I neither read nor post much on this board much anymore, but I’m as long as ever. And though I’m long, yet in full expectation for a rather short term timeline. For me, my confidence lies in the fact that the three mega projects will happen and they will be announced. All of us following this story know for certain Ward has been positioning himself for the opportunity with a brilliant business plan; splitting profits with the socialistic government and even hiring their own labor union. A full proof plan!!!
Lucky dog and wise! My 25 cent fill was missed. I’m happy either way!
Who is the lucky dog that got filled at $.25… You took my order
Exactly right, stink. Rehabilitation of the existing but scrapped oil lines in the isthmus is phase 1. Phase 2 is the creation of two new oil pipelines that are shorter in distance and yet still go coast to coast.
Penny, do you take this to mean our partnership? So it would be something like 51% PEMEX and 49% Mirage?
Nice Livefree!
Have you seen MX announce the fine details and implications of the mega projects? Of course not, then why would you expect Ward to say anything at all?
Haha the pipedreamer, you crack me up. I see you’re off to mumbling in your sleep again. Those fLIES have certainly made their ways into your ears. Think about this though, we know from many credible third-party sources in Mexico that all three projects are in the pipeline. And on all three projects Mirage has worked to obtain the necessary engineering specs on each and plans for execution; Even including an agreement for labor from Mexico’s own labor union. As it stands now, the private player working alongside the Mexican government on these projects has not been revealed. Perhaps, the private player hasn’t even been officially awarded. And not because of uncertainty about the direction MX wants to go, but more so a matter of it not being time to award the project and kick off construction. Yes, based upon very solid DD provided here, we all have thought these projects should have started by now. Why they haven’t started yet I’m not sure, but it’s not like 1 or more of these projects has started and to our dismay it wasn’t awarded to Mirage.. all three are in play. Ward is in Mexico week after week, shouldn’t that tell us something? Is not Ward vibrant about how things are going?
This is what I propose, if you hear one of our 3 projects announced and it’s not Mirage, then go ahead and in frustration sell some and hope for the other 2. But if the first of three projects is announced and it is Mirage, watch out below because we will rocket! Besides, didn’t Ward tell us long ago that there was a FOURTH PROJECT that nobody knew anything about? Hmmm. Maybe it’s four separate announcements.
My point is this, we know at least three mega projects are going to be announced.. why don’t we wait to see what the first one brings before we rip all of the hairs out of our head. Enjoy the wait, our stock price trends up!
Andyman is still here. I have many friends and family in this stock as well, and they too are still around.
I’m still here because I keep in mind on December 23rd AMLO spoke about our isthmus project.. even to the fine detail of it being 100% privately funded and the profits to be shared with Mexico.
AND that as of mid February the first strategic natural gas storage facility was put back in the business plan by the CFE.
All very positive indicators of what’s to come. The wait has been bitter, but the fruit will be sweet.
All of us need to try and get some rest until the day arrives.
Thanks Mirage Chaser. Makes sense!
A PR like this will soon be released for the Yucatán Peninsula:
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.lngindustry.com/liquid-natural-gas/05042021/nfe-to-supply-natural-gas-to-cfe-power-plants/amp/
Touché
FYI - as mentioned in my posts last night, these are comments from Ward BEFORE the TX and MX freeze in February,... that freeze triggered the CFE to essentially take Ward up on his plan because they finally decided to put his storage facility back into the business plan.. he’s been right there all along just waiting for the time to be ripe. Awesome perseverance. The July 16th article featuring an interview with Ward was titled “ Mirage bets on Mexico’s gas storage NEEDS OVER WANTS.” God sent a freeze and Ward won the bet. We are on our way.
It’s also great seeing our name published in new articles. If I have learned anything over the past few weeks, this is our new reality.. headlines.
Cheer$!
New Article featuring Mirage Energy:
Expanding The Reach of Mexico's Baseload Fuel
3/25/2021
Natural gas is the fossil fuel of choice in Mexico but there is a growing need to address its shortcomings.
Due to the inherent benefits of natural gas, demand from both CFE and private industry continues to rise. Imports reached a record high in 2020, climbing to 5.9 bcf/d on June 10, according S&P Global Platts. Amid the unabated growth in demand, challenges are emerging. In particular, infrastructure is at a tipping point, and therein lies the opportunity.
