It's great they have the agreements to get to this sq. footage. I wonder how a buyout would affect the shareholder. my concern would be raising capital in the mean time as that could dilute shareholder value. other smaller companies in the cultivation space appear to really hurt shareholder value or somehow take advantage of price swings.
on another note it's interesting that the german shares also affected companies like canopy growth that were also on the list but have since sharply jumped up in price. I am hoping that marapharm is just under the radar and this could all change if other marijuana investors begin to take notice.
Hoarding licenses and lease agreements seems to be a great strategy as those will he difficult to obtain quickly for any other company wanting to quickly get into cultivation or those that want to dominate the competition.
