No I would not.... I'm letting this sit and moving on.
You are correct.. Most Online Brokers won't let you place market orders for pennies "online".... However they will let you if you call it in. Don't ask me why .. because I don't know why they do this ... But thats the way it is.
"I do not see this kind of activity anywhere else"
Huh?....
Now why on God's Green Earth would you say that?.... If you were trying to sell a car for a little more than the market value of said car. Would you tell the potential buyer that toilet paper was worth more?
It doesn't make any sense and is completely counter-productive to trash the very same security you are trying to sell... So go ahead people keep crying in public.... I'm sure you'll have buyers lined up around the corner to buy something at .0001 even though you publicly advertise it as being worth less.
How to sell AUGC stock.....
Stop crying and put a Market Order in..... Don't reply with some BS about the price they'll give you,, Because by the sounds of it.. It shouldn't matter what you get back out of it... If all you want is out ... then the out is a market order.
If you can't handle the loss from a market order then put a limit order in and forget about it .... Come back in a year from now.
That's what I did .. I set a limit order at .008... and now I'm moving on (thanks to MENV) with Options plays and anything that is over .05.. I will not be trading subs or super subs anymore.
Thank you
Thanks ... Me too
Want to be a mod?
OT- Any experienced Options Traders in here?
DDSI did the same thing just recently..... Look, Anything is possible...a R/S is never out of the question .... However... It was only less than a month ago a buyback was reported after acquisitions are completed... Why not focus on what we do know instead of what we don't?
Sighhhhhh.....

AuGRID to Launch Stock Buy Back in 2007
Tuesday December 19, 10:00 am ET
VINELAND, N.J., Dec. 19, 2006 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- To all public concerns, it is the very serious intention of AuGRID Global Holdings Corporation (``AGHC'') (Other OTC:AUGC.PK - News) to complete at least one of the aforementioned acquisitions in our previous press releases. What AuGRID has been very carefully planning is a stock buyback program to retire 4 billion shares during the first three quarters of 2007. Our strategy is simple. AGHC is in the process of acquiring firms that have revenues, history and profits. It is out of these revenues and profits that AGHC intends to acquire a portion of the float and retire the stock back to treasury. It is in the managements' analysis, and that of our advisors, that a float this size is counterproductive to the growth after a completed acquisition. The capitalization table should be reigned in through a stock buyback program.

I find it truly amazing that NITE is opposing changes to Reg SHO. Is it because:
A) They had almost $200 million in customer fails for 1h06?
B) They have a $500 million+ Securities Sold Not yet purchased liability where they move customer fails to after stocks are halted? How do you cover a short in a stock that doesn't trade anymore?
C) 90%+ of their volumes come from otcbb/pink sheet stocks AND their Top 10 traded stocks in August didn't add up to ONE PENNY?
D) Their trading profits for 1h06 were 148 million up from 65 million in 05?
E) that 1 of their top traded stocks in August was AUGC. In July they traded just over 200 million shares and in August their volume shot up to almost 2 BILLION. AND AUGC hit the SHO list on August 15?
F) that their traders routinely mark "short" sales as "long". etc etc
That letter is quite the confession of a penny/sub penny stock manipulating firm.

Bull,
We are aware of the situation .... Keep your cool dude... we're on it.
Rob,
You're on thin ice with the "Inside Info" you tout....
Bull .. relax ... I'm on it
Ez... Bull.. You should do a little research before accusing us of not deleting his "Off Topic" posts.
"If there is a 10 for 1 it isnt such a bad thing with a dividend It will make the stock more tradable. with the 25 percent dividend it should go up. Pretty hard to find buyers when the next tick is 100 percent that is likely why they are doing it"
---------------------------------------------------------------
They Are? Who Said? ... Do you have a link to the filing or pr?
No R/S has been reported.
pizza,
The fate of our investment does not completely rest on the future success of the Plasma TV..... Remember they have changed their business model to a holding company. Acquiring companies that have proven profits here in the USA and over seas in China. And as per the pr .. It's the revenues from the acquired companies which is going to pay for the buyback.
Acquisitions/Revenues + BuyBack + TV revenues = Happy Investors
Keep your eyes on the prize and try not to get bogged down with the crap being spewed from people who so obviously have an agenda...
"They will do a r/s 10-1 . They need to get a bid on this stock and start the buy back."
That quote is Absolutely false !
Rob,
1st and only warning... What you are spreading are rumors and off topic....There is NO! news of a R/S there for it is off topic for the current situation.. A buy back is what was reported .... Stick to the topic! Please read the rules and follow... if not? Your posts will be deleted.