PRODESEN 2020-2034 shows that Mexico relies heavily on natural gas to fuel its power production, with gas-fueled combined cycle alone representing 38 percent of installed capacity. How this percentage will grow relative to other energy sources remains to be seen, yet the government’s inclusion of combined cycle power plants in its recent infrastructure packages and development plans guarantees that capacity will continue to expand. SENER also expects that domestic demand for natural gas will increase until at least 2031.
Growing demand among industrial consumers poses a further challenge to be met by Mexico’s distribution infrastructure. In the Mexican automotive sector, for instance, companies such as General Motors and Volkswagen use natural gas to provide power to their production facilities. Natural gas can be used as a lever toward development as well, says Tania Ortiz, Director General of infrastructure giant IEnova: “Mexico is an exporting and manufacturing economy. Providing an adequate energy supply is crucial to the country’s growth and hence, the creation of jobs for its citizens.”
Expanding the Reach
Importing natural gas has only become easier in the past year, as several pipeline projects were completed successfully. The completion of the Wahalajara-system, for example, was finalized with the addition of the 0.89 bcf/d Villa de Reyes-Aguascalientes-Guadalajara (VAG) pipeline, connecting Texas’ Permian Basin production area with Guadalajara. The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) projects that imports will increase further. The Sierrita pipeline expansion is another example of such an expansion, allowing for wider access to natural gas in Mexico’s northwest. In other areas, players like Mirage Energy are planning to expand the San Fernando-Cactus pipeline so that industrial parks in Puebla can benefit from its access.
Nevertheless, much work remains to be done. “Mexico will need more physical pipelines to interconnect the main pipelines that already exist in the country,” said Alberto Escofet, Country Manager of Enagás, in an interview with MBN. But developing pipelines in Mexico’s large and diverse territory is anything but easy, as investments required run into billions of dollars and issues with rights of way can happen at any moment. But gas can be transported across virtual pipelines as well. “Most of the coming gasification efforts will be done on wheels, using virtual pipelines instead of physical pipelines,” Escofet added.
The benefits of virtual pipelines are plenty, not least of which is the ease of transport. “This has the advantage that almost nothing needs to be done. LNG can be transported via trucks, just like diesel or LP gas. Unlike pipelines, no special permissions or rights of way need to be established through contracts because you can use the existing highway,” Escofet says, adding that especially in the isolated areas of Baja California, natural gas could bring a wealth of benefits.
Export Opportunity
One particular issue that President López Obrador has had to deal with are CFE’s natural gas supply contracts. This has led to an excess of supply in the northern Pacific area, as the state utility continues to rely on fuel oil in that region. A solution presented itself, however. By liquefying natural gas into liquefied natural gas (LNG), it can be exported to faraway markets where there fuel shortages abound. Asia is a good example. In Ensenada, Sempra Energy’s Mexican Unit, IEnova, was finalizing its LNG plant at the regasification terminal it already owned there. After mulling it over for some time, López Obrador decided to grant IEnova the export permit, a first in the Mexican market. “Right now, IEnova is very connected to the North American region. This is one of our most exciting initiatives, because it opens a position for us as a global player,” says IEnova’s Ortiz.
Whether Mexico should produce its own natural gas has long been a discussion within the country’s energy sector, where the economic argument for cheaper importation has long prevailed. Yet, several industry experts disagree with this approach. “Mexico should have been producing its own gas for a while now,” said Escofet.
The discussion will likely receive further encouragement after Mexico experienced a shortage in supply when Texas suffered extremely cold climate conditions and could not export natural gas as a result, leading to blackouts in parts of the Mexican territory.Storage is considered another solution that addresses issues surrounding a lack of gas supply. Mexico’s lack of storage is clear but broad-based projects to address this have yet to materialize. Mirage Energy CEO Michael Ward told MBN the situation is a missed opportunity. “I would argue that storage is essential for the Mexican government, whether it prioritizes it or not.”
Awareness does seem to be improving, and along with it the potential opening of a new niche opportunity in the Mexican market, as showcased by CFE’s February 2021 communication [said] that it would include storage in its commercial and operating strategy “as a strategic short-term action to minimize the negative impacts of abrupt price fluctuations and drastic variations in requested volumes.”

