Matt Troster President at Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer , has the records for HPIL Holing. https://www.sec.gov/fast-answers/answerstransferagent.
https://www.facebook.com/matt.troster/about
New Jersey, interesting. Old Monmouth has all the records regarding share issuance, perhaps we can get to the bottom of who did, and who did not issue shares?
I believe Old Monmouth was fined by the SEC already for several things.
I'm certain Matt followed all laws pertaining to his business and has an insurance policy for claims, should they arise.
What is the total amount of shares listed on the NOBO and the OBO?
Stay tuned.....
Daniel Lehman filed a federal RICO suit on behalf of HPIL Holdings which he has no authority to file. To file a suit in a Corporations name you need written permission from the company , which is Stephen Brown. Stephen Brown did not give Dan Lehman authority to file a lawsuit against himself and a total of 10 people and or entities.
This suit being filed in federal court was picked up by a reporter, who brought attention to this case with an article that was published, and now in the public domain.
Dan Lehman was the attorney in Midland Michigan who brought a case which was tossed out on the grounds of not meeting the requirements of the state of Michigan, meaning his client Christopher Philbrook of Lumberton New Jersey is not a shareholder in HPIL Holdings as stated by judge Carras which stands in the court records.
What is/was the intent of Dan Lehman bringing a federal RICO case ?
No one was served, which indicates a potential intent , when one looks at the totality of the actions of Dan Lehman and Christopher Philbrick over the past several years.
Christopher says he was involved with Nitin Amersy who has a long record of fines from the SEC for fraudulent activity in the stock market and was in control of HPIL before he intentionally let the company go (likely trying to avoid paying taxes owed)
I have seen documents stating HPIL Holdings has over 350 Billion and another stating over 850 Billion shares exist.
Is it possible that under Nitin un registered shares were illegally dumped into the market via the transfer agent Old Monmouth? If so, I would imagine Matt from old Monmouth would insist on an attorney opinion letter to cover his liability when this is all exposed and the fun begins.
Did Dan Lehman provide attorney opinion letters to facilitate the dumping of unregistered shares into the market and did he also enrich himself? I do not have proof of this, but when you look at the actions of Dan and Chris, tied to Nitin (convicted fraudster per SEC) I feel this is a rational conclusion that would explain the actions of Christopher and Dan.
These are questions I and others have, which we will investigate.
Here is a picture of the lawyer who represented Christopher Philbrick who harmed and continues to harm HPIL Holdings and all of its shareholders.

Christopher Philbrick is on the left, this person filed a fraudulent 8k mere days after judge Carras denied his "lawyers" 3rd request to be granted control of HPIL, demonstrating a complete disregard for an ongoing court case and the judges decisions. We get this case tossed out and Christopher Philbrick immediately sends an email to the SEC falsely identifying himself as a shareholder in HPIL along with other miss representations . Christopher Philbrick of Lumberton, New Jersey is the main person responsible for up to 7,000 shareholders financial losses, preventing the real CEO of HPIL moving forward . These are quantifiable losses Christopher Philbrick must be held accountable for. The case in Midland Michigan was thrown out because under the laws of Michigan the plaintiff must be a shareholder, Christopher and Dan Lehman failed to provide supporting evidence of being a shareholder and the judge had to admonish Lehman as he bumbled incoherently claiming his client was a shareholder .The entire 2 year saga was a farce brought by Chrsitopher Philbrick.
Christopher Philbrick was given several opportunities to do the right thing and remove the illegal 8k and to stop harming HPIL and its shareholders, to date, he has refused to do so. One must ask the question why is Christopher Philbrick of Lumberton New Jersey taking such reckless actions , potentially exposing himself to very serious legal and criminal penalties? ? For what reason is he attempting to hijack a company he has never been an officer in, or a shareholder. The court records in Michigan state he is NOT a shareholder of HPIL .
Smiles :)

