Florida OMMU is out. Wasn’t an impressive week, in comparison to the last few.
However, important to note. That we had several short days, several sales through December for patients to stock up supply, and several short business days.
With all of that said, we STILL captured 46.49% of all flower dispensed and 47.10% of all THC dispensed.
Thanks for all you’re posts man, you’ve been super useful here since you came on!
I’m not a big fan of he said she said. Oftentimes there is a level of dishonesty along the way, or something is twisted. Thing is, the label clearly states the percentages, if you don’t like it don’t buy it. They have a no questions asked for the most part return policy lol.
It would be different if they did separate lab testing and presented a large discrepancy in lab tests.
As far as supply goes, I’m following as well. With there large dispensing numbers, it’s definitely worth staying on top of social media/OMMU. Like the last occasion we experienced a real shortage, it was obvious even before the OMMU reports because of all the complaining.
Will be worth watch in Jan, last year several other MMTC’s experienced severe shortages around this time, extending into March. Because they sold everything trying to keep up with Trulieve holiday sales.
I also find the Florida youtubers that review product constantly useful. Tokingtim channel is worth subscribing too. He calls it how it is, like recently he put out one reviewing harvest and Cura buds, and t was obvious the product was too dry/old. Just little things like that to get an idea of what we are putting out.
Not sure. But I smell it in the air lol
I found out who the main publisher was. He’s a nobody in the investing community. and himself, along with his cronies that he will most certainly sell out, are in for it lol from a legal perspective.
Awesome numbers for a holiday week.

This doesn’t change the fact we will make 400m next year, likely more. Growth is still strong in Florida, with or without recreational.
The state not legalizing in 2020 is a sigh of relief for some of Trulieves competitors, as they would have no time to catch up on cultivation. Or the money to do so.
I see what you’re saying now, and yes, I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the smaller buildings were up and operational for sure.
the article states 8 buildings, it’s including (1) storage building and (1) reverse osmosis building. Along with the (4) 24,000sqft buildings, (2) 46,000 sqft buildings. That’s a total of 8 additional buildings, not including the (1) giant 750k sqft facility
The article does not mention anywhere that (8) 24,000sqft buildings are being constructed.
Regarding the 750,000 Sqft building and it’s output. That was a rough estimate, just based off around what we were putting out before the hoop houses bumped us up to 1.7m sqft. I believe it will likely put out much more, but we will have to wait and see.
Regarding the most recent approved plans for the site, here’s the updated link.

“Evidence suggests that insiders tend to act far in advance of expected news. They do this in part to avoid the appearance of illegal insider trading. A study by academics at Pennsylvania State and Michigan State contends that insider activity precedes specific company news by as long as two years before the eventual disclosure of the news.”
First, they would also need proof that she knew a deal would materialize. Maybe’s wouldn’t be enough to be considered insider trading/knowledge imo.
I have a feeling no huge deals are materializing by eoy, we will see. They will make moves when it’s right for them. It was an “internal goal of six states” not a guarantee.

So just messing around with the numbers, and drawing out what the operation might look like. Again, this is just hypothetical, not an accurate site picture or layout. But using the PR regarding the most recently approved building square footage.
I used previous Trulieve IR presentations to get a rough idea on what 24,000 sqft might yield in KG. Under the July/June PowerPoint, they presented 24,000 sqft under construction that would add 2,860 KG in cultivation.
Assuming this site is used strictly to produce Raw Flower, that would be transported to their processing center for packaging, and not used as biomass for Concentrate. Then we can expect our Flower numbers to soar in 2020.
They mentioned that the revision was to allow smaller 24k buildings as well as 46k sqft buildings to be built much faster to allow rapid production. While they turn the 750k sqft allocation into a giant cultivation facility that’s largely automated.
The 5,000 Sqft reverse osmosis system will allow them to use pure water with added minerals specific to plant strains. This is good news, as it will allow them too really dial in on different crops and get the most premium end product.
There are many other variables of course, like how much more efficient they have gotten at utilizing square footage, or if they use biomass from these facilities for Concentrate, or if they don’t use all the facilities for cultivation. But assuming they did.
We could see 57,380+ KG in production added a year for Flower. That would be 57,380,000 Grams, or 2,049,286 Ounces. Wow! That could bring our weekly output potential to upwards of 39,000 Ounces a week!
Of course once crop rotations come online and really get going, that would likely yield 2 harvests a year. This will really put the pressure on competitors, and allow Trulieve to sell flower at much lower prices, should they choose. Lower prices will drive consumer traffic and loyalty to Trulieve. And I’m willing to bet once this facility is completed. They will begin planning for the next big production facility.
2020 will be a killer year.
All my opinions of course!
With only 113m shares O/S with all warrants exercised. Not likely any stock splits will occur anytime soon.
Here we go guys. The correct numbers this time.

