I grew for over a decade and am very familiar with the importance of timing to maximize harvests, e.g. taking cuts a few weeks before you begin your harvest so that the new babies are rooted and ready to go as soon as you complete harvesting.

I guess my biggest question is, in California, if you are raising your next crop somewhere else while you finish up the current crop, and you put out "teens" that are well into vegetative state, will they immediately begin flowering and reach full maturity within 120 days?
That would be the only way to accomplish 3 harvests per year on the same 3 acres.

I did all my growing indoor in a southern state, so I'm not quite sure about moving teens from indoor to outside in CA.

With all due respect, where did you get that information from, or is that just your opinion?
If you have 3 3-acre harvests per year, that's planting AND harvesting approx. 18k plants every 120 days.
1. 120 days isn't enough time for the plants to reach maturity.
2. They don't have the manpower to do it.
Last year, it took them a month to plant a little over just 1 acre, and over a month to harvest the crop.
I just don't see them being able to plant AND harvest all 3 acres 3 times in 12 months.

Again, not trying to bash you, just trying to get some confirmation.

“Our licensed grower, Estrella River Farms, has increased cultivation to three (3) acres of licensed canopy and is planning to process three harvests of high-quality sun-grown California cannabis at the Ranch during the next twelve months.”

Does that mean they are going to process 3 3-acre harvests during the next 12 months, or 3 1-acre harvests during the next 12 months?"

It IS incredibly frustrating watching Livewire make all the undeniable accomplishments that they've had over the last 2 years, yet the SP refuses to budge.
We're all frustrated Fooz, but I firmly believe that, as long as Livewire continues to make gains to their bottom line, that the SP WILL EVENTUALLY CATCH UP...
Will it be next week, next month, next year, 3 to 5 years from now?
No one can say.
But, I can say this, I bought into Livewire based on what I felt they could accomplish with their business plan, and, even with a few bumps along the way, that business plan is still working.
They are making solid gains, no one who does any research on this company can deny that.
Therefore, I remain solidly convinced that Livewire's SP will eventually go up to reflect the gains that they've made.
It's just a matter of time...

Yep, since the beginning, Market Makers like CSTI, NITE, GTSM and CDEL have been putting up million share walls on the ASK, and purposely holding LVVV's SP down.
Go on L2 any trading day and you can watch them doing it in real time.

It's not just LVVV though, the MM's manipulate the SP of many Penny stocks to make money.

As long as LVVV continues to make gains though, we'll break through the MM's walls eventually,
it's just a matter of time...

These 2 Financial reports should show the best Revenue/Profit numbers in the history of Livewire, and should be the catalysts that start the SP catching up to recent accomplishments.

I've waited 6 years, another 45 days is nothing.
Meanwhile, Longs should go back and refresh themselves with ALL of the things that Livewire has accomplished in the last 1-2 years.

Bill hasn't increased the Outstanding Shares since Nov. 8th of last year.
That's very encouraging.
This would indicate that current revenue is now sustaining operations.
Once you get to where revs are sustaining operations, the next step is increased profitability.
We're about to harvest a first-ever "winter crop", and right after that, for the first time ever, we'll plant the entire 3 acres.

I foresee all 4 quarters in 2023 to show ever-increasing profitability.
This will be the breakout year for Livewire...

The reason that the SAFE Banking Act hasn't passed already is that the Dems won't try to pass it as a stand-alone Act.
