Good afternoon Hattrick. Good to hear from you again. This is all great but your thesis is based on one big "if". IF there is positive data. So far the FDA and the DSMB are not impressed so what makes you believe the 500 is going to reflect something a potential partner would see as valuable enough to get anybody's money back? I agree with what you're saying but so far we have nothing to indicate this trial has produced anything positive. In fact what we have at this point is the opposite.
So that's what it's come to. Believers and nonbelievers.
Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that what happens when you're close to the bottom?
So I just want to ask all of you something. What the hell are we all doing here? It's a 6 cent stock for christ's sake. You can't tell me it hasn't crossed your minds. You're all very intelligent people......well there was that one guy though.
The long haul is over and gone.
Ecomike…it’s over. You’re smart man.
So I emailed IR and simply asked them how much a Hyzon vehicle costs. LOL. I thought what the hell why not just ask? Here was the response from Darla Rivera, Senior Manager IR & FPA.
Thanks for reaching out. We have not disclosed publicly average sale price for our vehicles as they differ significantly based on region and scale etc. I would say we recorded revenue of $1M in Q3 with 2 vehicle deliveries so you can make a good assumption off that.
Hope that is helpful and as always we appreciate your support in Hyzon!
Best, Darla
I hope Kevin stays for the long haul too. They have defimitely done a 180 on corporate communications, like total radio silence. My gut tells me they are trying to present themselves as a traditional pharmaceutical company and not a psychedelics company. On another board it was suggested their recent change in clinical trial language from "micro dose" to "low dose" is an attempt by MNMD to disassociate itself with the recreational psychedelics culture and align itself with pharmaceutical culture. It seems logical.
Yeah that has annoyed me too. It seems most if not all the trial dates have been pushed back. As for the company silence, it's obvious dude. I don't know what to make of it. I'm actually kind of missing Kevin O'Leary.
Yes Jack it is best to be first, you are absolutely right about that. But if you're not the strategy changes and you have to adapt.
Jack as always I agree with you on most of this, except the part about prescription meds being hard to overtake if they get a foothold. Physicians are always looking to new and better drugs. They put a lot of time in researching this stuff and they take it seriously. It most often will not take years to hapopen.
Q3 earnings 960k and delivered 2 trucks. Perhaps the guestimate for a tractor/trailer should be closer to 400k...don't know. How would one find that out? The question of price charged for a HYZN vehicle has been asked on other boards too. The consensus seems to be higher than 260k but still don't know for sure.
With that kind of assessment you would think big pharma would be knocking on the door. Hmmm...I wonder why they're not?
Yes, we have a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with Supriya...that's it. Nothing more. There is no contract. There is no agreement. There is no "deal". There is nothing but a touchy, feely wink and a nod between the two parties that they intend to negotiate, that's all we have. It's weak compared to the agreement Merck announced a few days ago with five Indian drugmakers...not just one but five drugmakers.
I couldn't agree more dude. There is demand in India with no supply. 1+1=2. Why hasn't Pfizer and all their educated, brainiacs gone to India??? I don't get it. Anyway...Merck just signed a deal, strangely announced on the day after the Revive India news, for 1.2 billion dollars with the U.S. government to supply the oral Covid drug molnupiravir. They are also in Phase 3 and seeking an EUA from the FDA just like we are. So why not us? Now if all of us got together in one room this would be a very long discussion, but to me it's all about supply and demand. Pfizer and Roche are right behind Merck with an oral med that the U.S. is already eye-balling. Does MF see the U.S. demand drying up because it's too crowded? If that's the case then he's adapting which is a good thing. He's doing what a good CEO would do and go somewhere else. I agree with everyone on that. However Merck is at nearly the same clinical stage and development as we are, but the difference, they have 1.2 billion dollars in their pocket. Let me say that again...they have 1.2 billion dollars in their pocket. Why not us?
If this is true the stock price should have easily doubled, but it did not. That's the reality of it. I'm not saying I'm right, but the stock price should have jumped big time but didn't. Should that be a red flag or not? Don't forget, we all have real money in this game. We're not playing some kind of video.