Also recall:
Last week we heard PEMEX/ the MX government discuss the Isthmus Hydrocarbon Crossing System 3 times! The only publication covering an “Isthmus Hydrocarbon Crossing System” in the the past few years has been from Mirage. Ironically, the government officials referred to the project with the very title Mirage gave it in March 2020. Is this not a huge indicator of what Ward has been doing in Mexico and what’s just on the horizon for us?
Also remember, just 6 weeks ago the decision was made by the CFE to place the Strategic Storage facility back in the business plan. Does that mean there is a lot of work left to do in developing it then? Well, according to that political analyst in MX (I’m not going to take the time to look her name up now, it’s in a previous post on this board) she said in a interview last month in reference to something that happened in early 2020, “EVERYTHING was ready to go for the Burgos hub to be built, but at the last second the administration stopped the project.” Her claim that everything was ready to go is supported by the MX gov document dated 8/27/2020 that listed all of our projects; it showed the $1.2B strategic storage facility to be in the Authorization phase. Therefore, since it is now back in the business plan. we should be confident that EVERYTHING is still ready to go!
I, as many of you, would really like to heard from the company. That is my complaint and I’m not happy about it. But then again, I can see something of what’s behind the scenes and understand why.. it just hasn’t been the proper time yet to toot our own horn because Mexico clearly first wants to unveil the plans. We can tell the time is near.. the projects are clearly a hot topic at the moment!
Thanks Livefree!
The infographic I mentioned is also in the introduction on this page. $1B in annual income to the MX government (I’m 90% sure this means PEMEX) and $750M in savings to the CFE.
Nice business plan!! Think this might fit in AMLO’s vision to rescue the CFE & PEMEX?
Encouragement: For those who are panicked by the political environment in Mexico; remember, our business plan is to strengthen the CFE & PENEX. The scope of the Morena legislation is to do just that very thing; strengthen CFE & PEMEX. As you can see, private players with a similar business plan are still striking deals in Mexico, another was done today. Ours is the best of all, a partnership with PEMEX & CFE, not costing them a dime, and yet allowing for a significant stream of income (remember Horacio’s infographic from a few weeks ago? It’s A TON of money). Did Sempra partner? NO. Mexico pacific? NO! New Fortress? NO!!! AND may I remind us of the size of our investment.. it is 5x the famous Sempra ECA LNG project. (2B vs our $9B - $12B) Total GAME CHANGER for Mexico and these state owned companies.
So read, today New Fortress Energy inked a deal with the CFE. So far these latest deals being this one, Sempra’s, & Mexico Pacific’s all get LNG to the Baja peninsula. The Yucatán plans are yet to be revealed. That’s us. That’s what we are waiting for. Have a great night!!!

Celnav, incredible! Can someone please translate this bad boy?
The Hyrdrocarbon crossing system in the isthmus has been spoken of by the Mexican government 3X in the last week! We're heating up!!
This post!! What I just realized is that it says the hyrocarbon crossing system will be in operation in 2022. Do the math, its an 18 month project from start to finish.
Wow, great find CelNav!
Big Time!!!
Thanks for the food for thought, I haven't been able to think about anything else today!
Died laughing this morning!
Looking forward to hopefully today.. but regardless, Strategic Storage plans will no doubt soon be revealed!
Thursday, March 18th is the Petroleum Expropriation celebration in Mexico hmmm
MRGE
Macod, I got a call yesterday afternoon from someone in the industry. He suggested the run up in our share price had to do with the Whistler Pipeline coming to completion. Valid point! Perhaps those within and closely associated with White Water Midstream & West Texas Gas see this as a timely investment. Remember, White Water was an underdog that was funded in order to build the Whistler. Very fitting business relationship between them and Mirage. Would certainly make sense for them to be watching our stock.
Ah this is why so many insist on March! I totally forgot that this Infrastructure Plan covering the energy sector is to be presented this month.. perhaps this is why our stock is running!
Thanks tradingformyfuture, our day is soon here!

Wow, Pipedream. And ironically, his first purchase of ARC was the very day after he blew up our board calling us all scammers. More crooked than a double headed rattle snake. It’s for good reason that the good book says the LOVE of money is the root of all evil. How many he robbed for his illicit $949,000 gain!
I’m trying to instill in myself, there is more value in seeking the good of my fellow man than any sum of money for their hurt. It’s not easy and we all know it’s not.. sad fact. Thankfully, MRGE has been a blessing for many of us here; both friends and family and it truly is just beginning.
