Looks like end of the line one way or another. Either we all have nice tax deductions or we are pay capital gains on this stock.
I think we will miss .31 in 2 weeks.
Do you guys remember when trading at .60 cents sucked? Then we hit .40s. I miss.40
It's turning into a pathetic venture.
Slow day today for Amedica while the rest of the market is making money. Whats the latest theory of M&A? When are we expecting news to break?
Low percentage chance that Amedica gets acquired. Hope for the best but....
The only thing certain about this stock is the risk level is extremely high.
That wasn't a test. Just wait and see. We will be living in 25 before you know it. Keep in mind @ .4x no one thought we'd see .36.
Be patient, we will see .25
What was the internet attack?
Makes great sense Farmer.
I tend to agree with this thought too.
Do you really think we will get the M&A announcement tomorrow or the 21st?
OMID, when you see this hit .22 smile and buy.
Any guesses on tomorrows opening and closing prices for the remainder of the week?
I agree with your perspective and comments Joev2. All investors are hoping that Amedica comes through and we all become winners. For that to begin, our CEO needs to produce results and information that we can validate.
If the BO play was as certain as you'd make it seem, why doesn't the market take action?
Loco needs to begin setting standards for restaurants. Brand needs to be freshened up a bit but luckily their menu still works people looking for a healthy but good tasting food.
It doesn't matter whom brought up the idea, the value is the idea itself. Preparation is key for any investment or diligence site. We can't just dismiss a possibility because it doesn't agree with our desired outcome. A legal matter may be our only recourse and it's valuable to prepare for any scenario. Lets hope for the best, and prepare ourselves for the real possibility.
That will be tough but as I said before, we may see the Sonny Bal Amedica Story on MSNBC's America Greed.
Yes, I think that would be very helpful if and when the time comes.
Sonny would get wealthier if he defaults and takes sole control of Amedica's assets. He'd own it all, outright. The only one who would lose wealth is the shareholder.
I still think he's taking OTC in order to eliminate the SEC oversight and than he'd default on loan to himself. Writing is on the wall.
I will stick to my .75 ask, lol... I might even go as low as .40 after this week. Lets keep cool and understand the risk here. Hopefully we are all prepared to make peace with this stock moving in either direction. I'd still be a buyer between .22 & .25. I can't see this sinking below .22 unless Sonny really does hi-jack the company in BK.
good advice
Its a long shot especially now given Zimmer's position with recent acquisitions and vacancy. Greater chance that Sonny tries to take control of the company and assets.
Currently, no. Once cfda, yes.
True!
That's a good find and makes sense. I wonder if current Amedica BOD has a stake in Sintex.
I'll take a look into sintex and their outlook regarding product adoption, forecasts and current sales.
What are the revenues from Brazil over the last 3 quarters?
Sorry, I'm not following you.
Sorry, not following kev but your right, not same agreement types but theyve delivered similar outcomes. Hence, the markets vote of no confidence reflected in the declining stock price.
Do you recall Worthington dental deal, or Brazil? What has been amedicas track record in the past. Let's not count chickens before they hatch, especially since Son Bal is turning out to be a duck.
Not fabricated but not reality of the current situation. There are a ton of hurdles prior to seeing any of these revenues.
If those potential revenues were real, the market would reflect them Boston745. Unfortunately, the market has lost confidence in their probability to produce revenues. This is evident by Amedica not wanting to release balance sheets. Be careful with this investment and have a great holiday weekend.
Boston745, What revenues are you speaking of? Has Amedica released a balance sheet this year?
Which? My thinkorswim charts?
Trying to recall what Brazil did to the stock price. Do you remember?
He used his 2.5mm loan to pay off existing creditor, doesn't release financials which serves two purposes, (1) reduces sec and investor fiscal awareness, (2) delist.
OTC has less sec regs, defaults on his own loan, and takes control. Maybe, he'd want to step down/aside as ceo prior just to reduce his guilt. That's an exciting possibility. Can't wait for the Sonny Bal story on MSNBCs American Greed.