No real sellers, that seems clear
There is a possibility CNNA opens up and runs to a dime.
BIG DEVELOPMENT TODAY....
A spectacular end to this week....so MUCH in process.
7,000 HPIL shareholders have been harmed for years due to the actions of groups of people who may qualify for racketeering status.
The aggravated harassment of Stephen Browns family, businesses and employees was a most egregious long term crime wave , that was until who ever directed Elmer Fud, who went further, and stated exactly whom directed him on video to create that vile content. The recklessness, and hubris of these criminals is truly breathtaking.
Stephen Brown is an amazing person, and together we have fought for HPIL shareholders, those defaming him, myself and many others have also harmed my interests, and will be held to account civilly, criminally and to the fullest extent of my abilities.
We are at the beginning, not the end.
They under estimated 3 dedicated people, I am one of them, and very proud to be part of this legacy of winning and legally holding all the bad actors to account.
Its GO TIME!
Fraud , aggravated harassment, death threats, computer hacking, torturous interference, cyber stalking, perjury, accusing people of arson does come with a heavy price tag.
As I said, its a GREAT week and getting better each day, all will be revealed in due time.
To quote one of the hijackers in New Jersey...I am not going anywhere, and have all the time in the world.
So much in process my friend, busy week.
With News on progress, that target is very doable.
Indeed Ecomike, almost time to fly
My word, who goes on an obscure forum, that has a handful of readers on a non trading security acting as if this is a courtroom ? LOL That person should capitalize on those allegations and go straight to the SEC, or sue the man in question, 2 years of blathering and they sure sound like they "have it all" yet zero action has ever been taken...that says all one needs to know.
They may get a reward, go on, git now, times a wasting, tell the "authorities" and I doubt they are on here looking for your "big reveal" .
Imagine the foolishness of posting what he or she feels is a mountain of damning evidence to people keeping them busy while real shit is underway??

I may contact "Unsolved Mysteries" see if they can figure this brain trust out?
Yes, and doing so while the SEC is in the middle of a stated investigation into specifically the toxic lenders who have already been busted and paid $40,000,000 penalties.
I shuttered a corporation many years back and once the State dissolved it, its is gone, any outstanding claims are null and void because.....wait for it....it does not exist. And another state agency tried to collect on an erroneous bill and could not becuase....here it comes again.....that corporation does not exist . Dissolution is final, and to suggest otherwise, or try to sell something that does not exist sounds like more fraud .
So , if toxic lender is buying air from the seller, the only possible far reaching plan would be to attempt some half assed legal challenge which no legit attorney would accept, and certainly would not get past round one with a judge.
The beauty of this scheme is they expose themselves more each day while under investigation as stated by the SEC.
Noise on the internet vs reality.
Good Friday morning!! Big surprise in store for those who tried to hijack HPIL.
I am bubbling over with excitement.
A high level official recommended that certain actions be taken with her endorsement.
We will all have to wait until certain things are processed (hours or days ). and subsequent action are in motion.
A new movie is about to be released..."The Sound of Handcuffs".
He will fold like a lawn chair and we will be hearing more sounds of handcuffs further South.
How long did this brain trust think their reign of terror and fraud would go on in broad daylight without being held to account?

The tide is going out on those who failed to cover up their crimes in HPIL, due to a recent failure to hijack HPIL and the guilty parties will be exposed with no place to hide...VERY SOON.
As I outlined previously, Martha Stewarts problems began when she tried to cover up the original event. Its ALWAYS the coverup that brings em down.
Major turn of events....at last.
I bid a WONERFUL evening for all HPIL shareholders.........of record.
Oh, and remember if you think you merely drove the car while your relatives robbed the bank, you all get the same charges and prison sentence.

