Agreed....I have been saying that also. We'll see
Yes I understand now you were just asking a legitimate question when I first read your post I thought you were mocking volcano sorry for that. Really nobody knows 100 percent. These companies are risky for sure it's kind of normal what we are seeing this company is better then a lot of them. I think the CEO really has a vision and a plan. Whether he can pull it off time will tell. Just decide how much risk if any you would like to invest your money. It does carry risk for sure but looking closely at everything with SNPW definitely potential for success also.
We know the max authorized shares, we know about the warrants...people that know this are trying to calculate the conversions before it is all reported to and released in the SEC reports. The CEO has clearly stated multiple times that he is not diluting shares. So are you insinuating something we are making up or maybe you have contrary evidence we should all know about?
Have you done your research let's hear what your facts are.
Six degrees of separation. Let's find someone who works at paulson. And ask
If the stock is in a rut the revenues will be the winch to get it out...or some big players putting their stake in.
Its located in RI local connection....it could up being the motor to drive this stock at the right time...you get what I'm saying.
Awesome DD 1jk1 on Whalerock! That's a marker for them but it proves to us interest on the institutional level. We want to see more of that and maybe some more exposure outside of IHUB on other trader forums. Very Nice
I hear what your saying, right now 1 billion is the max...correct? which we are getting close. As far as PPS I don't think we will get a true reading on that till revenues start coming in. That brings up another issue that we are still on track for March or April. These projects get a lot of scrutiny with inspections and reinspections. Environmental impacts etc.
I thought was all old debt just conversions now. Anything new that your seeing?
Haha...staying power. I like that...Wait I just said I was a hold. Let me correct that a buy on SNPW. Me personally though I have other stuff going on. What about the person that has 5 thousand and is trying to get it to grow I understand if they get impatient. Me though I'm all in just sitting on my shares and I will say to the other person what about when your jumping into a stock and it's not a great company and you trade goes negative. Your looking for a reversal the company is a mess...haha how many times has that happened? This company has some good prospects, its interesting I think it's worth being a little patient.
I just got a chuckle when I read the post, but I listen and respect everyone's opinion and also I totally understand if your normally jumping in and out of stocks I do it myself. You could say at the moment SNPW is not fitting that price action. Personally I'm like you looking at this stock as a hold right now expecting some movement soon then at some point I will decide if it is a wrap for me. I'm not looking negatively at the lack of volume at the moment it's just telling me many are sitting on their shares.
It's a wrap?...haha no this is a real company that is forming before our eyes...not a flavor of the month money game we see all over the place out here.
It means if you want scraps just pick away but if you want volume you have to pay. Get your positions in now there will be another run at any time and in my opinion this time it won't be coming back down. Getting too close to the operational plant opening.
The CEO keeps reaffirming no reverse so he is addressing the concerns about that. I honestly think he is with us on our thinking that company valuation will drive the PPS. Later on there may be a need but he has also been consistent that he will announce any Reverse splits to the shareholders should that become neccessary.
Haha ok well I'm sure it's good stuff
Ok so what have you got? What have you figured out for us?
Thanks
Oh..I didn't know you were up that high on your count...that's awesome
I totally agree about that, as we saw blue counted up the shares just from IHUB over 200 million wait till the larger bidding starts. It made me think is SNPW even on any of the other investor forums? I don't think so. The company as small as it is at the moment is somewhat complex in its involvement in different areas of business which makes it even more interesting and exciting to watch. It was mentioned that the CEO is getting more active and I would agree with that also. In my opinion this company and where it is presently in its developing stages is offering all of us a very unique and lucrative opportunity to be part of this story about a great company forming and us, all of us out here who were involved sharing our thoughts, information and dreams...very cool.
General question does anyone know if SNPW is out on any other investor forums or just IHUB
I would buy more but I have a hefty tax bill and nothing else I'm getting out of right now
Did you get mine...23
Haha...no my shares are buried in the back yard
Is that all new coming in?
That doesn't bother me too much. What about if they pushing out bs every week then you would be skeptical
I agree not the strongest investors holding the line right now. But I'm thinking now. Those after close trades those are transfers so could be that Paul is buying them warrants at fire sale prices for their own funds or investments
Unless he is converting them those large off market trades to one of their own investments...then it would make more sense. If that was true that actually would be a good situation for us
I'm familiar with the company Paulson they provide different services. You would think he would let the stock run up and sell rather than beat it down....doesn't make sense to me
Do you think he is just converting warrants or something else?
The coming press releases should bring in more retail then we will see
The thing is can we rely solely on technicals at this stage. Micro price money makers easily manipulating and limited retail exposure. Its interesting to to analyze it though. I still think the other scenario will drive this.
The indicators are interesting to look at but I think when the plant opens there will be press releases and the start of revenues this should garner some new interested investors to come in. Then with the more solid fundamentals interest will hopefully snowball to more investors and who knows what will happen because there could be tremendous upside even with a negative EPS. Just the fact you have a low cost per share company that is has a solid business plan and is already generating income. Combine that with good daily volume and it could get very interesting.
Agreed the CEO is making moves whatever it takes to make it happen. Everyone involved wants it to happen. If it was a pump it's a curious way he's going about it. Sometimes I feel like these boards are like sports radio speculating and desecting everything because we have nothing else to do while we are waiting. Speaking of which RIP to Kobe his daughter and the others who perished today in that terrible accident.
Then in the next Paragraph it States Mr. Campanella pledged all of his holdings including his pledges in Medrecycler to obtain financing for the company. When the companies revenues start to come in all this will be charged off as non-recurring charges, but not at the peril of the company. This happens all the time and it all has to be documented if the company goes belly up. I can't say it enough though to get into a company at this stage you have to be prepared for the risk. You are just a prospective investor what about all these others that are coming on as principles. Risk versus reward maybe you need to sit on the sidelines and watch it for a while. Follow the great Due Diligence from our posters and make a informed decision, and I might add not a bad idea to research the posters and their other posts also see where there coming from if you know what I mean.
Blue first time out here nice message board I am currently tied up in other investments but I will check some of the companies you got mentioned here for future consideration.
Some thoughts to consider on SNPW. So let's say your the business owner if you're a total scam you would be funding everything through convertible debt not bothering the traditional lending route where you have to pledge assets and actually show the banks underwriting a workable business plan. Now you have the loan you have acquired a bond from the state more paperwork more scrutiny. Further to pull this off you have to bring in alliances and partnerships even more scrutiny. Equipment starts rolling in everyone all the players want to see results including us the stockholders. Even in your own mind if there was any threat of bankruptcy would it have been such a smart move to merge all the businesses. So yes thinking as the owner its easy to see the game is on here and pressure to perform. Nick has a plan he has presented it to all these parties involved. They all bought in just like most of us here have bought in just like other investors will buy in as things progress. You see the enthusiasm we have. We are a microcosm of what other investors will be coming in at different stages of company growth. If you add up everything we know you see tremendous potential, a company coming together and a great story in the making.
Everything is looking good been checking and seeing others deciding to jump in now that's great. I think it's just a matter of the company staying on schedule. The plan is this was the first plant with others to follow, as we know huge industry and great need for recycling. Other green revenue streams will be working in also we will see that soon as well. It's a great story coming together in front of our eyes.
No blue sky for me yet I will be holding my position. I'm taking a break from the board though. My head is spinning out here but it's all good. I will be monitoring the company from my end though. I will let you know if I hear anything worthwhile.
Convertible debt converting to common shares...that's my best guess nothing you can do, these are old debts. That we have some proof. Can you give me proof that the company is diluting shares other ways presently because the CEO says he is not.
