Well, Josh, the share price has been stagnant between .08-.11 because not many people are selling. At this point, being so close to good news, who is selling for a loss? The only people really selling are noteholders and dilution. The noteholders don't want this to drop too low because then they have to sell more shares to make up the value of the note, so they keep it at a set price that is both desirable to buyers and to the note holders. They see that buyers are willing to pay .09 for shares, so why drop it lower or risk raising it and not having buyers? One thing for certain is that once, if ever, this dilution concludes, this will rise. Every day, before dilution begins, the walls are super thin and it literally takes $2k and Fles can go to $.20, but with dilution, there are many hidden walls that we can't see as well as big asks. Once those hidden walls and big asks disappear, not many are selling. As with most shareholders, including myself, we have averaged in multiples of this share price so there really is no reason to sell for anything less. If the float is still relatively low, and with positive catalysts, the market cap could exceed the valuation of the company. I guess maybe a little bit of patience and some extra cash if this continues to drop, but here's to wishful thinking that we will finally see the news, many of us have been waiting on, this week
