Company does not have registered stock. When uplifted, it will be registered. Company will need to file an S1 or Form 10.
Company not eligible to issue warrants or options.Form T posted twice, same everything, left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. Typical....
They post and they huff and they puff, it doesn't matter, they have zero impact on the what's happening at the company, they speak amongst themselves. I mean, what real buyer of any company's stock would be impacted by what's written on an internet board? How many are following this stock? Do you think the individuals who have been spoken about regarding this company even know what an IHUB board is? Ahhhhh,no. They have little to do, so being a nansayer for what ever reason must seem like something positive in their life. That, in of of itself, signifies such a feeling of no self worth that we should give them a little room to have a positive vibe about themselves.....
Surmising a price point is very difficult. It's nice to know we have some the brightest on this board, unfortunately, they always have to have the last say, otherwise, it's crybaby city. So keep crying, might as well start now, it's coming....
Easy, they'll get there, they've been MM and all......
sorry...only 25 T'sers today, maybe tomorrow
Looks like larry, moe and curly, with all of their huffing and puffing can't blow the stock down. Maybe something else, but not the stock....looking forward to the T report....
Well maybe Mr T will pull himself up off that bar floor and make it happen!!!!
Hey, 27k Plus for any who care on the T report, our spokesperson in waiting has been Sooooooo ultra successful these last few days that he's at the bar celebrating!!!!! I'm sure he'll return with something glib to say, so don't leave, but don't hold your breath either....chao..ps I cleaned up your long sell of 10 shares....THANKS....
If you were really doing what you said your doing you wouldn't be posting on IHUB all day....hey,where's your T report????
Thanks so much, hard to believe he clocked out early he's always been so responsible.
Please post form T-ASAP...thanks
You know, I was reviewing all the 'POSTERS' on this board and out of the last 50 posts, 10 posters have made those posts. WOW!!!! That's crazy large amount of people posting....
I love these guys that think gong on one board and picking at it til they think it has developed a scab, You guys can pick all you like,it ain't gonna matter. And the rest of your comments are absolutely correct, no one with any real coin is reading IHUB,pro or con for investment advice...So keep picking since your being paid too, earn your keep...
Finally!!!!
Finally!!!!
So the increase will correlate to the increased Reg T, deducting of course any indirect Reg T trades and thus allowing the increase to exponentially include large houses to participate and drive the stock since they need a larger float. Thank you and looking forward to our Reg T report tonight.
I think your low, I think it was a 20% increase....
Did you guys see how this stock held up the last few days on low volume? Nice!!! And look at today, up on low volume, wait til it really picks up....
You know, back in the 60's I was a MM and just retired, so I may have forgotten a few things some didn't know.....
You know what they say, you say tomato, I say tomato
There are a few poorly publicized uses for a T Trade. The most important factor here is that the only requirement of market makers by FINRA is that they must report all trades in a day. They are not required to do so when the actual trade occurs.
To avoid creating “an unbalanced market”, market makers often do not report certain trades during the day to the public and then use a T Trade NOT to “scare” investors into thinking a market for that stock is going in one direction or the other at the spurring of one large investor.
If a market maker wants to accumulate a large amount of a stock in one trading day, that market maker may actually not report any of the trades that occurred until the trading day has ended so as not to alert the market to the collection. This practice is completely legal under the FINRA rules of the OTC Markets so long as the trade is reported at the end of the day.
To execute a Market on Close” order, a market maker may have an order to purchase the stock at a certain price at the end of the trading day.
The T Trade that the public sees is nothing more than one or all of the above scenarios. The T Trade reported at the end of the day can be from one market maker or many involved market makers. It can be a single purchase price but is usually an average of all of the previously unreported purchases from that business day.

Well said brooklyn, the knowledge that is being heaped on the board is awe inspiring, the concern for others heartwarming. It makes one feel all warm and fuzzy, knowing that people no one knows, want to look out for everyone on this board, and make sure we're all protected.WOW....
