Again they said this would close June 23 its July 11th nothing happened. They said they would have the transfer agent info and start the process at the end of the following week. Again nothing happened. Lol doesn't anyone ever wonder why everything they say is going to happen never happens. Well at least some of ya made money. I broke even and not even sure how that happened, only thing I lost was time. But I know there was a lot of people that wasn't that lucky

They had an automatic conversion date and we still would have received a lot more than we had now. Converting them wood have been as easy as placing a phone call to your broker. I had this conversation with my broker already. They would have taken care of everything.

And next time they might not get anything back considering how all this played out. They know this wouldn't move unless laho got something back. So they did the minimum. SMH bunch of crooks and con artists. I'm good I'll find a real investment.just like I'll recommend everyone else to do so.

I understand you guys are happy your getting anything back. But truth is it would have been better for laho shareholders to receive there shares like promised 4 2 years. Next to those shares 8 million is a slap in the face point period. I understood those shares would be life changing in the long run, by what was promised. After 2 years of waiting for them to come through with our shares this was the worst out come for laho shareholders basically cut out of the deal. And it was the best out come for Dave and everyone involved. So when I hear well what did you expect laho got suspended halted blah blah blah. I expected them to keep there word. After 2 fing years thats the least they could have done was keep there word. And stick to the contract they laid down in front of everyone's eyes.
