This is a listing of press releases for SNPW.
Where is the 8k associated with this partnership agreement with Blissful Holdings?
Solar Powered bus shelters are part of the requirement for the contract. This is costing SNPW tens of thousands of dollars. It doesn't equate to more revenue. topline so far for advertising is around 120,000.
Waste to energy is owned 49% by the CEO and he will get the rest when he's not paid back.
There isn't a catalyst that will allow SNPW to make more money. Revenue is only $120,000 a year. Medrecycler is 49% owned by the CEO and will be 100% owned by him when he's not paid back by the end of the year. Call RIPTA in Rhode Island and get previous advertising revenue. It's public information.
They won't reverse split. SNPW issued more shares to allow the toxic debt out. They will let it go under so the CEO can take the rest of Medrecycler from SNPW.
Exactly, Medrecycler which was created with assets from SNPW isn't even owned 100% by SNPW. The CEO owns 49% in a deal that he did executed by his brother in law. Thank you for clarifying my point. When the CEO is not paid back he will take the remaining 51% of the company for himself and leave SNPW shareholders with ZERO. I appreciate you pointing it out. Did you also find the Nevada MedRecyler information?
Serious investors in SNPW should read the forbearance agreement and understand that the CEO has TAKEN 49% of Medrecycler for himself. When the CEO is not paid back he will take the other 51%. It's in black and white in the SEC filings. Interestingly the forbearance agreement was executed between the CEO and the CEO's brother in law. All of the listed companies operate at significant losses, with some not doing any business whatsoever.
With Medrecycler all but belonging to the CEO, SNPW should be bankrupt in my opinion. If you only use the information the company provides you are doing yourself a disservice. One board member was recently removed and another is suing the company.
The company made gross revenue of around $81,000 the six months through June.
SNPW has no projects that will benefit the shareholders of the company. They don't make any significant money in their advertising business as demonstrated in their recent filing.

the forbearance agreement took away the only potentially valuable piece of the business. If you read the agreement it is clear that the CEO took 49% of the company currently. As he will not be paid back, he will take the remaining 51% of the company and leave the shareholders of SNPW with a money losing advertising business. It seems the CEO has had the opportunity to pay himself back with the loans from "hard money" lenders, but has choose to instead take Medrecycler as payback.
Hi Georgie18, SNPW is not putting together any high valued assets. The Medrecycler program is owned 49% by the CEO and he will own the other 51% of the company if he's not paid back. As it seems he won't pay himself with the money he's borrowed as toxic debt or the advertising income of $81,000 for the past 6 months, more than likely the entire Medrecycler program will come under his control. Please review the SEC filings and carefully read the forbearance agreement executed between the CEO and the CEO's brother in law. Also, note that they removed the lastest board member immediately before executing that agreement.
I don't think the partnership agreement in Duranago is real as an 8k should have been filed on that information.
The installation of the shelters is part of the RIPTA (Rhode Island Transit) contract and an obligation of SNPW. The cost is born to SNPW and based on the cost of a shelter it will take more time than is on the existing contract to break even. This is a deficit not an asset. RIPTA now owns those shelters.
For the Medrecycler program please read above and again find the forbearance agreement in the filings.
Yes, thank you for posting the information from the website. The facts differ from those provided by the company in that SNPW will gain nothing from Medrecycler. The CEO gave himself 49% of the company and will give himself the other 51% when he's not paid back, as per the forbearance agreement between Campanella, the CEO, and Randazzo, the only other board member and the CEO's brother in law. As the company has issued more stock and provided information that it will not reverse the stock will continue it's downward trend as there is more debt to come out. Management has little to no knowledge or experience in green energy.
The CEO and the brother in law of the CEO of SNPW removed a board member immediately before executing the forbearance agreement. The forbearance agreements gives 49% of Medrecycler to the CEO, Marmac, and Eilers Law Group. That 49% was taken away from SNPW shareholders. If the CEO is not paid his money he will take the rest of Medrecycler.
Everyone should do their own research and not rely on SNPW or their management for information as it is clearly biased. Press releases are not verified projects or income. Call the number on the company website and ask what the REAL revenue is year to date on ALL the advertising projects. Email the Blissful Holdings, LLC the company allegedly doing the solar project and ask the involvement of SNPW. Why wasn't the contract made public in an 8k?
The gross profit for 6 months ending in June of 2019 is $81,873.00. Do you still think those advertising rates on the twitter feed are real based on the numbers here? How many years has the contract been in place? Already 2 and 8 more to go? So that's $163,000.00 gross revenue a year for Rhode Island? Or do those numbers include Tallahassee and New Jersey too? Doesn't look anywhere close to the numbers others have posted.
SNPW management is providing stockholders and the public with fluffy news pieces. The CEO has taken the only potentially valuable asset when he executed the forbearance agreement with his brother in law after removing the remaining board member.
