still doesn't make sense - shares on Z are 30,000 and for Krong are 8,000 How do they get 319,000,000 with no explantation of change in the fiancials? explaning these things is the very purpose of financials...o/w it's merely creative writing or BS...I guess you don't have to explain anything legitimately in Russia as long as you have the right people paid off. However PPS is going nowhere in this country as long as these things are not legitmately explained - which is what the AFs were supposed to do.

Not very impressive for a company supposedly producing a fair amount of gold with "billions" in assets. Why couldn't RSM or some other legitimate firm do the AFs again?

JW - you are right.production, buyout, and dividend info the company has been promising, real transparency, etc not blaming BS MB poop...besides anyone even remotely watching this company already knows about/saw the video. Why not make your own professional video if you are a real legitimate company. Would lend itself to more credibility instead of relying on a MB moderator for your exposure - VERY VERY weak indeed

the recent statement added to the website today is not SIGNED, and therefore not sealed and delivered...it may as well be some high school kid's creative writing project.
Ask any CPA the value of what is on the website. they are not audited as stated in the PR
At least it is a step above the middle school grade stuff seen in all other PRs in the last 4-6 months...this is so lame, ibreken doesn't even have to point out the flaws in it...

I figured they would need about $21 million in profit/yr to justify a buck PPS at PE of 15.

If they are producing 2400 oz/month (as they say) then that would be about 29,000 oz/yr. If we assume $350/oz profit, then that would be $10 million profit/yr.

10/320 x 15 = $.47

So they would need to double production from where they last said they were to get to $1/share with the above assumptions.

As you say, not unreasonable if they have what they say they have...they just need to start proving it a little more convincingly!

seems like they could afford to pay someone adept at business communication to write a professional PR considering they are producing 2,400 oz of gold per month, so they said in last update 2 months ago...you know that they will either stop handling this like a bunch of bufoons or go down like the titanic -
as you say - show the hand and let it speak for itself, unless you still have something to hide...

a minute detail at this point, the company needs no help "clouding" things up - they do fine on their own...a bunch of screw-ups up till now (like the three stooges in the iBox picture)...wait, I know what is taking so long to release the next PR - for once they actually want it to be coherent, say something meaningful, and contain no typos or omissions. What a novel idea...nhaa nhaa, nothing up my sleeve...

if it is a PR stating the buyout at .75-.85/share all resistance except 1.00 will vanish and become immediate support...wonder what is taking so long to verify the offeror and price???
