Lots of good reading in this clip. I particularly like the trigen bit.

Especially when they are executives from Colleges or institutions and or politicians. As far as that GM in SK, that's big. We have existing power plants to the tune of over 100MW already there, either needing service immediately or in the near future. Some (most I believe) are currently idle. We get instant cash if starting up through replacement modules and basically commissioning or restarting. We also get LTSA worth a very nice chunk to backlog. I've used the analogy previously of getting even 50MW! That would add a minimum of $175M revenue (using $3.5M per MW average with new 7 year modules), likely before end of 2025! 50MW & $3.5M per MW are conservative, hence MINIMUM! Now add the fact that SK loves fuel cells and we have the most diverse and efficient and they know it. KOSPO 20MW plant installation was less than 10 months, went off without hitch and 3 consecutive years of updates reported exceeding expectations. Main reason Doosan and Bloom and Plug were being used was due to litigation with Posco (one of the most powerful companies in SK). They altered the cells and power output and cells were not performing as suggested. Posco blamed FCE for not training properly. That was BS, Posco was committing slander trying to bankrupt FCE, it was nasty. Look at Posco 2.5MW fuel cell. We don't make a 2.5MW!!! We won the litigation and have slowly, methodically worked out way back in to a huge market. We signed a 50MW MOU with KEPCO (Parent of KOSPO) in 2022. KEPCO is number 1, possibly #2 Energy provider in SK. I'm actually not certain what happens 1st, restart of existing plants (should be signed this fiscal year, by 10/31) or signing of a new contract for something else? I have reiterated numerous times as soon as the court settlement was public, this is huge for FCE. I'm guessing 90+% of FCE revenue from 2014-2018 was from SK. Then the Posco attack ensued. Now, go to the opposite end of the spectrum. 100+MW, $350M and LTSA, then at least 20MW more, $100M plus for new plant (based on previous reference from FCE about projects in SK averaging at least 20MW). $450M no later than fiscal 2026! Note Q1 call referencing ability to ramp MCFC production as needed for demand. No need currently without orders, but we can easily deliver 50MW before end of fiscal 25 and have ramped to 100MW within 1 year of identified demand. Why hire A SK native GM?? You with me??
Seen plenty suggesting we are not going to reach goals without increasing carbon capture and hydrogen production through further incentives. Potentially cancellation of projects, ie Exxonmobil, is one of the most obvious. I think the US might be contemplating calling Exxonmobil bluff! But they also know they need to get this ball rolling or they are falling further behind. I know, They know this, hence the bills presented this year trying to streamline permitting and expedite getting projects started. The last thing they need is a set back.
General Manager Fuelcell Energy Korea! You think that's for just the couple projects we have? Lol! Get ready, it's coming!!

Nope! But you would imagine once the technology is commercially proven the value of each patent will go up substantially. So let's say in 2027 the company's patents alone may be worth $100 billion dollars.

Lol, just looked at Bloom. Boy, I called that 1 on at least 1 board. Heavy volume first thing this morning up over 11% 10 minutes in. And I said the shorts jumped ship from FCE to hit that and make $ for a day or 2 then short it. Because there's a lot of players all over these fuel cell stocks, from 1 to the other regularly. They took a quick profit in 1 day and Bloom closed down on the day. Lol. Sone day we run, and I mean just like before. These shorts will get completely fried and I'll laugh my A-- off. They're gonna short after 20-30% and we running 1,000%. I hate to wish ill on anyone but when people frivolously impact retail investors, investing hard earned money based on factual diligence, they deserve it. They'll lose any profits they made over years within weeks.
Nice, I'm thinking toy hauler to bring the Harley. And a truck for the toy hauler. Hopefully by next winter when the toy hauler is on sale. The jump from May 2024 through end of year should be far greater than 50%, and in fact I'm more confident of that than any other prediction. In fact, we should peak well over 300% from today's support level before year end. That's conservative from me. With and momentum in the industry and a couple bits of significant news, we could easily do 1,000%, after all, that's well under $10! Put that in perspective, figure 600M shares at $9. We beat that with $0 incentives for fuel cells, no project with Exxonmobil, no sales or mention of selling SOFC, Not even a settlement in South Korea, Toyota not even under construction, Groton in a massive delay, 22MW in generation portfolio, no MOUs with anyone (Oando, TuNur, MHB, KEPCO) no project in Ukraine, no UCONN, no San Bernardino, NO Tax Equity financing, NO access to 500M shares (insuring access to $ as needed), Limitations on Carbon Capture due to JDA restrictions, Named participants in 2 Hydrogen hubs, I could go on forever. TAM has quadrupled at a minimum since 2020! We've added many patents, integral team members to the sales force and board, and actively participated in many seminars and conferences.
Interesting, I certainly don't claim to read every post but I definitely didn't read that one or I would remember. The Doom and gloom was definitely a lot more rampant at the time and the company was in a lot rougher condition financially plus they had just gotten rid of a leader that wasn't a very good one to say the least. I don't really feel like looking back through but you can certainly look through my posts if you feel like taking the time back in 2020. I adamantly pounded the table about how the stock was going up at least 50% before your end, sometime beginning around June all the way through October. I started accumulating as many shares as I could at that point with the plan on making at least 50% profit on all of my new shares and then selling them. Turned out the stock was moving so fast I sold my first set of new shares at over 50% profit around $3.50. That was 500 shares Then I sold increments of 500 shares several more times on the way up. I had added a total of 6,000 shares from summer till October. I actually ended up selling 8,000 shares because it went so high it was ridiculous. Bought a Harley and the house
Nobody knows for sure what cash burn is going to be moving forward but I'm guessing it's going to be less than 40 million per quarter for the remainder of the year. That's 120 million subtracted from 297 million. Cash burn Should be declining at that point. But that leaves them with a minimum of $177 million which still leaves them with more than one year of operations.
Bloom was up over 11% when I looked 10 minutes after the open, on very heavy volume. I just looked and it was up just over 5% on almost a daily average. Course we're only an hour into the trading day and they're already at their daily average. So they've lost 6% since 9:40 this morning. Fuel cell went from about even on average volume to down one penny on heavy vine now over 10 million shares 1 hour into the day. They've got to run out of ammo at some point. I just hope I'm correct about that and about going up very quickly. 50% minimum gain in the first week when they finally stop with the BS. No way anyone can justify under $1 a share. And if they are selling a large amount of shares at this price I'm confident there's a darn good reason. That reason means big business.
Notice the volume difference. People manipulating FCEL are now jumping on the opportunity to play Bloom. They will likely ride it up for a day or two or maybe even longer, Then shorted. I'm sure there's a boatload of money playing all of the fuel cell stocks. Which is directly related to my thought process about this thing running much stronger and much higher than the trickle down. All these people throwing around boatloads of cash to manipulate down will run this fast and hard with the right circumstances. Like let's say an impressive Q2, similar to what's going on with Bloom. Then an impressive Q3, would definitely draw a lot of attention and the more importantly a lot of money.
Cool on both them soliciting you and you inquiring about them asking them asking your local government
Time to get excited when this closes over $.95! Until then I just patiently wait.

