That is my question...are the “sold” units sitting on a dealer shelf with the agreement they can return unsold units? On consignment? Or are they really “sold”?
No doubt, but if this is the only way to pay the debt...then it may be better than losing even more shareholder confidence.
Maybe this is Steve’s way of paying the Delaware debt off? At 10% and convertible though, ouch.
Hahaha, someone wasted 2.7mill shares at junk prices trying to keep the price down, only to fail.
I think its funny watching these buttholes lose a ton of shares at cheap junk prices...cost someone almost 1mill shares today.
Delaware Secretary of State still showing On4 owing $330k
Will he use money to pay the debt or sell more shares?
Actually he has 4 listed for sale
People have also been saying “no place to go but up” and “perfect storm” for years and it just keeps going down.
Why can’t Steve update his twitter account to reflect the correct website? How hard is that?
Not sure what kind of update he could have on the Delaware debt....the Department of State still shows owing $329,529.62 from 2016...and Colorado still shows Steve owning Hexagon Holdings Corp, but still same thing....nothing new...
So there is time to make ads, but the website link on Twitter is still no good?
What is Pharrel Protection? Never heard of them and NOTHING pops up on google....so all this hype over a 500 unit deal to a company that doesn’t pop up in google?
Smart thing to do is sell before price tanks when he doesn’t follow through.
Wait for it.... “hit a snag that I didn’t expect...only a little longer and I will blow all these bashers away”
Going off his past record, he will announce more snags and it will be “only a little longer”
That’s the problem...I trusted him and it cost me big time. Tired of losing money on this turd.
I understand that....but he also paid $56k for someone else’s $2,500 loan....so much is riding in Delaware that it seems silly not to just pay it and be done.
With all that revenue, why not just pay off Delaware debt so the name change and share reduction could happen? Last I checked Steve owns the name, the only “snag” is the $330k debt....
I’m expecting a snag....like all the other times.
The problem is he doesn’t follow through on anything. He has time to read posts and post on Twitter, but no time to follow through.
And a team has been “hired”...yet nothing
He also still has the wrong website address on the twitter account...
Looking forward to buying when steve doesn’t deliver on the 8th and the price crashes
Longs aren’t selling at these junk prices and there isn’t enough meat for the flippers anymorez
Because some dickhead painted the PPS down at the last minute....
How would it be $1.286mill when the Delaware website says $330?
Paid too? I know it got settled, but had not heard of it being paid.
I agree, but the problem is that several of his promises hang on the Delaware debt...so it would be wise to get that paid ASAP, makes me wonder why he doesn’t. I know he said he is negotiating it, but dang, if it takes this much time and effort, just pay the darn thing and be done.
Unfortunately the company still has quite a bit of debt, actually. $330k for Delaware and another $56k for LG Capital Funding. That’s almost $400k.
He needs to update the website address on twitter too, a bit tacky to have a nonworking website address on an active Twitter account
If I recall, both reservations have been removed and Steve Berman owns the “Hexagon” name correct? Just waiting in DE debt to be able to make the switch?
And by a moderator nonetheless...
Haha someone tried to bring the closing price down to .0018 and it didn’t work. Hope they miss that 750k shares.
I only see one transaction at 0017 then it quickly went back to 0018...where it has been the last several days...I wouldn’t call that “sinking”
4.2millx0.006=$2,520
0.0024-0.0018=0.006
Flipping this turd is the only way to try to recoup lost money...even then it’s slow.
I’m learning that is the only way to get my money back out if this turd.
Ouch, hoping to get my break even on this POS down to 0.0050 soon.
Steve might be wanting another golf outing