Killed it this week as always
I’m sure it will be remedied soon enough
It’s an error. All figures with all other competitors as well and Trulieve are the same as last week.
Well I’m all about it lol let’s see 60m mgs! Friday’s are bittersweet lol look forward to these reports, but not the closed markets lol
Bit of a stretch on the THC dispensed given the average. But Raw flower figure, definitely possible.
I’m dropping this. Idk who cares or whatever. But we all screw up. Here it is.
I came here to just check in. As this was one of my first mistakes in the stock market.
Like most newbies, I messed with penny stocks. Lol it’s true, don’t deny it, we a do it. Especially if entering young and ambitious to make money and pay off a house or car or whatever.
I was working as a basic security contractor out of Kuwait. Making good money, way more then the ol Marine Corps haha. And said hey, how can I double a paycheck or two?
Look, Scandium enticed me. I really thought the metal had a potential, and this story encouraged me. I messed with cleanteq as well. I read these message boards and followed this and that, thought I did my research.
but again. Being young and naive, I spent more investing in one thing then I should. I followed trends others said were in, on message boards like these. I believed this was a real company, that some how, I found that I could improve my life off of. A silly assumption, but again, I was young. Shoot I’m still young, but much wiser.
l messaged these guys long ago, over concerns, and was promptly emailed back. I don’t remember from who, idc enough to search my email for the name for the sake of this message. But the reply was senior.
they named me by my stock house username, as a message I assume, to let me know they knew who I was by email. And basically shrugged me off. As a junior investor I thought maybe, I was rude.
looking at them now, I’m glad I left at .21USD. Because I thought the response was unbecoming. I was in Camp Buehring, from end of 2016 - end of 2017. To give an idea of how long ago I was in.
Im not what some would call a “pro”. But I’ve learned. And since, I’ve done well in a volatile Canadian and USMJ space. As well as Gold/Silver, and Iron/Oil.
please be careful here. Idk how to be more honest.
Snap.
Well. In the past Kim has said 7m per year is the average per dispensary. I do believe those comments were made before Flower. So assuming the new average is 8m a store per year.
44 = 352m per year, or 88m per quarter into Q1-2020. That’s with no Massachusetts contribution or Connecticut contributions (healing corner estimates at 9m+ a year).
300,000 patients is near, will bring us to a 54 dispensary cap, if before the cap is lifted in... April I believe?
54 = 432m per year. Or 108m a Quarter. Just from Florida.
Lots of speculation, but half a billion is totally attainable I think in 2020. Which would likely translate to maybe 180-200m+ EBITDA.
Potential is huge here with Trulieve. And so far, Management and Kim have been a dream for shareholders in how they’ve handled things in my opinion.
But don’t mind me, I’m biased right? I have been here since IPO after all lol
2 more this year. Total of 44, anything extra is a bonus. Unreal we haven’t seen new all time highs this year yet. But much bigger chance now then ever since the unlocks been pushed out. Massachusetts news and revenues along with our upcoming ERs that will no doubt be outstanding.
Cabo’s. You are correct. All warrants exercised and converted Trulieve would sit at around 113m O/S.
Maybe I’m incorrect, but isn’t Curaleafs O/S approaching over 600m after the acquisitions they recently made are approved? Hopefully those acquisitions they made pay off for them in the near term with that float.
PowPOW lol
I don’t know why.
But for the first time I’m excited about this lol just because I’ve really dug into all this since the ipo days. I have a pretty solid opinion on all this and see through it, through my personal DD. And by the looks of it, so did all the others scooping up the shares today at open.
This could be a great time to acquire cheap discounted shares if you are knowledgeable on the company and have done the DD and formed the same conclusion/opinion. If by somehow we can see 8’s or 7’s. I’ll be dumping bookoo bucks here. But haven’t added yet, even though I should have, I didn’t wake up early enough lol since I’m in a wackoo timezone.
I feel sorry and my thoughts to those retail that got burned through their stoplosses. What this report did is borderline theft in my eyes. Totally crooked.
Recent interview.
Would be nice lol
Scuttlebutt going around that a short report is coming out this week maybe. Sounds like desperation and should be illegal lol buuut will be fun reading the lies/half truths and misinformation that will likely be presented.
Good post funman
I suspect #42 will open this week as well
Yep. I always get their emails in my promotions folder with no issues.
I don’t follow their text program. But I do with emails, just to track sales and store openings etc. On one occasion this year, I had to “re-opt in” randomly for some reason because I stopped receiving updates.
I have seen numerous complaints on not receiving emails, and specifically text updates. My opinion is that Trulieve uses a third party for the text handling or Email thread, or both. But not sure, haven’t bothered to ask.
I believe the Email issue is a simple fix, either they get routed into spam folders and patients can’t figure that out, or they just need to re-sign up if they notice they aren’t getting updates anymore.
Texts I think are the same thing. Yes, you shouldn’t “have to” sign back up. But stuff happens, it’s not a perfect system. Not to sound rude, but seems like more laziness or ignorant issues, that could be easily remedied if a user cared enough lol.
Little birdy is chirping around that Orange Park is on the way as well.
I don’t have any hard data right now. But I just use 13-14 a gram.
Boom. Over 10000 Ounces this week.

Nothing big. But maybe a partnership with these guys in the future! Cool product idea and creative name.
Love these women and the @Flhoneypotfarms products are amazing! #savethebees https://t.co/2aR0rc6BZg

I’d pay to be on the jury, just so I could get kicked out for laughing at him the whole time lol
No doubt. Have to do some digging and find out.
Will be fun to see how it plays out. I wish Massachusetts had a platform of reporting like Florida’s OMMU.
Likely end of Jan or middle of Feb.