I think you understand my logic perfectly. While the FDA (powers that "B") look at our data and decide our fate, somebody at Revive has decided we should have a good plan in place outside of the U.S. So tell me, why would somebody at Revive come to the conclusion we need a good plan outside of the FDA jurisdiction?
Just step back for a moment and take a long look at this Warrior. Put all the Revive Investorshub group think aside for awhile. I know you are one of the few on this board that can. My post was in reference to the frustration of why the stock price did not move with the news. I'm speculating but it's possible many saw this as an act of desperation, therefore the price did not move. For months all of the talk and focus has been on U.S. EUA and FDA approval and this is what we get? India? That's all? If FDA approval and EUA were clearly on the way why would we waste time and money going to India? Why??? Yes it is very telling and the stock price is flat.
It's quite clear the overall majority did not see it as good news. That's why we keep waiting. Having to go half way around the world and beg for an EUA in a developing country is very telling.
I agree, some people on this board should take the hint from MF.
Ecomike you are absolutely right. Moving on to severe cases is risky and questionable. And yes, the majority of severe cases are dying no matter what drug or intervention is given. They're getting so many different drugs it's hard to tell which one is effective or not and most of the time they're all ineffective. According to the CDC 81% of cases are mild to moderate, that's where the money is.
Ya know hotmeat, I think you need to reconsider or take back what you said about MindMed.
I remember that RioDad.
Yeah there are some who believe getting 1000 patients is an easy task, until you read the inclusion/exclusion criteria. Not only do they have to meet that narrow criteria, but they also have to agree to participate in the study and that may be the biggest hurdle of all. Never thought about it but you make a good point, how many actually don't cross the finish line and drop out because of various reasons?
So...why did they have to add more sites?
Thank you for this rational post. The CDC (SCIENTISTS) say that children's sports teams are spreading Covid and hospitalizations are rising among young people. This should be a concern. However someone on this Board posted this just yesterday:
"What concerns me most is the push by Governments around the world to implement policies that are meant to coerce/mandate that the population needs to be vaccinated whether they are in a "high risk" Covid mortality group or not!
Just read that the D-bags at Pfizer are now requesting permission to start vaccinating Teens, even though actual SCIENCE shows that they are the least prone to get sick, or transmit the disease."
Thanks again Giovanni for the level-headed, rational post.
It wasn't my quote.
No...that's not what I'm talking about. Sorry.

I'm sure this is not enough for you, nothing ever is.
Keep on assuming. Knock yourself out.
You, my friend, are shooting the messenger.
In psychology and logic, rationalization or rationalisation is a defense mechanism in which controversial behaviors or feelings are justified and explained in a seemingly rational or logical manner to avoid the true explanation, and are made consciously tolerable—or even admirable and superior—by plausible means. It is also an informal fallacy of reasoning. -Wikipedia
Hmmmm....it's all becoming very clear.
In a recnt interview JR said MindMed would never, never, never own therapy clinics. Yes he said "never" several times. His plan is therapy in the comfort of your home through technology to reduce costs. Numinus is all about therapy clinics.
The market makers were talked about on another RVVTF message board today. Same thing, manipulating share price to scare some into selling shares so they could scoop them up cheap. Don't know but something weird happened today.
Ya know hotmeat there is a cold reality happening, the Covid pandemic is winding down and it's winding down rapidly. Jack Torrance alluded to this in a recent post. The variants are so far turning out to be much adu about nothing. The media is hyping them and that's about it. I have no reason to doubt Bucillamine and it's effectiveness but Jack said it best, the explosiveness of an EUA at this point will not have the same impact. MF is behaving as if he knows this and we should be heeding that. I don't think it's time to be disheartened but lowering our expectations from 6 months ago is probably appropriate. The diversity of RVVTF is turning out to be an important advantage. MF is doing all the right things.
The Friday update was needed and welcomed. I work in a regional ICU at bedside and we're seeing a reduced number of Covid cases so you are correct, enrollment is becoming an obstacle. We need to get this wrapped up.
Hey...it's on a video. It must be true by golly!!!!
Yes absoluely, the timing did not line up for us. I have no reason to blame anybody it just seemed to happen that way. Everything you say here is correct, we were simply late to the party. It happens sometimes.
