"Never Submit" is a metaphor describing the way these athletes live their lives.

ABOUT CUNG LE
In 1975, three days before the fall of Saigon, Cung Le and his mother Anne escaped Vietnam by helicopter under heavy gun fire. They spent several difficult months in a refugee camp in the Philippines until the time they where reunited with some of their family members. Luckily, they had a sponsor in America and were able to start their new lives in San Jose, California. Growing up as a skinny Vietnamese refugee, Cung Le was an easy target for bullies to pick on, often used for practical jokes, pushed around and even beat up. Most of these bullies never even knew his name and often referred to Cung Le as a nip, chink, or gook.
Today the name Cung Le is one of the most famous names in the Martial Arts Fight World as "... pound for pound one of the most exciting fighters of all times," (Dave Carter, Inside Kung Fu). Cung Le is not only a three-time world champion who is in his prime, he is also a dedicated father and role model to millions. Cung Le has made a tremendous impact on martial arts and continues to expand his arsenal of tools with the addition of Jujitsu training. His popularity as a fighter has brought San Shou Kung Fu to the forefront of the fight world and is catapulting Le into the main stream.
Most recently, Le was featured on a television series called JOURNEY OF A CHAMPION. His beginning, his challenges, his victories, and the road ahead are featured in three unforgettable episodes. He is also the subject of a documentary that chronicles his life "Cung Le, The Making of a Champion," beginning with Le as a child in Vietnam, following him as a wrestler in college and taking the audience ringside for his many hard fought victories. The film also takes you behind the scenes to see the type of grueling training that makes a champion. Le was also the featured guest for The Discovery Channel documentary titled, "On the Inside: Martial Arts."
Le has made appearances on the covers of several of the most renowned martial arts publications in the world, including Black Belt Magazine, Inside Kung Fu, Wushu Kung Fu, Martial Arts Illustrated, ESPN the magazine and the cover of DirecTV. A testament to his high status in Asia, an article on Le was also published in the Japanese version of Black Belt Magazine, the Bible of Martial Arts. Le has also captivated his television audience with outstanding victories on ESPN2 StrikeForce, Pay-Per-View's K-1 Superfights, DRAKA Championships and Shidokan, The Triathlon of Martial Arts. At the prestigious 2004 Asia Entertainment awards, Le was honored as the most famous Vietnamese Martial Artist in the world. He received this award in Los Angeles amid a first class Oscars-like ceremony. With this honor Le is now in possession of over 35 major awards.

