You would have to think there is a specific customer they are working with or targeting for this type of certification, so this may be a final hurdle that needed to be cleared for securing a certain amount of business. Tying that with the expanded manufacturing capacity may signal what's ahead for the rest of the year...

Annual Report due this week and would be a great opportunity for the company to provide some more insight to the plan for the year. Would love to see some news about Canaribbean and of course some more specifics about the doubling of the production capability.

I would tend to agree with you (PTW) on this and the re-branding coming in Q1 on the hemp drinks. I think they've done a decent job with the lemonade and expanding that to sparkling and the changes to 12 packs. There is more to the story on the Energy drink side and I have the patience to see what they bring for next summer's beverage season.

Intriguing tease in the new PR - any thoughts on picking up a contract from an established F&B supplier that needs additional capacity? Not sure who is close by and needing some local capacity for the western US... Should make for an interesting last quarter of the year.

Based on standard reporting rules any time next week. If they file on time, Monday would be expected. If they choose to file late, the 20th would be the required date. That is going on the assumption that they will follow filing rules for the OTC Market.

Should be an interesting quarterly for sure. There is need for some other catalyst (not just the pending quarerly) to really have this take off and just a matter of what/when.

Any particular rationale behind your statement? I think we've seen them clean things up and turn a corner, but waiting for the big event. THe questions: what is the event and why will it be a once in a millennium move?

Nice find! I would have guessed that a single batch should yield a decent amount of final packaged product and it was convenient to leave it somewhat generic in the release. We need to see them rolling out a batch like that every month (preferably a couple a month).

Would be interesting to know what the dilution ratio is for the concentrate as that might indicate how large of a next run they're looking at.

12 packs in Menards would do very well. You can't drive through the greater twin cities area without seeing a Menards on the major burbs and they are expanding their food section each year. All those trips to the cabin add up in the summer...

Gotta love the 12 pack packaging as well for convenience stores. I would guess they'll move to six packs at some point as well, but the 12 pack supports a better price point for grabbing something quick. If they are truly in Target, that is major coup and we will benefit greatly from that.

Until that happens, I would assume that the website is not finished yet.

For all those enthusiastically waiting, keep in mind the company might file the Annual late, which gives them 15 additional business days to file. I'm not saying the will file late, but it's a possibility.

There are a lot thing moving in the right direction and bailing out now, seems to be a glaring lack of patience as the last two plus years of waiting for their plan to unfold has arrived - what's two more weeks?

I think it's safe to say the initial layout is up and the actual commercial side of the site needs to be completed. Based on this showing up over the weekend, it would seem they will comment on this during the week around the Annual Report and get it live to coincide with the start of the next quarter.

Does anyone know if they intend to sell these in 6 or 12 packs? Seems like they could sell the hell out of these with a six pack for $9.99 in the convenience store market, but that would be messing up the $2/can price on line. Looking forward to seeing what the pricing strategy will be on a larger scale, and it might be as simple as

6 pack at $14.99
12 pack at $24.99
24 pack at $49.99

in stores.

This will be a monster and once legislation passes, it will likely get a Hemp/CBD version of it in the portfolio as well.

WaWa is pretty significant. They're all over PA, so that's great exposure and if we can roll in the Energy drinks we really have something.

One or two more deals like that and we're off to the races...

I have to believe they will have it ready for the Annual Report release at at the latest - giving them a full three quarters of online business for the remainder of 2021. We could be lucky and get an announcement earlier, but that seems to be the logical path to get it ready by end of March. They should have a pretty extensive of items to highlight as part of the 10K and subsequent progress by the 10Q in May. Things are shaping up pretty nicely...

Given the timing of the two order announcements for shipment into Canada, they both should ship before end of March, which will show up in Q1 filings in May. We should also get some additional guidance as part of the Annual Report coming up by end of March. Very interesting times ahead for ALKM and some announcement about distribution of these products online and in the US will be the last key piece...
