Exactly! It's going to always be something. He'll be drowned out when the chatter goes nuts on the next run, which I think is coming soon.
Successfully closes on the Lena deal, and you knew exactly what I meant. The problem is that you keep wildly speculating over percentages when Tony has said nothing. Is it really going to matter as long as they're together? The fact that they'll be able to produce at Lena and potentially 7 other locations is really significant. You speculate on LLCs which Tony's mentioned nothing. I think a while back we were talking about the Stop sign, then the fins... it's always something. As far as Lena, we just have to wait and see. He's said that he's acquiring Lena, and Lena has said that he's acquiring them, so what the heck man? Let's let this play out or move on. If you aren't comfortable with that, the best advice that I could give is to sell your shares. Right?
As I said, I give you credit for knowing the industry and providing links, but I don't know why you spend so much time here if you aren't happy with the progress.
Don't you worry, as soon as Tony successfully completes this, something else will be dug up and we'll beat a dead horse over it! lol
How is Ross confirming his desire to close not even close? Literally, we have a video of them wanting to do the deal with Tony, and we have the video of Tony signing the agreement! This totally is the opposite of what someone would do if they didn't want to acquire Lena Beverage. Obviously, this is Tony's intent unless he states otherwise, right?
I'm not sure why he hasn't resolved the revoked status on the LLC. I trust that he'll do that and whatever else needs to be taken care of. It's great DD to verify as you've done, but you are potentially raising false flags that will be completed when appropriate. Tony does know this business, and obviously, those at Lena know it as well.

These are not new videos btw for those that are asking.
I have well under a million shares left (thanks Biden) and my "fifth of a cent" is now: Day's Gain $229.19 (16.49%)
I think I should start adding, but maybe not today. As you said, both sides have expressed a desire to get the deal done.
lol I know ... Hedge is obviously not a fan, but just wanted to hear his logic on this one since he posted the link. We should be able to validate or invalidate easily.
So the LLC is still alive and well in FL, but it also makes sense that nothing would be done for Illinois as the Lena deal hasn't been completed.
I haven't had a multi-state operation myself so wasn't sure that the LLC had to be registered in each state, but I guess it does make sense.
http://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/CorporationSearch/SearchResultDetail?inquirytype=EntityName&directionType=Initial&searchNameOrder=APRU%20L160001573170&aggregateId=flal-l16000157317-09f4a649-02ac-41fe-ae29-94b020e161b3&searchTerm=apru%20llc&listNameOrder=APRU%20L160001573170
I guess I'm confused... so why would $APRU need to be re-registered in Illinois even if they acquire Lena?
Also, with the name change, perhaps he's registering under the new name?
If he's under contract, he has a limited time to obtain funding. I did some commercial real estate myself, so I'm not sure how different it is. I was on vacation with the kids when he posted the video so I didn't pay close attention and thought that they were closed... still great though.
Since they mailed the forms, it does make sense that the closing date could be a moving target. Maybe that's not what happened, but it doesn't matter now that it's closed.
If he's conducting business with honesty and integrity like I believe that he is, I could see his frustration. He has to balance in good faith with any negotiations, and that wouldn't include giving us updates on them. I like it that both sides carefully considered the agreement. Had Lena just handed everything over in a fire sale, that would probably have me nervous.
It's pretty great that both sides can potentially win here, so this year may get exciting for shareholders.
I'm sure he wasn't lying about it though. I think he did the video just to stick it to the "pro snag" crowd.
This is all foundational work that's being done, so it makes sense that the fruits will come later, but this is a great foundation!
Video update!

