I'm still unsure if this was actually put in place by the person you're referencing, or if it was more of a scam by a third party to drive down the price temporarily.
It's an odd situation because on the one hand, if it were the former shell owner trying to dispute ownership, there absolutely would have been litigation filed by this point, which would be public record. But there hasn't been.
On the other hand, if it was a third party attempting to drive down the price, you would think everything would have been cleared up much quicker.
Sticky it why? It's made up bs. Did you see a link along with it?
Agree on updates soon.
Peng is currently in China meeting with Gerpang.
Already back to where they should be.
And the ask is 200 dollars. Anyone who knows what they're doing knows the bid/ask are meaningless after hours on the otc. They are always wacky. At open they will go right to their normal levels.
We've all seen this one before, buddy.
And it should be noted that if this control dispute was legitimate a lawsuit would have ALREADY been filed.
It hasn't been.
Further proof it's BS.
And the most recent PR clearly states that their attorney is dealing with it, and expects it to be solved very soon.
Might not see big moves until another PR. But I think we will climb steadily until then, with maybe a setback or two.
Control dispute killed off a huge portion of the hype, and there was a big selloff.
I think a lot of people haven't even seen yesterday's news, because things died off so much here, especially on twitter.
Any PR after Peng's meeting that occurs this weekend or early next week will get things really moving again.
Still expecting a nice green close today though. More buying than selling, despite the lack of hype.
Right? Can you imagine really believing that absolutely all business truly ceases to take place for seven full days?
NOT TO MENTION, only the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (today) are actual legal holidays.
Peng is flying out on the 4th, and will probably be arriving in China late on the 5th, their time.
Which would give him time to get ready for a Monday meeting, which is the last day of Golden Week, but NOT a legal holiday.
And? Do you really think ALL business actually stops completely for an entire week? Plenty of businessmen are having private meetings and discussions.
It's all right here, nothing much to explain.

So, I have a few questions if you think HDII is a scam.
Less than a year ago I was involved in one (well, one relating to a Chinese company, if the Chinese were actually involved I don't know). It was KRF*
I think I've learned a bit since then, and I don't see the signs here.
In the KRF* scam, the person in charge of the RM was actually a known scammer. There was a ton of proof of that. Multiple dead shells left in his wake that were pumped and dumped.
The shell itself was also complete crap, one of the worst a large company with a lot of money would consider merging into. Awful share structure, tons of issues.
With HDII I've yet to see anyone show proof of previous scams by XU. People say there were, but they don't say WHAT they were. I don't see any track record of them.
I also don't see HDII the type of shell you would bullshit with. There were no issues with it, good ss, there wouldn't have been a reason to pick a shell like this for a p&d.
Plus KRF* wasn't SEC filing, HDII is.
I'm just not seeing any actual evidence of a scam here with HDII, so until then....
armour1955 if you see this I can't reply to PM's, but if you PM me your email I'll get in contact if you would like.
Yeah, he could have been the one to make post in the chat.
The screenshot of it was posted by another person from here.
Don't know.
I don't know who posted originally in the chat, but I can tell you the screenshot was first put up by someone who definitely wasn't bashing the stock, but warning people following him to get out like he was.
Learn to type.
No "investigation" is going to take place because a random person says something negative about a stock.
No you're not. Learn how civil disput actions work. I don't need to put "imo" after everything I write. My posts on any online forum are automatically considered my opinion until I state otherwise.
There's news....it's just not good and not being shared here.
It's definitely an oddity. Multiple financials filed, everything brought up to date, pink current, and then suddenly a control dispute?
Very unusual.
But, it's also unusual on the OTC to see a share structure like this that has a such a large RM, especially when everything seems legitimate.
If this were a normal situation, a lot more people would be wealthy.
It's not easy to make a living trading on the OTC.
There is always the possibility you can retire on a single play though.
Considering what people saw with DC**, you have to expect some over the top attempts at manipulation here to get in as cheap as they can.
Is there even a precedent for that? I don't think there is, though I could be wrong.
The legislation wouldn't pass to begin with, but even if it did, I can't see the courts upholding it.
I'm sorry, but I don't think your reply addresses any of the points I made regarding HDII and the merging company, or the Chinese trade situation as a whole.
If you would like to expand more on your views regarding this situation, I'd like to hear them.
Good morning! Looking good for early Monday! Might get the lunch time dip, but don't see anything too drastic with the way we're going.
This is actually "good night" for me at this point, so I hope to wake up and see that close somewhere around .04!
Whether a bit under or a bit over, I expect it to be close.
To be fair, flipping is probably the right move for 95% or more of otc stocks.
The trick is recognizing the few you should hold.
This is one of them. And more and more people are going to be realizing that soon enough.
A lot of people have their shares already and are holding for the 8k or other news.
Going to be low volume made up of a few people flipping to try and make a couple bucks until then.
Thank you. But losses are losses.
Don't play the game if you can't afford it.
I started less than a year ago.
First four plays were huge winners. Absolutely huge.
Turned 500 into 10000. Could have turned that 10000 into 50000 but got greedy.
Like I said, still make that same mistake today.
Now I make sure to get out once I'm 50% down.
I lost money here. Was in around 2. Had a feeling I should have gotten out around 5.
Keep making the same mistakes over and over.
Live and learn though (eventually I assume).
I'm sure there are more who are worse off than me here though.
Just not expecting a bounce. Been a lot of talk about charts here, but they're pretty much meaningless on the OTC.
Even a few of the mods on this board have been completely out for a week or more.
Yeah I'm done. I'm out.
Except it's not a shell.
It's really not making sense to me.
Company has a good product, no debt, and better than 90% of what you see on the OTC.
I get that after the last quarterly people saw that revs were down, and to be honest they weren't that high to begin with even beforehand.
But this company has huge potential with their products and they've obviously been making moves very recently.
Now let's put all of that aside, and pretend this was a pump and dump....
It doesn't even follow the p&d pattern.
If this were a p&d you wouldn't have seen it drop straight down from the high of .06. There would have been one last pump to put it close to the high again, plus some bouncing as people flipped.
We just crashed here though.
Sub penny at the time of this post.
Doesn't make sense whichever way you look at it.

Yep, I wouldn't despair too much here.
I absolutely expected a drop after the quarterly as well.
For some reason it seemed like a lot of people had this idea in their head that there would be some huge difference between the first and second quarter. I don't know why. That was never said by anyone, it was never in the DD....
Add that with the fact the OTC as a whole was just shit the latter half of this week, and the pps here is about where I'd expect it to be.
I think most people who bought in under .04 are going to be back in the green next week. And anyone who bought in higher will be fine by the end of the month as long as they don't panic and sell.
What's difficult to understand? A director with the smallest amount of shares decided to leave the board.
Nothing uncommon there.
I don't think we read the same documents.
Completely agree.
I'm sure everyone appreciates your altruism in posting this same line every time the pps drops. But I think most of us can handle things ourselves.
I disagree. The selling is obvious.
What's the problem?
We're all done here. Should have been obvious.
Yesterday was the last day to sell your last block, not to buy in. Most should have been selling at .05-.06.
You see any posts here today?
You see anyone on twitter actively talking about the company?
Financials are tomorrow. You need to be out before they show the company is no better off than it's been the past decade.
It sure got quiet here.
Where's the new DD packet?
All week I heard it was going to drop Friday for SKPO. Multiple people posting about it.
Why do people keep reposting this six year old article.
I'm not bashing, I see a lot of potential here, but I don't think anything from 2013 is relevant.
