The situation is indeed very bullish here.
SDRC has the EXCLUSIVE OPTION to keep leasing and they want to produce. They are not leaving, in fact property purchase is more likely to happen, especially with the newly appointed registered agent...

Fact! Management makes progress on any of your facts the PPS will go UP substantially.
The DD that you insist on being hype is solid speculation of such imo, so you just go ahead and wait it out. I much prefer being early...

With all the efforts put forth by mgmt as of late, the chances of SDRC not renewing the lease are slim to none imo. I think it’s down to whether the lease gets renewed or the property gets purchased at this point. Why would they bother getting current and scheduling progressive work on site if this were not the case? Why would they be talking about funding the project and working on production logistics? Huh? They have exclusive rights to renew the lease and everything points to them staying put.

Actually it’s due to the price of gold being on the rise, the company going current, talk of property purchase, interest in the area from bigger miners, high grade history/samples and solid management...

Next update coming soon, when production stopped they were into high grade ore and the winter is irrelevant in regards to progress with funding, property purchase and making arrangements for production to begin. I don’t believe your ‘fake hype’ to be fake or hype. Have a great day