Talk again ...SOON.
The SEC enforcement people said they believe they have done this 15 times already.
Their focus which just got a little more focused as of this morning.
Stay tuned.
My focus is those under SEC investigation, Antifa Angela, Harry Zhang, toxic lenders, Nitin Amersey and Christopher Philbrick.
The SEC hired outside contractors leading the enforcement group handling this matter, that means, this has been in the works for sometime. Subcontracting outside legal on this matter should indicate many things to the guilty parties named above.
Their goal is to get millions of dollars from the toxic lenders to fill the SEC coffers, Philbrick thought he would somehow get that money via the SEC ( Im serious, he is that naive) Perhaps he could qualify for whistleblower status, then he could get a reward for turning himself in for hijacking a public company via the 8k fraud for starters?
The SEC is not, nor never has been concerned with protecting retail investors or saving some OTC, its a business, and retail is the gasoline that runs their vehicle.
Perhaps some justice may come as a derivative of their actions, but I would never count on this agency to help retail, Stephen Brown, or HPIL shareholders, its not in their interests, or concerns.
I wonder who is in bed with the targeted lenders? Shxt FLOWs downhill according to my plumber.
I also wonder how many of Antifa Angelas family members are involved?
Eziekiel's wheels are indeed falling off, almost as fast as his wife changed her hairstyle drastically after she visited Darcys home.
To borrow the words of Philbrick, I have all the time in the world, not going anywhere.
So, it turns out Stephen Brown was the ONLY person involved with HPIL that is not dirty.
Now we wait to uncover which one of the Monsters from Midland will get to wear the crown.
So many to choose from, and YES all of the remaining parties are very dirty.
, Amersey has admitted that he
aided and abetted and caused BCT A's numerous . violations of the Exchange Act. Therefore as
Amersey's concerns are unfounded and given the undisputed facts of repeated and numerous
violations of the Exchange Act, this Court should order that Amersey be permanently barred
pursuant to Section 17A{c)(4)(C) of the Exchange Act. See, e.g., In the Matter ofTzemach David
Netzer Korem, SEC Release No. 70044, 2013 WL 3864511 (July 26, 2013) (upholding initial
decision barring unregistered transfer agent from associating with any transfer agent, and
expanding the bar to include associating with any broker, dealer, investment adviser, municipal
securities dealer, municipal advisor, or NRSRO); In the Matter of Executive Registrar & Transfer~
Inc. and John J. Donnelly, Release No. 366, 2008 WL 5262371, at *32 (Initial Decision, Dec. 18,
2008) (pre-Dodd-Frank decision granting summary disposition and barring respondent from
associating with any transfer agent)
Christopher Philbrick has submitted information regarding Anitfa Angela and Zhang to a team of 3 enforcement officers spearheaded by Frank.(likely under oath).
Frank has stated they are NOT interested in Stephen, but rather the toxic lenders who have already paid 40 million in fines on mirror cases where they prey upon companies like HPIL. Seems Angela and Zhang created their own little enterprise as well.
Frank thinks Angela and Zhang have done this at least 15 times. We refuse to align with a criminal like Christopher Philbrick, so he is singing to the 3 enforcement officers....OMG!
Recently Frank indicated they are interested in Angela Collete and Harry Zhang. ( Its rare when investigators volunteer info and quite telling from my experiences on other matters)
Chrissy is really banging that drum hard from the correspondence I have seen, and I have passed these documents onto other interested entities along with the fraudulent statements Chrissy made to yet another SEC division.
Chrissy made false statements regarding SB to Frank, who made it clear who they are after, and who they are not.
Chrissy the "engineer" has engineered his own demise, same as Alcoholic Angela, commit more crimes to cover up the original crime. Its always the coverup that imprisons you, ask Martha Stewart , I did some business with her bodyguard,( the woman is bonkers), but she was not convicted of insider trading, rather lying to the FBI.
Now I must clear the air here, Mark coined the nickname Antifa Angela and demands credit, but we have options you can vote on.
1)Antifa Angela
2)Alcoholic Angela
3)Arson Angela
4)AAAA? Thats my personal vote.
Vote now please, but Mark has the trademark on this, the movie I am writing may be out in late 2024.
"The Monster from Midland" I have the TM on the movie, Stephen likes the concept.
I have to say in retrospect that Stephen Brown really was a victim in this entire situation along with all us real HPIL shareholders (sorry Chrissy, still not a shareholder) as a result of Christopher Philbrick, Angela Collete, Zhang, Nitin Amersey (pillow biter?) and of course, the already convicted toxic lenders are at the heart of it.
What was the nature of Philbricks "long term" relationship with Nitin? He was never an officer or shareholder ...Oh my!
Everyone involved will have a suit pinned on them, as I told Chrissy, I feel this is the very first time someone got through his thick head and spoke to him directly and clearly. The best part is we do NOT need to align with scumbags, none of you.
These kids today have no patience, they want to be sued NOW....relax, each week brings more damages and um "billable hours".
Chrissy may want to hire an attorney that can utter coherent sentences in a courtroom, the stuttering, bumbling wonder of Midland will just not suffice in the next venue, nor is he qualified (lol) Get him some help for goodness sakes, its pathetic. I could almost smell him on the Zoom call.
Have a lovely Sunday!
