Any thoughts on the below disclaimer on my TD Brokerage account? Is this b/c of time they've spent below $1? Anyway for us to confirm if it's that or some other listing requirement?
*Nasdaq FSI: *Deficient: Issuer Failed to Meet NASDAQ Continued Listing Requirements
It's hanging on nicely around $1 and where'd all the chatter go?????
Any thoughts as to what's happening today? Taking off and love to see this volume!!!
List of insiders purchasing is also encouraging: https://fintel.io/n/us/ndra
Any reason to believe there's shady stuff going on or management team is not acting in best interest of shareholders? I keep hanging my hat on the fact that mgmt reduced their salaries by 33% when COVID hit the fan and that gave me confidence that they were legit and actually trying to do what's in the best interest of the company, to get TAEUS commercialized and to market. Any feedback here would be greatly appreciated. I still believe the future for this company is exceedingly bright, provided that the mgmt team is not a bunch of crooks.
I'm anxiously waiting, believe me. Have an uncomfortable position (for me) and believe in what I've read about the company.
What stock are you looking at when you post these? We keep getting good news and getting pushed down under $1. I honestly don't understand it. The only explanation I can think of is there are enough trolls and people pumping it up as whenever there is good news it's up pre-market and then comes crashing back down. The % of shorts doesn't even seem to be high or an overwhelming number. I'm still long and hopeful as there's just so much potential with this company.
Who's selling? All the new boys on this message board who just joined the party in the last month?
Sooooo, can anyone explain why the hell we're down 5% on great news and serious volume?
Glad to hear it.
I just saw on my TD account page that they have failed to meet listing requirements for the exchange. It didn't say how though.

Thoughts on the business update they provided? Seems there is lots to be excited about in the near term even given delays from Corona. They also cut the executives pay by 33% so that should help with cash flow in the near term.
Crazy! Are you still bullish on this? I've got a decent sized position (for me) and if the company is legit it just seems like there's so much upside.
Well that was a nice 20 min run. Curious what happened that it couldn't maintain after the announcement that their patent was issued.
Gotta love seeing the executives taking a 33% pay cut in order to receive options. Shows faith in the future of the company.
Good question, no idea.
Good to hear about their application to up-list to the TSX. More exposure, more volume, more upside.
Hey Jugs, I'm on the RCEL train & boards as well. Have you been nibbling at Polynovo as well during this pullback? I own a small position which I haven't touched during this mess, but curious if you're adding to your position here. It definitely doesn't have the press and liquidity of RCEL which is a concern.
Are you guys accumulating shares of NDRA during this time or staying put with current positions? I keep taking small nibbles trying to get my cost basis down but don't want to throw too much liquidity at it.
Very encouraging for when we return to some sense of normalcy.
I love it! Seems like a great long term buying opportunity right now. It's just that all the good news has been diluted by the larger global issue we're facing right now.
Nice. Any ideas on cost to rebuild infrastructure? You holding this one?
This company could be crushing it, I don't understand why they have to be so damn shady.
People still following this company? Haven't seen a post in a while. GECC has a phenomenal divided.
It's been disappointing for sure. Anyone aware of any other publicly traded companies that work in the MJ payment processing space?
I've heard the same about them, they are a sham and the company is run by 1 guy with no support staff.
Saw that article, not sure why the stock price hasn't really moved accordingly with this seemingly great news!
Just curious what you mean by new owners? You really think this stock is worth nothing given the production facility in Mass?
