00. I'll take it since my average is $2.04.
Developing biotechs in general have no product on the market and no clinical results. They have a great dream and need money and try and finance it with toxic debt. In otherwords, sell warrants(shares) at discounted prices to lenders and then the shares are dumped on the market causing dilution to the retail shareholder.
OWCP didn't do that. They are the exact opposite of other emerging(hopeful) biotechs.
You'll be okay. I got some shares around that price too.
The thing to remember that in a few months when the clinical results are in and just the cream hits the market, $2.66(where I have some shares) is going to look cheap.
As for the two extremes on the board, ignore both ends and look at the level headed posters.
Been around biotechs for almost 15 years and this is the most promising company I have ever seen.
I wouldn't go that far, but a close around $2.15 would be nice. Mid channel of Bollinger and Keltner about.
We are sitting almost exactly on the Fibonacci retrace price right now. Will be interesting to see if it holds.
I'm not going to worry, I've been around biotechs for a long time and we will be golden in a few months. I will add as I can and wait for the reward.
Not even worried about these fluctuations even though they are huge, but that's the way it is in OTC land.
Formed a nice double bottom yesterday intraday. And yes, I agree that MM took advantage of it and walked it down to replenish their inventory.
Also a Fibonacci retrace point. Another indicator that the reset is done or almost done.