Those posts are not due diligence. Digging into facts that can be found publicly, not from a crooked company website, is real due diligence. Finding out what properties the CEO owns via public information to question the validity of the property values.
One should question why the CEO hasn't paid himself any of the alleged money he's owed with the many loans he's taken out on behalf of SNPW or from the income from these "high valued" projects. Instead he chose to take the Medrecycler business away from SNPW.
Let's go over these again:
The Durango project will never happen
The bus shelters had to be installed as per the Rhode Island RIPTA contract at a cost to SNPW. They belong to RIPTA and the State now, not to SNPW. Doesn't increase the advertising revenue one ounce. It will take a decade to pay off a shelter.
Medrecycler has been stolen by the CEO from SNPW. It's in plain English in the forbearance agreement.
Why did the company remove their former board member and why is another former board member suing SNPW?
For any outdoor advertising company those rates are absurd. Please do you your own research as SNPW and Street Smart Outdoor only has 12 bus stops in New Jersey, in Rhode Island (700 faces, one face is road side and worth about $150, and the non traffic side is $75 Not every bus stop sells. Market saturation might be 30% at best) an unknown number of bus benches in the lowest paying market in Tallahassee. a bench ad in Tallahassee might be $50 at best. It's easy to google this information so you're not duped by a very misleading and fraudulent twitter post by a CEO who has stolen the Medrecycler business out from under the shareholders, in my opinion. What is the revenue from the outdoor advertising business? Remember that the Tallahassee contract has been in effect for years already and generated next to nothing in revenue. In Rhode Island LAMAR who had the contract previous to Street Smart generated a total of 1mm and that was with billboards, of which Street Smart has none. Street Smart is responsible for snow removal and maintenance which is costly. What is the top line revenue for Rhode Island? I'd love to see the company post its contracts with those other locations. They don't exist.
SNPW is not making any contributions to clean energy. The CEO holds 49% of the Medrecycler company and will soon take the other 51% leaving SNPW with nothing.
What about the Nevada Medrecycler LLC? Read the forbearance agreement in its entirety. There's a reason why the stock is going lower and lower and lower, aside from the debt being dumped. The company has no value. More toxic debt needs to convert and come out. They won't reverse this stock. They will let it go to zero. I'm willing to bet they get funding, and when that happens and the CEO isn't paid back, guess what. You got it the rest of the company gets handed over to the CEO.
Homebrew, appreciate it. There is something criminal about this one in my opinion.
And that ensures that the CEO will take the rest of Medrecycler. Read the agreement you were kind enough to post in its entirety.
press releases aren't facts. The CEO has stolen the only valuable asset out from under the stockholders. There should be an investigation. It seems criminal
Or maybe Mr. Mitroo didn't agree with what the company was doing by handing Medrecycler to the CEO in the forbearance agreement. It's doesn't mean he wasn't doing squat, it probably means he didn't vote the way the CEO wanted him to. The best thing to do for the stockholders would to have kept Medrecycler 100% in the name of SNPW instead of giving 49% to the CEO.
Why is the company being sued by another board member? You need to dig deeper and perhaps ask an attorney what the forbearance agreement means.
Read the 8-k filing of the REMOVAL of an SNPW board member with interesting timing of the forbearance agreement.
This is a fact:
Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 31, 2019, pursuant to the meeting of the written consent of a majority of the shareholders, Mr. Sumair Mitroo was removed as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Mitroo has been non-responsive to shareholders or other members of the Board of Directors. Pursuant to the Bylaws of the Company, the remaining members may fill the vacancy with the consent of a majority of the remaining members. At this time, the Board of Directors has not yet made such appointment.
A copy of this filing has been furnished to Mr. Mitroo, who has provide no written correspondence in response to the filing. There are no disputes or disagreements between Mr. Mitroo and the Company.
News stories aren't verified facts. Doing a search for properties in the name of the CEO in Manalpan is due diligence. Medrecycler is already 49% owned by the CEO!!!! The forbearance agreement means he will take the rest at the end of the year. It's in the agreement that was signed between the CEO, Campanella and his brother in law, Randazzo. The timing of the removal of the board member and the forbearance agreement is incredible suspicious.
Why would I make this up? I've done incredible due diligence. I hope this company gets sued for the fraud it appears the CEO has committed.

Non Responsive? Meaning Mr. Mitroo didn't vote the way the CEO wanted? Look at the timing of him being "Removed?" and the forbearance agreement. I'm betting that Mr. Mitroo didn't agree with the fraudulent forbearance, in my opinion. The CEO has taken the only asset out from under the company. Campanella has had plenty of chances to pay back his money through revenue and the many loans, but instead chose to give himself 49% of Medrecycler. Doesn't make any sense. He should be sued along with Marmac and the Eilers Law Group for going along with this scam.
SNPW removed a board member from the company right before the CEO and the CEO's brother in law executed the forbearance agreement. They took the company right out from under the stockholders.