Will do
Made more than what I paid for AUGC on MENV 2 weeks ago.... But hey .. I'll take a free pick any day :)
Thanks for looking out !
"He posts junkie stuff "
Example please. Oh, you mean I don't post rumors? Thanks!
"He is really starting to show what OG said he would!!"
Care to explain what that might be?
"and keeps the sh*tbirds out"
Nope.. I missed one
Do you really want to start judging each other? Or can we agree to dis-agree about the R/S and move on from this?
A buy back would make more sense. Which is what is going to happen ... according to MJ. So why are we talking about a reverse split?... When it is the buyback that was reported not a R/S. I have not heard or see anything in regards to a R/S (publicly). This is how rumors get started.
That will be enough of the personal attacks.... we all make our own decisions. And those decisions will not effect you in anyway so let it go and keep your personal remarks to yourself or within a private message.
I would suggest to read the rules in the iBox before posting.

Super Assistance
Chances are you'll not be able to buy at .00001 but I'm sure if you put a limit order for .00001 to sell.. it will get gobbled up.
lol He is .. with no doubt .. running123
Watch .. as long as we give him attention .. his posts will slowly get worse and more bashing as he "slowly" finds past articles and then plays stupid with more stupid questions.. just like before under that invest name.
Don't know how many he owns (If any).. but it's not hard to change or to "Spoof" your IP address.
LOL, Here we go again !
invest,
What you do is mis-interpret facts and spin it in a way to bash the company. Then claim your trying to have a factual conversation. I know your running123.. I was pm'ed a few days ago by a poster that doesn't even post on the AUGC board..warning me about you.... Plus you give yourself away by the way you write your posts. Your constant repeated posts about the same mis-interpreted, ill-informed facts and then your constant cries to speak only about them and not anything positive ... Is BASHING! And it will be dealt with.
Boy ...I feel stupid.. I paid 4k for my 42" 2 years ago....
Just like how I paid $2,400.00 for a Gateway 350mhz computer .. 9 years ago.
You are repeating the same information over and over again in your postings and are considered "duplicate post" which are grounds for deletion and considered bashing.... Your questions have been answered ...
Merry Christmas
stoked,
What is your purpose here? .... We are all educated adults and make our own decisions. I don't understand the reasoning why you would come to a message board spout BS about a stock you hate. We do not need you here .. we do not want you here ... we do not need you to tell us anything ..... we are fully aware of the situation. If you can't contribute to a meaningful conversation then you don't belong here. Do you think you are warning us? YOU'RE NOT! All you are doing is contributing to the decline in the share price by that garbage that is coming out of your mouth...... Tell you what .... I do not know how many shares you have and don't care.. but just so you can end your misery .. I will buy every share you have at the current ask price..... Provided you stay a far away as possible .. got it? ... GOOD!
BTW: My siggy says it all.. you roll the dice with any penny stock....With that being said ... Now read the message below it.
Thank you
IMHO! ..... All AUGC investors will be
soon.
Merry Christmas everyone and a Happy New Year!
Let'em sell... I'm tired of hearing their crying.....
If they sell someone has to buy them ... A zero sum game
wrong...
Nope.. Just another pinky
Well, Not much... It was on a sunday when I went there.. so the office was closed. I did speak to Sandra Salim (refer to post #12088) I am still waiting to go back during the work week and sit down with someone.... I will keep you posted as to that.
Ok fine ....
