Those are just two PURA misleading PR stunts. You all can Google or look at their PR releases on this board to verify. Nothing surprises me about how low they would go.

I had a good chunk of change in here but luckily I didn't lose much because of this company but what they did do was make me keep my money in here longer than I wanted with they hype/misleading news before I jumped out. I could have made much more if they didn't fool me in the past with fluff news to keep.my money here. would have loss over 40% if I'd kept my.money her. So glad I'm up over 3x ..could have been up about 7x if I'd never put anything in this POS.

Did have high hopes for this POS until the CEO went quiet and messed up Macs and Buddy... many complaints with the BBB since being acquired by FTEG. Not sure if the CEO is even competent enough to run anything.

This company's management is the reason they blew a one year headstart in the market and now trailing huge in the markets. Look for CBD drinks near you.. chances are they're a.local company or something from the leaders like KGKG or others.

So why would any major company take PURA seriously enough to invest in them?

I really doubt they can compete with better marketed CBD products with real distribution deals... that actually names their distributors so you can do your DD.. Just look at KGKG news today... distribution partner by name..look at others too..all give names..

they are not making any money... USMJ purchases don't count but I bet that it's their main partner. They still have not named their distributors... drinks sitting in small shops could be the old orders that they could not sell. can someone please take pictures of recent bottles of EverX on shelves of any reputable stores and let us know where you found it?

dude..the Dividends news is about a year old. They get everyone's Hope's up so they don't abandon their PURA shares...

wonder if anyone is going to file a complaint or sue... sold my shares long ago but I did hold.longer than I wanted to because they said that the dividends were coming soon...that was last December. Needless to say that it never came...

yeah..didn't list how they got to the 1 million sales but the only PR that had a named company ordering Everx is their partners or what many called partners in slime USMJ.. would not surprise me if USMJ is stocking up PURA to make the quarter look better than the disastrous 1st quarter. they didn't say or list any distributors USMJ is probably their only distributor and its online only... like I said hope I'm wrong but nothing this company does surprises me.

who else is actually ordering PURA ...look and compare their bottle design and lack of real name distributor compared to anyone... RTON, KGKG, even localized brands look better..
If I owned a business, don't think EverX would be something I'd carry over any of the other brands...

also think USMJ is ordering PURA and bagholding the drink in inventory to makee.the quarter look better after the disastrous first quarter..

Hope not... would like to see them buy back shares and retire them but if that path is not feasible in the short term then an RS with a reduced AS that is proportional to the split would be ok too.

Probably the majority of RS in the PINK are bad news... but if he's doing an RS with the intention of improving the share structure and also reducing the AS proportionally, it's actually a good thing...

if it's a 10 to one RS...each share you have will be worth 10x ... You loss nothing and the stock would look much sexier for deeper pocket investors...