Could not agree more on the CEO being a crook. Took Medrecycler right out from under the stockholders and none of them aware. The companies are already being sued for a substantial amount by a former board member, what else is coming down the line?
The only valuable asset is the Medrecycler and it's not an asset as the CEO has stolen it from SNPW. Come December when he doesn't pay himself back the money he's going to take the rest of Medrecycler. A reverse won't happen as they are issuing more shares to pay off toxic debt. Then they will let this run into the ground. In my opinion the CEO is a thief and the SEC should look into this company.
Let's see those appraisals. I'm sure the County in New Jersey has those values wrong. I should call them so they can collect more in tax revenue.
Does not appear to be a scam yet they fired the latest board member, signed a deal by his brother in law to give the CEO Medrecycler to himself when he's not paid back money. hmmmmmm
Call Billsful holdings and see what they tell you about the involvement of SNPW.
I will give you names and phone numbers of everyone I have spoken with at both RIPTA and Tallahassee. On the valuation you are welcome to the public record searches as I did in Manalapan to look at EVERY property owned by Campanella.
Not one of those listed press releases is of any value. Please elaborate how installing bus shelters that costs thousands is going to make money at $150 per month? Call Blissful Holdings and ask about the Durango Project. The Medrecyler will end up entirely in the hands of Campanella, Marmac and Eilers Law Group. Leaving SNPW with debt, debt and more debt.
I've done so much research on this pos. It's garbage. Already being sued by a former employee and what's next?
I've done my due diligence.
Solar Farm in Durango will never happen. It's a fluff piece of news
The solar powered shelters were part of the contract. SNPW had to install several new shelters in Rhode Island at their own cost. It's in the contract which is public information. Call the State of Rhode Island
Medrecycler will not benefit the shareholders of SNPW whatsoever. Apparently no one understands what the document actually states. The CEO put up property of 1mm in value!?! Search the public records for any property owned by the CEO in the State of New Jersey worth that amount. The CEO's brother in law executed the forbearance agreement which turns over the ENTIRE company to Campanella, Marmac, and Eilers. This forbearance agreement is because the company allegedly owes the CEO money? Why hasn't he paid himself over that time? Oh, is it because the companies don't make any money? Why is there a separate Nevada corporation and a Rhode Island corporation for Medrecycler? Why was the latest board member fired?
700 of the 800 faces are in Rhode Island. I called the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority. approximately 350 locations have bus shelters. Some of those are damaged and can't house any ads. Each shelter has 2 sides, one facing traffic worth about $150 in Rhode Island (according to Lamar) and the other side worth about $75 (again, according to Lamar). Not even 50% of the locations in Rhode Island have ads. New Jersey operations have about 12 locations in total. Tallahassee has no bus shelters whatsoever. I called their transit operations as well. There are some bus benches but they have not all been installed and they don't have any accurate revenue numbers to report which probably means there is a no revenue to report. Call RIPTA, Tallahassee and the areas in New Jersey so you can get the truth on this matter.
The company does not sell advertising in any states other than Rhode Island, Florida, specifically Tallahassee, and a few spots in New Jersey. I think there are 12 locations in New Jersey. I think you nailed it with the thousands in revenue. this is a money losing operation.
What happened to the most recent board member? Why was he fired? Perhaps because he disagreed with the CEO and the CEO's brother in law doing a deal to hand over the Medrecycling company to Nicholas Campanella, Marmac and the Eilers law group? I'm trying to location the former board members to get real answers.
The company is worthless on all fronts and the CEO has taken the Medrecycling business for himself and his group.
No where close. I called LAMAR who used to have the contract in Rhode Island. Their best year was 1.2 million and that was throwing in billboards which SNPW has none of. They will be lucky to generate 400k a year in gross income. That doesn't include the cost of maintenance. Tallahassee doesn't have anything except for a few benches. New Jersey properties are in the dozens if that. So no chance it would come close to 4mm.
That's not due diligence. That's regurgitating information from the website. Talk to the CEO and see what answers you get. Why did they fire the last board member? I want a real answer from the CEO on that specific detail.
What kind of revenue can be generated from bus stop advertising? Rhode Island has a population of around 1.2 million people. Only 350 bus stops with 700 dual facing ad spaces. One if premium about $100 for 4 weeks and the other is $50 for 4 weeks. That's if you sell them all. How many actually locations in New Jersey? How many actual working location in Tallahassee which has the lowest ad costs in Florida?
Again, more information on nothing. The construction company doesn't do any projects and I'm guessing it lost money.
Bella Electric doesn't do anything
National Mechanical group doesn't do anything
Street Smart Tallahassee deal is worthless, Rhode Island deal is not bringing in the revenue that it should. Also population of Rhode Island is 1.2 million people. That amounts to squat in advertising revenue value.
Medrecycler is worthless to SNPW as the CEO handed himself, Marmac and the Eilers group the company.
Eureka, you've discovered fool's gold. There is no value to this company. I did my homework on every aspect of this and it's a big zero, in my opinion.
