Grow up!
Niocorp changed there facebook profile page from "Niocorp superalloys" to "Niocorp Critical Mineral Security". Looking forward to next week!
Am i following correctly? The $285 million dollars we will recieve from GXII will be exchanged for an equal value of Niocorp stock, at $.80 that is about 355 million shares. But if our stock price doubles the number of share in the exchange would be halved.
BRING IT ON!!!
Please expand!
Bought my first in Aug of 2015 for $.52 been adding since mostly in the high .30's and low .40's. Time to go!!
Either way the work being done is work that will need to be done before we can build a mine. This work is also easier to do in September in Nebraska than in January.
I'm not sure. This work is being done on the land that Niocorp now owns, so obviously they are aware of it. I have seen two pieces of equipment on site a skidloader and a larger track hoe, does not appear to be a big operation. That said they are getting work done. They appear to taking down all trees, pulling up root balls, they have stacked some larger logs apparently to haul away for sale. I assume they will eventually stack, bury, or burn this brush. For right now most is laying where it fell. Did we hire this crew to clear the land? Or our we allowing someone to salvage logs in exchange for dropping the rest?
I think our team is very optimistic going forward, When asked, Mark Frank lists all the possibilities that the FDA could come back with because he must legally must cover their bases. The tell in my mind is that our shareprice is up, we need cash, yet we are waiting to hear from the FDA before fundraising. MF knows fundraising after a negative FDA response will be painful, yet we are waiting. That is confidence!
Correction: The new fiber optic line is on the west border of the section
I drove by the site yesterday. Workers were tearing out trees, They were stacking the larger logs. It appears to me that someone may have gotten the rights/permission to salvage logs from our site before we build the mine.
They did take completely out a row of trees that were near where I estimate the mine driveway will be, seems most of the work is in the northeast corner of the land Niocorp has purchased.
I also noticed the fiber optic cable that has been recently buried along the south side of our section. If I remember correctly it hasn't been more than a couple of years since they ran a fiber optic line along the south edge of our section.
450-500 total patients data scrubbed and ready to go pending endpoint change approval. I believe our team may think that is enough
Listening to the AGM it is my impression that the 450-500 is the total number records cleaned.
Well said!
I firmly believe this team will bring this project to completion.
That my friend, may be the wisest thing I have seen on any message board! ??
Great ideas, everyone bring your equipment, we will meet at the intersection of hwy 50 and hwy 136 in Tecumseh. No traffic lights but it's the only 4 way stop in town. I will bring my pickup to haul equipment to the mine. I will leave my cooler in the back for refreshments.
At the field day Scott H. was asked if we would immediately drill to find the outer boundaries of our resource upon the start of drilling. His comment was something to the affect of why would we drill the boundaries if we have 300 years of mining right here.
Our cost should be dramatically less which should be to our benefit.
There is a barbed wire fence around the perimeter, as far as security I
noticed at the field day what appeared to be a trail cam, like we use in this area to scout deer prior to hunting season. There obviously could be more but I have not noticed it. Next time I drive by I will look up, for drones.
LET'S GO!!!
My thoughts exactly.
I drove past the mine site on Sunday, It appears to me that the cropland south of the shaft sites have been worked and then then sown to what appears to be a grass. I assume this is to control erosion. Last season all of the crop ground on the site was planted to sudex. It appears to me that the crop land north and east of the shafts have not been planted.
Will certainly do.
Maybe this short spur is the reason for a permit.
I am not sure what roads the state would have build as the Nebraska hwy 50 runs directly past the mine site. If I remember correctly Niocorp has agreed to pave the short (1/4 mile) or so of county road from the highway to the entryway to the mine.
I don't know about this specific plot of land, but I have heard that the previous owner of NIOCORP mine site has a large sum of cash and is using it to buy land in the area, likely a land exchange to avoid (delay) capital gains.
Quiet period?
Hmmmmm!
Mark commented that the REE reporting would likely take 4-6 weeks. Wednesday the 17th marks 6 weeks. ANY DAY NOW!!!
Passage of the infrastructure bill is a big deal for Niocorp. Think about that large steel company that is interested in buying the last 25% of our niobium, This bill will increase their sales and may act as the incentive to become the large anchor investor we are looking for.
chico, you are the king of research, thanks for all you bring to this board!
Great interview. We are making progress towards financing!!
Thinking it may be in response to the passing of the infrastructure bill in the house.
Marks coment at the field day was 4-6 weeks until the REE results. I believe 4 weeks is up Wednesday. Stay tuned.
OK, I leave you guys for one day to attend the NioCorp Investors day and look at what you have done to my share price.
Quick thoughts as I don't have a lot of time now.
I got the opportunity to talk with Scott Hohnan, Mark Smith, Jim Sims, and Neil Shaw, I found them all to be approachable, intelligent, well-informed impressive professionals. We have the right team running this show.
In response to a question regarding the size of our carbonatite Scott made a comment that at the current time we do not need to drill to explore the outer reaches of our property if we have 300 years of mining under our feet.
Jim Sims stated that there is a chance that we may not need to employ ground freezing to sink the mine shafts. This would result in a 40 million dollar savings.
Mark Smith said finance will be as high as 80% debt
more later
I am looking forward to tomorrows NioCorp investors day. Friends, if you are attending and travelling from the north down highway 50 plan on a possible 10 minute delay as there is highway construction both in Tecumseh and north of town.
Now that you mention it I don't remember that either.
I just got my invite confirmation Niocorps' upcoming investor day event.
