With what votes? PFFFFFT. Nobody is going anywhere.
I'm gonna clap hard for 5.00. At least I wont be out anything besides what it could have made at the very least in a money market let alone an investment that had some degree of return. At least until I hold again for long enough that the excitement subsides and the price drips back to where it was again. ovvvver and oooover and ooooover.
All of retail put together could not oust anyone.
The redemption rate of SPACs over the last few years appears to be high. It didn't seem to matter what the combination was. I dont know why spac shares would be bought for no reason other than arbitrage maybe? I don't know if this just felt different to them or if it was a dice roll to see what sticks, or who knows. I know the uplist came but that has been really hard to sell as a positive. Even though it is an actual positive in the future if EXIM and Stellantis "hit". (Like lotto numbers. Thanks Walter.)

That is one thing I wonder about. Do we need more money to fund completion of the feasibility study?? Is that effort paused do to lack of funding?
Oh we are playing lotto now?! I'd say the odds are comparable.
that was some great news. The market loved it.
Are the other world markets catching up with Friday's dent or is this what we have to look forward to tomorrow?
Because Tesla is one of the companies in the article along with niocorp that are giving puppy dog eyes to Yellen and the IRS. The word tesla appears in the news release so why not put a huge picture of a tesla on the webpage? Flybys will see that and instabone over it thinking we are somehow in cahoots with Musk. Maybe someday.
Thats ugly. I hope friday didn't start hitting stop loss orders. If this delists after all this ill be sick. We are a real long time from that, but watching this drop is rough. Will there be another buyer for a PP or are we stuck with yorkville?
A lot of retail investors also hold forever, get diluted to oblivion, and lose every fucking dime.
You got out of NB before the spac, bought in NB again afterward, and then sold NB for a loss of 27K?
Also, may I ask what position you were in to have such meetings with MS and company? You also showed this to walterc and our belgian shipmates? Did you place such a large stake in the company that you were able to have this level of interaction? Im just curious.
There lies an issue. This administration and party as a whole does not like new raw material anything. If it disturbs the grass they don't like it. They can spout all day long about green this and renewable that, but at the end of the day they don't have a taste for domestic mining. So much that they have threatened to increase the cost of it on certain lands. They want to keep the treehugtards and envirosexuals happy. If they can "cooperate" and buy their new renewable energy economy from another country before digging holes here, it makes them happy. Every time they deny a mining project, a manbun somewhere gets tingly. It's infuriating.
green what? minerals? sure!
Someone here said that niocorp could become a election year talking point for the candidates?? I should have saved the post number. LMAO...
I suppose someone might eventually say something about minerals. Shrug.
Yes that way if you lose it all it will feel worth it. More fun to watch a big pile burn. That is terrible advice. But, if you are super risk tolerant with money to burn, go for it!! Spin that slot machine!!
DO NOT put your grocery money here. I know some already have.
Too brutal to read. Its just the same status quo that everyone already knows. Everything is currently ugly. got it.
Hopefully not for very much longer, relatively.
We should admire that low number while it's low. By the time a package would be ready and we are lucky enough to only actually need 400M in equity, that number is gonna suck. Meanwhile our sharecounts were ÷10 as we ride the coming dilution wave. Fun.
These are the events you are waiting on now, after all the other prospects you were waiting for in the past dissolved. I'm glad you have such a positive outlook. still. again. Good for you. What will you be hopeful for if this round fails also? I doubt there will be another round if this isn't it.
TH is already wealthy, and can be happy about anything he wants. He can even be happy about how cute his warrants look swirling around in the toilet. He wont miss a dime of anything, even if they fall into the sewer.
I was just asking questions. Tedro answered them. Th hasn't been here long so he's still all sunshine and rainbows. I use to be that way until nothing happened for close to 10 years. I'm down about 50% with 1/10 of the share count I bought so yeah I'm kinda gloomy. Nobody to blame but myself and I haven't lost anything yet.
You just got here.
In your opinions, can this project ever go forward or is it just plain doomed in every way? What is the biggest thing stopping financing? Why does the company hang on if they know it is? They've been in the business long enough to know if it is or is not doomed right? Is the orebody just too hard to mine at current legitimate prices? Would the USA spend money just to have the minerals supplied from our own lands? I've owned shares since 2017 and I'm not selling because I'm so red it doesn't matter anymore until I break even or ill just claim the loss I guess.