I am glad that he at least posted an update yesterday. I'm not entirely shocked being that it was a holiday, but he's really put himself on the hook for seeing this through.
I wonder if they can close on a holiday?
Tony appears to have these traits along with being hard working. I guess when the stock is down, we can bash him personally though. It takes both hard work and talent to resurrect a beverage and obtain Busch family backing.
I think his biggest issue so far has been exposure. Had advertisements been run in the cities where Apple Rush was sold, it may have taken off. Once that distribution was lost, he was smart enough to back off of expensive batches and now will be able to batch smaller and cheaper, which sounds ...smart! He also was able to design a new brand with adult appeal, which also is smart.
I still think that this is a winner long-term because he has a great product, a great plan (seed to sale), and the right people involved.
At one point, my few thousand was worth $30k (just last year I believe). I stay in this stock because it's a product that is great quality and I've been able to buy and try it myself. I've talked to the CEO multiple times and his goal is to grow the product nationally, not just flip shares.
So is it better for him to just sit at home on the weekends? I'm glad he was getting out there... as an investor, I like to see this.
Tony can't seem to make people happy no matter what.
We just got news, so I'm thinking trips. It may spur interest though and start to shoot up. It's just hard to say with the economy, but trips are where you'd make money.
All of these line up with $APRU creating a framework for a profitable and scalable business.
I don't know that it's deception, but it's true that some of these have not come to fruition yet, like Hard Rush. It could be explainable as the Lena deal needs to happen first, but what's going on with that? We know that Rich Bickle is a real guy that has real contacts in NASCAR, and he also has come out as an investor and plans to help not just get Lena, but multiple breweries. They plan on having APRU sponsor a Nascar TV show... pretty awesome from reliable sources.
This has always had potential, but I also understand the frustration that it seems like we're still just in the upper midwest. The products are great... I've bought them locally when they were in Lucky's and I've bought directly from them and also through Amazon. Tony's proven that he can do things and make connections, but he is kind of rebuilding it and going full steam with the Element brands... oh and natural lube... I'm sure there's a joke in there somewhere...lol
I thought the same thing... lol
Yes, definitely would be $BLEG shareholders that would see a dividend.
He's building out a very nice portfolio and it's all going under the radar.
"Transaction Will Result in a Dividend to All Current Shareholders"
This would be a cash deal from what it sounds like.
It's not that we're ignoring it, it's just that we don't have any information. I believe the last info that we have is from Aug 25th, when he was working with the BOD with Lena on moving forward.
Right, this is a great point. Just because we go through a quiet period does not mean that Tony has closed up shop. We heard from the executive at Lena and Rich Bickle, so they'd all have to be liars if nothing was happening.
The entire stock market is tanking because of a certain old guy and his team consistently making super bad policy decisions.
Right ... Rich Bickle literally said that on the video that they were going to have several after Lena, which is exactly what we need for the goal of national distribution.
How can you listen if you hang up! lol
Pick up the phone, and search for my old posts where I provided the info on where this came from. I don't know why it disappeared, so maybe an accounting error that Tony corrected. It had to do with an acquisition and needing to account in 1 quarter for an entire year of sales.
Yes, Tony is the right source of information as a 5 minute video can't possibly cover all details of the business. Chef didn't get any secret new information, just clarification and details on existing business dealings. I've talked to him for over an hour before which says a lot about how open he actually is to real investors.
Awesome, thanks for the update! Yes, so many good things are in the works.
What we do know is that Rich Bickle is directly involved and the chances of this being advertised in NASCAR and MAVTV are very real. (https://mavtv.com/) As soon as that happens, we would say goodbye to sub pennies and probably reach new highs. Rich himself said that he's passionate about the product and is going to make this happen. Imagine if this shows up on the side of a NASCAR on national TV? Wow... we would definitely be all happy here... all of us that own shares that is. :)
I would have liked to hear an update regarding Lena though, but we haven't heard anything bad yet either.
Yeah, they are a Corporation, so maybe he misspoke. To be completely fair and honest, we're splitting hairs though, right? I don't know that this is even a problem.
You may be right about the license, but Tony had the owner on a video discussing it, so we know that it's in progress and the intent of both parties are to merge in some fashion. There could be snags, but we just don't know yet.
Nice find, but as we know, the deal has not been finalized so it wouldn't make sense to list APRU/Tony as an owner on 8/19/2022 for their liquor license.
Southern Eagle is still involved and fully supports APRU, but they probably aren't pushing it until production issues are worked out. Having the ability to produce and sell small batches from his own brewery solves that issue along with keeping costs low. Once the products have a good sales track record, Southern Eagle + their entire family network could potentially move this into a national brand. If this starts showing up on the side of a NASCAR, that could happen quickly. As you said, it's been half a decade, but he's still alive and kicking with sponsors and big support.
The deal is obviously not off. I don't understand why "investors" trash the stock on a daily basis. If you hate it or have serious doubts, sell and move on.
We are working out the final details with Lena Brewing. Expansion plans and new product formulations being worked on. $APRU #doinitright #themissingelementyouneed

Tony put this information in writing. He was specific about an "intent to acquire Lena Beverage"
"The transaction will be paid for in cash, non-convertible debt, and preferred shares of APRU"
I think it's best to wait for the rest of the details after the deal has been closed. Ross Vehmeier may have said "partnership", but maybe because he now has preferred stock in APRU? Maybe because he's staying on as Manager and it's his way of saying that he and Tony work together? It's totally not a partnership deal from the Newswire, so since you and Grant like to go with non-phone call facts, I think we have to stick with this information until something new is put in writing.

As long as he's good at producing products, I'm okay with him not being super polished. He's very personable to talk to, so I think it just takes practice. He was able to sell this deal to the bank, so he's doing something right.
Imagine that he's now going to have an entire brewery at his disposal for his products. I don't see how this isn't a huge game changer. In 6 months, I think we'll see some significant growth. He hasn't closed yet so I wouldn't expect a timeline yet for production, but maybe he has one.
The seed-to-sale plan seems to be pretty clear to me, but he's also taken the time to explain it to me. You seem to know this industry pretty well so I'm sure he'd be glad to talk to you... well actually maybe not you specifically... lol
It would be pretty bold of Tony to name them and quote Ross Vehmeier (CEO of Lena Brewing Company). It sounds like your friend talked to the wrong guy.

I believe it. I was on the phone with him and he mentioned a big financing deal months ago, so obviously, this is it. He is the real deal and a good guy.

Very nice!!
Yeah, it's a shame that we lost that distribution. It really was on a very nice path at that point, and $100 million was looking to be a real possibility had that same growth kept up. $100 million is probably far away, but not out of the question if the product gets picked up by a national retailer. Tony has invested heavily in multiple acquisitions that should pay off in the next 6-12 months.
Glad to see that you're still monitoring this closely!
Yeah, I agree with you guys.... the framework is now but the real results should definitely move it.
