Done.
This is who Canbiola investors are dealing with.

If that doesn’t bother anyone, God bless ya.
He got in some more hot water earlier this year, so canbiola had him “resign.”
And yet...he is listed as the registered agent in Canbiola’s reinstatement form here:
http://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/CorporationSearch/SearchResultDetail?inquirytype=EntityName&directionType=Initial&searchNameOrder=CANBIOLA%20P050001391551&aggregateId=domp-p05000139155-0a0939a7-e0e3-48e7-b6fd-e249c84a69f5&searchTerm=Canbiola%2C%20Inc.&listNameOrder=CANBIOLA%20P050001391551
Also need to explain why carl dilley is back.
I wanted to believe in canb, but if they let that guy back in, there’s nothing left for me here. He’s a Crook with a capital C.
Best of luck to you all.
Thank you. Just added here today.
When does this company report financials?
Thanks for the info. Carl Dilley listed as registered agent?
Quarterly report due 11/15, one week from today. Do they:
1) Report eod on a Friday?
2) Report early?
3) File another extension?
There are many unprovable assumptions in this post about canbiola and their intentions. They haven’t given an update on the machines - thats all we know.
I don’t think they just made it up. That would be really silly and unnecessary.
Whatever. Neither of us knows. I don’t really care anymore.
Done with this board for now. Glta!
Yes, the whole sector is down. But honestly, if this company had their stuff together, it would be trading above where it is now, regardless of regulatory uncertainty.
The fda is not a silver bullet. They need to get better as a business - better websites, better accounting practices, better investor relations, more profitability and fewer outstanding shares. You know, all the fundamentals that make a company successful and build confidence with investors.
Looking forward to the next set of financials. I’m curious to see the sam numbers and whether they were able to reduce costs. Maybe they’ll pull one out and I’ll eat my words
Sleek, thank you for answering my question directly with supporting links. That was much more useful than vague potshots.
But seriously, how many employees do they have?
The last number reported was 4. If they are operating in multiple states with their Washington lab, running a hemp processing depot, etc etc, how can it be possible to have so few employees?
How many employees does Canbiola have?
I would love to see some canbiola specific news sometime soon. Been nothing for over a month, aside from board member changes, yawn.
Tired of going over the same tired debates over and over here.
I bet it’s because they found out canbiola is producing opioids for the mafia. After all, their logo is the same as the italian flag, plus marco has a long island accent.
Wow! Carnage without any sign of a bottom! Lol, smh...
If you can believe it, despite the numerous posts accusing Canbiola of lying about vending machines, there is absolutely no evidence at all! Good grief!
Wow, sounds pretty bad.
two of these statements about Canbiola’s “wrongdoings” are now false by your own admission, then I’m supposed to google something about redwood? Redwood, who “controls everything!” Lmao
Canbiola is an emerging company raising money the right way. Their sales growth is phenomenal and they’ve built a seed-to-sale system, laying a solid foundation for the future.
There are so many factual inaccuracies here. Canbiola does not have billions of shares, nor is it owned or beholden to redwood, nor did it ever say anything about the nyse, nor have there been any “bs press releases.”
This is a growing cbd company, not some scam. There have been numerous posts on this board disproving all the conspiracy theories often repeated here.
There is no evidence to support any claims that the vending machine PR was a deception.
I heartily disagree with these hyperbolic descriptions of canbiola, such as “insane” salaries, “pr fables” and so forth.
In my opinion, it’s reasonable to judge Canbiola’s performance in the context of the sector.
Correct, it’s very easy to see why Canbiola’s pps has declined - no regulatory clarity causing uncertainty within the entire sector. This has caused virtually every cbd stock to dramatically decrease in value.
Perhaps it will help to repost this again, as it contains pertinent information addressing pricing concerns.
Here is a great quote from slider25 previously posted on this board:
Nano cbd, such as the product Canbiola sells, is recognized as superior to basic cbd. This is not fake news.
If infinite cbd sells cheapo 5 hour energy-esque cbd shots in gas stations, power to them.
I trust the doctors who recommend Canbiola’s product know what they’re doing.
Lack of a picture proves nothing, nor is it even compelling evidence. I take the Canbiola pr at face value.
The entire cbd industry is down substantially, due to lack of regulatory clarity. This is known.
Any claims that the pps decline is unique to canbiola are false.
There is no evidence to support any claim that the vending machine pr was a lie. We can make assumptions, but lack of evidence is not evidence, as they say.
Investment firms and banks aren’t interested in investing big money into an industry that has no clear government regulation. Once there is a degree of certainty about the future of cbd, the money will follow. The whole sector will see massive gains, including Canb.
Large investors aren’t in it for a quick flip. I doubt the daily price action is of much concern to them at this point. Canbiola is a good investment in a burgeoning industry. The truth will become undeniable in the coming months.
Lol, no that’s not what I meant.
Canbiola’s product is NOT the same as the “1000’s of cbd companies” on google.
As has been mentioned, they have an exact formulation of cbd and terpenes that have been optimized for absorption. As Marco points out in this video, their consistent formulation is one of their competitive advantages.
I have read about the vending machines being a total fabrication, a lie perpetrated on current and potential shareholders to create a short term pps increase.
The evidence to support this accusation: there aren’t any pictures.
Good grief...
I keep reading that the vending machines don’t exist and the pr was a lie.
Do you have any evidence of this? Or is it just an assumption because we haven’t had an update on their locations?
Good points all. Not to mention the loss companies will incur when all their current inventory becomes unsellable, and the loss of faith from retailers when they can’t sell the product they already bought wholesale.
To say that companies can easily transition their entire production and sales apparatus is quite naive.
I really don’t agree with most of what you just said.
Lmao, $23k traded and “the market has chosen?”
Keep it in your pants, guys.
Go canb.
Another low volume day. I thought insiders were supposed to be dumping millions of shares to get the pps to go sub-penny?
Wocka wocka wocka!
