Yeah, I hear you. I've seen big runners with 20B shares so I'm not too worried just yet.
They actually have tangible products selling in reputable retail stores. Most OTC stocks in this range are selling snake oil with a dash of hope. There's no reason for it be this low and a run can easily take this over a penny.

"But in a 'no-action' letter, Josephine Tao, assistant director of the SEC’s Division of Trading and Markets, said the rule would not be enforced until Jan. 3, 2022 in response to indications from industry representatives that they would not be ready to comply by the original deadline."
You can't say the CEO provides false information if you don't show any evidence. From what I've seen he hasn't said anything wrong. I've talked to him myself as well.
What's your point? Welcome to the OTC. I'm in at .0009 and I only see upside from here. People need to stop blaming companies because they bought in too early.
Up 22+ percent since last Monday. Keep trying.
Yeah, it's called a reverse split.
The tech is there but I'm skeptical of management. Doesn't matter how good of a product you have if management is terrible.
Most people invested in CELZ already knows about the R/S coming up but everyone is turning a blind eye. Very strange. I'm not a fan of R/S and sold all my shares for a profit. I may jump back in after the split and dip.
And how many times do I have to say check the inventory on Amazon and their own shop. The inventory has been the same.
Amazon has been stuck at 99 qty total left.
Shopify website has been at 101 qty.
If they were actually selling thousands of products I'd agree but they aren't even selling 1 per day.
The Shopify link is https://familyshieldtracking.com/products/family-shield-gps
Don't kid yourself. They never sold out regardless of what they said. I don't believe it for a second.
They've sold 1 measly unit since the Amazon relaunch. That's something to be sour about for sure.
Funny how you tell people to buy the product but you have yet to do so yourself. The inventory is still the same.
See what I mean about broken clock.
Yeah only 1. They relaunched with 2 listings at 50 QTY each. One is now 49. They should've shipped their inventory to Amazon so people can use Prime. $10 for shipping is steep.
They've sold only 1 unit since the Amazon relaunched.
I've been a little hard on Mocha. But even a broken clock is right twice a day.
Haha. Not going to lie that made me laugh. Well played.
Yeah I saw that. They sold 1 unit today. If you add the item to your cart and make the QTY 999 it'll autocorrect to the current stock. Started at 50 units this morning and is 49 right now.

No problem. I had to do a double take cause I've been keeping an eye on their Twitter account. What're your thoughts on the company so far?
It's not the first tweet since April. I'm seeing four in July 2021 and two in August 2021.
Since when was a mere 500,000,000 Authorized Shares on OTC a bad thing? You obviously don't shop around OTC much.
You're like a broken clock except you're never right.
I highly doubt IGEN owns the right to be the only company that can use 5G in a OBD-II tracker. Verizon and T-Mobile have their own 4G models and they'll probably be releasing a 5G version. The IGEN module and app look awful tbh.

You can't handle a simple FACT? Nothing I said was untrue. Moral of the story is don't jump to conclusions. That is how Amazon works whether it bursts your bubble or not.
Amazon isn't selling these. If Amazon themselves was selling and shipping these it would be a huge deal. But it's not the case. It's sold AND shipped by IGEN on Amazon. Anyone can do what they're doing. My company has been selling on Amazon for 15+ years and what they're doing is nothing special. Their product won't magically be promoted or be on some spotlight on Amazon.
Yep, my thoughts exactly. "Currently unavailable" doesn't mean it sold out. They could've taken the listing down for whatever reason and it would say the same message. No one seems to know how Amazon operates. Someone on this board didn't know that IGEN is shipping these Amazon orders themselves, not Amazon. They simply made a seller account on Amazon, created a product page and made a product listing. Anyone can do this.
Wouldn't surprise me if they're already in the process. A lot of companies do both on Amazon. Ship themselves and FBA. As a seller of 15+ years I never saw the point of doing both but I see it a lot.
That is them selling it on Amazon.com but IGEN ships it. Notice how it says "Ships from FamilyShield GPS, Sold by FamilyShield GPS." If they used the FBA service they can ship their product to Amazon's warehouse, get Prime shipping and Amazon ships the products for them after they sell. Then it would say "Ships from Amazon, Sold by FamilyShield GPS."
Family Shield is shipping the product themselves. Not Amazon. They should be using Amazon's FBA service to be honest. Then people could use Prime shipping.
If their customer support is that bad than people should be giving it weight. It tells a lot about a company. Don't turn a blind eye just because you're invested in it.
I've been a seller on Amazon for 15+ years. Received multiple emails over the years from Amazon stating I was in the top 10% of sellers in terms of revenue. I know how Amazon's system works. They just got a 4th negative review. They keep cancelling orders and unless the buyer specifically states to cancel an order it damages your metrics. I stated in an earlier post to not be surprised if Amazon kicks them off their platform. With 10,000+ products they could be making bank but everything is overpriced and their customer support looks to be severely lacking.
You've been stating dilution but the OS from 8/2 to 8/3 hasn't changed.
