one day in a row closing under a dollar.
we don't need 29 more and the first letter from nasdaq....there's already enough noise here.
no, they won't be delisted. for now, i'll just try to be confident that they'll deliver news that will get it to 5 bucks without an r/s so legit funds can get in and really run it.
that would take great news, however.
nice ah
other than the atm, who the hell is selling so much at these prices? i know some funds have to in order to raise cash for redemptions, but as low as our institutional ownership is, it seems like too much for that...and it doesn't explain such a huge drop, either.
i'm thinking about getting religious so i can pray nobody knows bad news is coming.
assuming they will end eventually is why so many of us are so far underwater.
i bought more at Dart's level last week. now Dart's an idiot, too.
pretty obvious somebody's big order has just been filled
(planet earth is blue)
there's something wrong, is the circuit dead?????
ground control to Major Tom?
Tustin, hello?
i have to admit that although i am very frustrated and told myself i wouldn't put one more penny in this stock about 2 years ago, i am extremely tempted right now.
if dart saw value at $1.08...........
i'll probably break my rule in a few minutes. damn
except ibb is only down 6% in a month and we're down 10-18%. some increased present value surely would be nice.
hayward...
the number of shares isn't the point!
the point is that even after Lucy pulled the football away for the 50th time, we are continuing down!
we are laughing stock.
AH..wonderful.
you'd have to watch it like a hawk if you want to trade it...it never stays up for long
am i the only one who finds it somewhat instructional that exwannabe and realist are 1-2 in Loof's contest?
being overly optimistic about anything is generally considered to not be very wise, except among most posters here :)
any other finishers coming in 1-2 would make my brokerage account look much better! is there still time?
Loof...
is the winner of the pps contest determined like a 'closest to the pin' contest or under 'The Price Is Right' rules, where there's no winner if everybody's guess is over the price, if only by a penny?
thanks, CP
CP...
since you clearly have better understanding of the workings of trading, in excruciatingly tedious detail, than just about anybody else here, how about giving us your top 3 or 4 theories on what type of entity(ies) are actively manipulating this stock and for what purpose?
telling us it's uncommon is a tease.
and what other explanations might there be?
anyone?
i'm so glad we've spiked all the way up to even for the day!!
what a nice bounce-back this morning
notbob... my knees buckled when i heard that, too.
as CP predicted last week. insider info or just a really good market mathematician/tech analyst who likes science? wonder if we'll ever find out.
this plunge is meaningless on crap volume. for once, i'm not worried.
he's usually under a rock till tustin does...something. they're due, so he is, too, soon after.
10-4.
"Who was that masked man?"
does this make bio or n4 or wook Tonto? semper, sunstar, golfo?
what does that make johnny rocket? (he's due to chirp in soon)
i asked 'who the heck are you?', and, again, didn't get an answer. he/she remains cloaked.
CP
who the heck are you, anyhow?

Lots of fake PPHM size in the ask (fake=size (volume) that moves away when Bid approaches).
If this confirms we could touch 1.28$ maybe pass it. But should be something for the afternoon session.
rapid L2/L3 size moves and 300K trade volume in less then 15min is not our standard PPHM day.
Furthermore we have been overbought on the 30 and 60 min charts. So we should make a move down first.
This isn't a new higher high yet."
i'd rather have hedgies pile in now than wall street... good find.
hmmm...will we finish at 1.14 or will it be 1.13?
makes me wonder if piper is going to actively start pumping pphm...
hopium strikes again
i hope we're up more than 2 cents imminently.
392 bid 12 ask
beyond weird to have that kind of gap
spanky
i'm too old to mess with biotechs very much any more, but they're the only place to be for big returns. the pure science, however, is not the best gauge of the best entry points...the likelihood for near term buyout is. acquisition candidates are where it's at.
as much as many here are turned off by the 'biotech values' board posters, check out the entries they select in the charity contest every year.
you could do very nicely with the portfolios of the regular contributors over there entered in that contest. just because most (one less than in years past, it seems) doubt PPHM's science, don't paint them all with the black brush.
and we sit in the dollar-teens :/
sure hope the shorts step on a rake soon.
unfortunately, the pros on Wall Street still have pphm on 'ignore' :/
sure would like it if they'd tell everybody they turned down 10 bucks a share. that would make the sp move....
even if they don't get the advertised mpg :)
realist1...
pphm did not admit the company is only worth 1.08 per share in the dart deal.
wouldn't you expect a significant discount on a $20,000,000 purchase/investment, too?
he got one. maybe a 10% discount, maybe 20.... so it only really cost a couple of million shares net, compared to a much better price we all would have liked.
will it even matter if the stock gets to a few bucks a share?
not really.
a guy with 13+% voting shares no doubt has better info and guidance that we (including you) have, so cut it out. if the p3 flops, we'll all come on here and tell you you were right all along.
well...dart probably won't
Loof...just for the record, my numbers were 1.48 for 12/31 and 3.40 for 6/16
