Let's put things in perspective and assume Revive gets their drug approved. Think global, hence why Revive has been working with Attwill Medical Solutions Sterilflow. The demand will outpace the manufacturing process and Revive's share price will over-shoot to the upside. $5. $7. $10. a share who knows but to be recalculated at 4/5 billion market cap is certainly not out of the question. The euphoria will be over the top, not just because of the approval but because of the 30 year history of the drug. Surveys have already indicated that people will either refuse or be hesitant on taking any medication related to Covid-19 however those patients with doubt will be reassured from their physicians that Bucillamine is safe.
Are you guys stunned? Do you not understand how options work? Board members and the CEO were granted options allowing them to purchase shares at a latter date. Most of you are confused with the term 'public market buy' and as far as having skin in the game the executive team is in a blackout period now, they are forbidden to 'public market buy' as there is to much material news therefore it would be considered insider trading.
insider trading:
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) defines illegal insider trading as: "the buying or selling a security, in breach of a fiduciary duty or other relationship of trust and confidence, on the basis of material, non-public information about the security." Insider trading is defined as a malpractice wherein trade of a company's securities is undertaken by people who by virtue of their work have access to the otherwise non public information which can be crucial for making investment decisions.
Blackout period:
A blackout period is a duration of time when access to something usually available is prohibited. In a financial context, a blackout period is a duration of time when a company's executives and/or employees who are privy to inside information are restricted from buying or selling any corporate securities.
How in the heck has this news been overlooked? Reading some of the feedback on the message board clearly shows investors don't understand the press release. Hopefully uplisting to the OTCQB will encourage a broader market of investors who understand where the company is going, long RVV.
Exactly!
I continue to go over the latest press releases and the public information is outstanding. I added to my position again today and if we drop a bit again this week I will grab a few more. Revive has good management with zero fluff.
Some serious accumulation happening, nice support being created, I would certainly like to see Revive out of the 20's
The forums are for investors interested in similar socks and to provide any reference material that might be overlooked by new investors, always do your own due diligence and never rely on some of the drivel posted. Revive has the reference material and ligament press releases, no fluff here.
Hopefully we get an update on patient enrollment this week or news on funding from big pharma.
Revive's success with bucillamine will remove the need for patients with mild to moderate COVID-19 symptoms to be on ventilators, therefore allowing the ventilators to be utilized for critical life supporting needs. I'm with a lot of you here that suggested that Revive might get FDA fast-track status especially knowing the positive history of bucillamine.
August 15th. 2020
OTTAWA — Only a small fraction of the 40,000 new ventilators Canada ordered for hospitals last spring have already been delivered but several companies involved say their production lines will start delivering the products faster in the next few weeks.
The promise of new arrivals comes as Canada's chief public health officer, Dr. Theresa Tam, warned Friday that a fall surge of COVID-19 cases could overwhelm the health-care system, including its supply of critical care beds and ventilators.
"What we know based on what we learned from other countries and cities that had a devastating impact in that initial wave, if you exceeded that capacity the mortality goes up really, really high," she said.
Flu season and other respiratory infections common in the fall could put added pressure on the system if COVID-19 flares up in a big way.
Tam said there were many lessons learned from the spring, when the government was ill-prepared and without enough protective equipment for health-care workers, and feared a massive surge of COVID-19 would overwhelm the health-care system.
"We are much better prepared than we were before," she said.
In March, Canadians watched in horror as northern Italy's COVID-19 outbreak overran its health-care system, leaving doctors to choose which patients got a ventilator and which were left without one. That experience, coupled with warnings it could happen here too, compelled federal and provincial governments to order thousands of new ventilators.
I would have to disagree Jama87, if you search Revive a huge list of news agency cover Revive. Wall Street Journal is mainstream and the word is getting out.
https://www.wsj.com/revive
This could have been a news release on it's own, I'm not sure if you investors realize how good this is for Revive's publicity.
Good post Nosnibor, day traders flipping as real investors accumulate and hold. Definitely more positive news in the pipeline and a halt of any kind will have shorts and especially penny flippers squandering.
Todays drop in price are flippers and non believers and that's okay, hence why we saw someone on Twitter bragging about a $14.00 profit. Opportunities to invest in this little gem is now. The science behind Bucillamine has already been proven and its why Revive was able to go right to phase 3 as these drops only encourages me to add more. GL.