ESG is communism with a nice feel good fuzzy wrapper. If something is unpopular with the voting public, keep calling it something else until the masses don't recognize it. Rinse and repeat as needed. Be sure to make it mandatory also.
I did not vote either. At way less than 0.05% of the vote I just rode the wave. LOL I'm sure I'm well represented. It doesn't matter anyway.
That whole bit is pretty shady. I get this whole outfit is built on crypto, but we need them to actually create USD value in their normal traded shares like any other functional company.
LMAO I was waiting for that....
Well they had to put something out I guess. They coulda put this in the superalloy blog. Nothing else to report so its a "news release" now. To bad the handicapped mumbler-in-chief would rather increase fees on mining than reduce them. Could be that the lightweight and battery/fuel cell implications would be enticing to the left, but it will be tough to fit into their narrative.
Hurry everyone post it over and over!!!!!
Anything to distract people from booze and methamphetamine. I was born and raised over the entire area. The majority of SE NE is a sad crumbling dump. The community center is a nice touch, but has nothing to do with any anticipation of the mine. Every town has one that gets used 2 or 3 times a year. Big deal. There is nothing begin done in "anticipation" of Niocorp and its silly to think so. There is no real anticipation of anything. There are local retail investors hoping for a mine someday to make some profit, but there is not any big "anticipation". Its a "maybe and maybe not" attitude at this point. The community center nor the road work have a single thing to do with a mine that may or may not be there years down the road. I'm not saying everyone thinks this way, but there are people that think this stuff is related to an unfinanced project that "might" happen someday. Stop letting this crap into your heads.
It wouldn't be top dollar. We would get sold on the cheap and the people in the business of making money with a boatload of freebie or super cheap shares would be ok with it. If your group has millions of shares (cumulatively) that barely cost anything, its easy to have a nice payday at a lowball price and move on to your next venture while putting this nightmare behind you.
Best case is we stay the course, and assume the risks of bringing the mine online if we clear the first hurdle of financing and get the ball rolling.
If that happens the low ball bid that would be handily voted in by the largest voting pool would make the longtimers here absolutely sick. It would be quick good money to the cheap/free shareholders that are already wealthy looking to make a nice deposit after their venture nearly expiring anyway. It would be break-even plus a dinner tip for retail. Retail would be in the bathroom for hours dry heaving at the thought of tying up their money for a decade for that return after the deal dropped. The smell of desperation lowers bids quickly. How does $3 or $4 pre-split sound? Why is everyone complaining that's a profit after all....
The way things landed wouldn't that be like suing your boss for lack of performance? I think the voting this time around was a gift because they felt bad about the redemption rate. GX does have the voting clout by long way correct? The post-spac pie chart would lead me to believe so, but I dont know all the intricacies of voting rights vs shares and types of shares held.
Well nothing else has shown up so far, and what once the company didn't want we are now last ditch hoping for. So, yeah there is some apprehension amongst those that are not already wealthy from investments that didn't fail. Those of us that are wealthy, good job. Get some more cash ready to throw at the casino. This is a spinning slot machine and the numbers have not hit since the company's inception. The variables are different now, but its still a gamble. Blow on my dice.
Not at all! I'm actually excited. The holiday message had a nice construction theme, that must mean construction this year. 🎉🎉
Just remember, even if they string you along for 10 years, to kiss every square inch of their asses up, down, and then across again to make sure you get it all. Apply chapstick as needed.
$3 pre-split after all this would make me very happy. A stable $5 post split would at least settle the nerves but dont everyone hold your breath.
No she is my current girlfriend. What leads you to believe I'm upset?
Throw it in the pile with the IBC ingot. We have a nice collection going.
Thanks for that. PPFFFFFFT.
Board will clean up immediately, sir.
The general road maintenance that was going to happen anyway and has nothing to do with the unfinanced mine will be long done and completed by the time any mine financing is awarded and any mine related traffic drives on it. I wouldn't worry about it.
Hurry everyone post the "news" release over and over!! we need 10 more!
Here I'll go next!!!!