TO DOLLARS we go!!!
8/29/2020
My favorite Mexican government document of all time. Just about as good as seeing into the future and betting on it! Is there any question as to why we are all in big?!
You’re smart penny. Respected on this board and a Mirage Bull. Your selling can make people nervous if they aren’t privy to your trading principles. From what you’ve shown in the past, your selling on the way up is MINIMAL and especially in comparison to the amount of shares you hold. You don’t have to be transparent about your private business, but have been.
Many here, after prior runs north and then dips to the south, have said to themselves and others “I really wish I had sold in the 50’s or 60’s!” And yet here they are, blasting you for doing the same thing they wish they did in times past.
———————-
Hypocrites.. but I do wish you well. I’m holding every share until they are worth a couple bucks a pop.
Very big news, especially if anyone was concerned about the electricity reform limiting private players. Between this, and the CFE’s decision 3 weeks ago to proceed with the strategic natural gas facility, you began to understand where we are at. If I had powder, I would add to my position immediately,
Heck ya, these are our customers that will build the 6 combined cycle plants!
Notice at the bottom the name Miguel Reyes?

It was he who was tweeting about our projects months ago! https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=159350658
We’re on the way to Boomtown, Dollar Land!
I bet we see north of $2 very soon.
“Let us remember, says political analyst Alejandra Cullen , that everything was ready to start the operation of the Burgos system in the north of the country, and the new administration stopped it” Link
^ A reality that us shareholders completely missed during 2020, yet Ward was “optimistic that officials will eventually come around to gas storage needs.” Link
Now here we are, Ward’s optimism being realized with the CFE confirming that the strategic storage of natural gas is back in the business plan. We can be confident of 1) why we haven’t heard anything from Mirage over the past several months and 2) on the flip side, expect news very soon!

Go MRGE!!!!
Good afternoon everyone, some bullish encouragement:
The TX freeze and the subsequent natural gas shortages for MX opened a door that had been (unbeknownst to us) shut. Looking back, there was more than enough information out there that stated the fact plainly. Probably for our benefit that we missed it and stayed the course! We can now confidently say its behind us by looking at what's ahead. Below is a comparison of Ward's statements from the July 2020 article, "Mirage bets on Mexico’s gas storage needs over wants" with what the CFE decided two weeks ago to place back in their business plan. They essentially quote Ward verbatim!
July 2020 Article Covering Mirage:
Although the commercial storage facility would be near plentiful and cheaper pipeline gas from the US, it would also give buyers the option to take advantage of price differentials and serve as a cushion against disruptions. "We are developing on a commercial basis, but this also gives strategic value to the nation."
But Mexico's energy ministry in a plan through 2024 recently signaled that it does not necessarily want much more natural gas storage for now. It will instead focus on having enough to reduce costs for system balancing, which includes maintaining correct pressure on the pipelines. Nor does it desire all outside investment under the terms set up by the previous presidential administration, which aimed to build 45 Bcf (1.3bn m³) of natural gas storage by 2026.
Yet Ward is optimistic that officials will eventually come around to gas storage needs.
source
7 MONTHS LATER:
CFE's 4 Short-Term Strategic Actions as listed in their official bulletin:
Include storage in the commercial and operational strategy of the company, to minimize the negative impacts of abrupt movements in prices and drastic variations in the volumes requested by Mexico to generate electricity. It would provide greater operational flexibility and represents a protection mechanism against price volatility. Additionally, storage has strategic value, since it constitutes a way to maintain natural gas reserves to face contingencies in Mexico. At the same time, it provides operational flexibility and represents a protection mechanism against price volatility.
source
This journalist for El Universal stated it plainly on 2/25:
The projects for the underground storage of natural gas , which were already outlined in the previous administration, were scrapped by the current administration, probably both because of supine ignorance and because private investment was required . Although now yes, the child has drowned to plug the well: the government has just announced that it will resume the natural gas storage projects.

I believe as well, Awahan. I love the app. I love the customer retention rate, the room for growth (only 9-16 million users?!)... Lou and his vision, awesome. The bleed hurts, but as soon as my MRGE hits I’ll be scooping up as many of these shares as I can.
Thanks to you and several others for the helpful DD on this board.
Cheers,
I did.. The ECA LNG project? They have had that in the bag for quite some time now.