The easy answer is NO. The majority of doctors and heads of state have said and I quote;
Health officials say there is no returning to “normal” until there is a vaccine. Fauci’s comment came a day after the World Health Organization cautioned about the development of vaccines, reiterating that there may never be a “silver bullet” for the virus, which continues to rapidly spread worldwide. The phase three trials underway do not necessarily mean that a vaccine is almost ready to be deployed to the public, the agency said. Public health officials and scientists expect to know whether at least one of the numerous potential Covid-19 vaccines in development worldwide is safe and effective by the end of December or early next year, though there is never a guarantee
Nice momentum and accumulation. I'm expecting news in short order from the Canadian government on funding and/or a trial.
Another good Revive article on Seeking Alpha this morning, the word is getting out.
From CNBC:
JPMorgan strategist says investors should be looking to buy virus laggards
Watching Seres Therapeutics (MCRB) 500% plus jump today could potentially be Revive's outcome in September.
As a long term holder in Revive and the belief we are about to witness some excellent feedback from the trials starting in September why do I get the suspicion that Robinhooders are accumulating. Why you ask? it's the large block purchases at fractional increments and as these disappear the stock starts to advance more aggressively but again there is a resurgence in volume and the share price drops and the cycle starts again. My opinion and observation but I could be wrong. The current strong accumulation only reminds me of a elastic band and when the MM's are ready we will be north bound quickly.
Good luck to all.
Sorry for the typo, fat fingers "Today's news is worthy of a nice pop but unfortunately we are stagnant. Does anyone else feel the same?
As much as I can appreciate the paradigm shift with how Pura is releasing news about future endeavors they need to ( just stop ) until they have figured out what the heck they are going to do at the AGM with respect to the RS and the additional float. These two pieces that will be tabled at the AGM is killing all potential motivation that the stock price could have enjoyed. Today's news is worthy of a nice pop but unfortunately we stagnant. Does anyone else fell the same?
I noticed that dump at the end of the day as well, it was around 3:45pm.
Not sure why this stock can't gain any momentum, I'm chalking it up to the RS and the additional shares being asked for at the AGM.
unbelievable news out this morning, on the way up!
The continuation of positive news releases and vested contracts will move Pura upwards, time and patience as more investors do their DD and hop on board.
Your absolutely right ' Youngpenny' this will eventually go up and when it does it will move fast.
Boom! get out of the way Armour all.
Volume is thin and this tells me we are about to blast off, shareholders holding. We witnessed huge volume last week and watched the share price climb (bullish) and now MM are throwing 600 shares in an attempt to drop the price, let's hear the big news already!
Totally agree, you have to be in the game to win, patience here as anxious money sits on the sidelines.
Nobody would know exactly who is trading this stock but traders trade, I'm holding my shares for a few reasons that I have mentioned before:
1. Product is being showcased across many platforms and is selling very well.
2. Company has many contracts in the background that can come to fruition at anytime.
3. Charts are telling us that there is a lot more room to run.
The day to day fluctuations are just that to small to be relevant, we've had 12, 13 & 18 million shares trading hands and the close on all of them were higher, news coming? accumulation? consolidation? good things happening.
Forgot to add some zero's - Three step pattern being set up with top (high close) $0.0058 support (low close) $0.0054 then top (high close) $0.0092 the next support level should be $0.0063 then we bounce well over a penny at around $0.016

I feel we will get at least one piece of good news prior to the AGM, I'm still convinced we move significantly higher prior to the meeting at the end of the month, I'm waiting for volume of 20 million plus to show conviction.
Is this you're gut feeling or is this a pattern that you see developing and you want to share.
Looks like some tight trading today, no cheapies.
I'm with you 'jh stock' I believe we go much higher. The dips are quickly bought up and we have a strong basing happening right now.
4.7 million shares traded today? really, this is consolidating big time, good pause today and looking forward to next week.
Well good luck to you then, but I'm convinced we go much higher.
I thought you left the building whistle pig? did you not sell out?
I have to agree that this is being manipulated and my reason is simple, every time this sells off a bit it's met with good buy in support, again I'm assuming someone or somebody knows some juicy information and is accumulating on any weakness, my two cents and that's one of the reasons I'm holding, this could very well pop to $0.03 plus at any moment on a major corporate news release.
And here we are its next year and we are running 'IHuser' today we break into pennyland. This recent run has to be tied to some explosive news that a few might be privy too, I'm expecting a major announcement before the AGM.