dunno ;) i just bring you the info as i get it ;)
also from Ken earlier today stated IPEI is not going to make it to Berlin with SIIR, and they plan to do a private screening in New York and Los Angeles before the world premiere in Cannes..
ALSO, They will be putting a PR out shortly to update shareholders with the technical progress of SIIR as they finish the final phases.
ken also states, " All the experts who have viewed this film say it is a motion picture"
info from Ken:
Just IPEI as stated in the PR, all restricted stock as stated in the PR, all at market value, so hopefully the awareness campaign will put more eyes on the stock and the market will be interested in us and our news in moving forward.
dj insanity <dj_insanity1@hotmail.com> wrote:
ken,
for the $10million finance, what is the structure of that and which shares
will be given, IPEI, MUME or both?
thanks,
matt
when am i ever sarcastic when i have news that i USUALLY will always share... unless you dont want to hear..
would you guys like some more news?
anyway you look at it, its still good for us to get funding..
that means at least we(the company) will have cash onhand to complete projects. And the stocks they will receive will be Restricted... perhaps i should email ken and find out some more of the detail etc..
hey everyone. here is a joke, im in brussels, belgium right now, and Jean Claude Van Damme is 4 rooms down from me....
perhaps i should see if he would like to be in Never Submit... at least then we would know the film would at least make 20 Million USD .. lol
as to what you were saying as a day trader, yes, i DID take offence to that remark, and i sent him back an email telling him that i am not a "day trader" of this company, and that i have been a loyal shareholder and have only been accumulating shares..
just a couple emails from last month from ken
Matt, we have always been an open book. Info on the number and conversion rate
of preferred has always been available. I remember people complaining about the
number of preferred I held and I responded by cutting them in half. People
still pea and moan about it. They want me to have nothing for the 1.7 million I
put into this company. The truth is that the fundamentals for this company to
take off are nearly here, the pps is going down and the IHUB guys all want to
sue us or put us in jail when that happens. When the pps goes. Up they want to
pin medals on us. This is a market like any other market and it is subject to
market pressures and in this case now that they see liquidity, market
shenanigans. Our preferred holders are loyal. When they do sell they will sell
responsibly and buy more. One of them has averaged down to here from 40 cents.
They are not demons, they are our friends. The trouble with you guys is your
day trading mentality. This company is working its tuckus off moving business
along and trying to improve the pps by constant progress. Nobody is listening
yet but they will when they see what we have accomplished.
AND for SIIR
With the holidays, it is looking more like the second week of January, but we will put out another one when the digital intermediate has been completed, the sound is ready for final mix and the composer has recorded the soundtrack. At that point there will be about two weeks for the final mix.
Hi Matt, the hardest thing to eplain to people is that this takes time. Its not
a home movie and we have no intention of not completing it and walking away from
a 3.5 MM asset. We are still in digital intermediary, the composer has scored
several major scenes and has an approved plan for the whole film and the sound
lab is moving at full speed. Its a little difficult to get actors into the ADR
booth during the holidays so that is being set after the fifth. We predict
completion by the end of January.
chain - yes the delay is not good, all i want is a pr that states "Imperia Entertainment announced today they have completed Feature Film "Say it in Russian" and have been offered $XX Million by ..."
then you will ipei launch like a rocket
but then again, im highly delusional! and insane for that matter
but needless to say, im still onboard and have only acquired more!
we will get there one day ;)
hold tight
oh, this is all jmho :D
i can see everyone is in a great mood today!
GO IPEI!!
wahoooooooo
morning to all, lets see what ipei can do this week
LOL... who is the loser selling 1040 shares at .028?
thats a WHOLE Andrew Jackson after commissions!
wow, i guess they needed grocery money, for the day
ADB = Audio Dubbing Booth (i would imagine) ;)
last email i got from ken talking about SIIR, he was telling me they were trying to get the actors etc. into the ADB which he said was difficult to do during the holiday season, i believe we should hear something very soon though.. keep the faith! its a new year ;)
it is my opinion the majority on here are missing the point, what is it REALLY ALL ABOUT??? PUBLICITY!!!! if you dont know it already i will break it down for you,
"All publicity, weither GOOD or BAD, is STILL GOOD publicity" and i will give you an example that comes to mind...
rap artist Eminem, FULL of controversy, bashes women, gays etc. and has had THOUSANDS if not more of his albums Steamrolled by these groups, YET, he is the most selling rap artist of all time next to 2pac... go figure.
ALL James is doing is that he is ceasing the opportunities at hand by taking advantage of FREE ADVERTISING!!!! or would you rather them PAY to advertise??
please.. my 2 pence
which brokers still have restrictions?
News: from jan 3rd, just figured noone posted it, so why not put i up so anyone scanning could see it:

well everyone! the trading year has officially ended!! and all sales(tax-loss) are complete. imo it is going to be quite interesting to say the least come next week. I wish you all and your families a happy and safe new year, and may 2007 be a very prosperous one!
- Insanity
faster - im getting the feeling that once this year is done and people have sold for their loss, we are going to head north at a blistering pace
imo, now isnt the time to lose faith, anyone could have done that before being 90%+ down.. anyone that has stuck thru these rough times, there is a reward and obviously you would have to own to get it..
2007 will bring us our dues :)
$1 is very possible, but if you are down that much(95%) why would you not average down, with a small amount of money you DRASTICALLY cut your average.. i know you already know this, but for the benefit of some that DONT! for numbers sake:
if your average is .50 with 10k shares = $5k
to add another 10k shares right now = $340(plus commission $9.99)
so now you have 20k shares costing you $5350 = .2675 average
thats the spirit! i was just looking at CKYS and if you look at the OS(massive) you put that kinda money(2.5million shares traded so far today) into IPEI.. hahaha we would be over .10 right now
if we all did that(focus on the future) we would ALL be better off. imo