Retail are buying but that's small, like hundreds of thousands or a couple million at most. These are all shorts trading with each other trying to lower the bid.
Some constantly claim negativity regarding the company and the stock and never claim to buy, ever
I hope you know some characters on the boards are just that
Without reading your post Max I just posted another long winded one. There's not one individual with a brain that's done any diligence that believe the share price is fair at this point. This is clearly manipulation and when this runs it's going to run stronger than usual, Although I'm not sure if it's going to run as strong as it did when it went to $29 in less than 3 months, I do believe we'll get That type of run in the next 6 to 12 months.
Well we've learned yet more this week. For one, We know the company has the ability to sell shares to raise money, up to 500 million shares. For two, Few He's smarter than any characters on these message boards I'm including myself in that. 3rd, They may have sold shares but there's no way they sold more than 100 million shares. A little elaboration on that. We know now for sure there's plenty of short activity going on. Volume was averaging between 10 and 14 million shares a day on typical days. We've now traded far greater than 350 million shares the past seven trading days. The company has had nothing but good news and oh by the way, quarterly earnings come out for Q2 in approximately 4 weeks. So I got to thinking today I'm supposed to be getting a nice commission this week. Wouldn't I just love to get shares for $0.75. I mean knowing what I know about the company there's no way I'm not going to get a 10 bagger If not and the next 6 months then certainly within the next couple years at the very latest. If Q2 and Q3 earnings are anything like what I expect we don't even need news to go up 200%. Then I got to thinking how I'm salivating over potentially picking up 2000 to $4,000 of shares at this price. Then I was like holy crap. Now I can see why the shorts battle so hard to manipulate the share price as low as possible. There's companies being shorted that are priced at multiples above with their valuation should be. There are companies potentially headed towards bankruptcy in the near term or short term which are being shorted. Then there's other reasons to short company, like for potential hostile takeover, or Just buy shares at a ridiculously low price. A million dollars buys a whole hell of a lot more shares at $0.75 than it does at $2. And anybody with that kind of money isn't stupid enough to think they can run this company into the ground. They're doing it simply to load up on shares. What does that translate to. Well, If you're thinking when I'm thinking now, That translates to the fact that when these people millionaire traders decide it's time to buy and run this thing, We go beyond $29 very quickly because they now know just like we do what the company has.
Thank goodness the board and Mr Few don't really care that much about the share price or retail investors. Otherwise Exxon would have a great opportunity to try to buy fuelcell at 5 to $10 a share. I'm looking for much much more than that. Tri Gen alone is worth more than that. Carbon capture alone is worth more than that. Current assets and remaining IP are worth more than that. We're going to get to $3 a share The fraction of the time it took to go from $2 to $0.75. In fact we'll probably get to $5 in a fraction of that time.
I'm extremely confident Toyota in fuel cell will announce something there working on together at some point this calendar year. But I'm more confident that we will announce something significant in South Korea this fiscal year

Yes, I saw that. Something undeniably very beneficial to the Industry needs to happen
Trying to figure out whatever crap I can. Apparently Black Rock dished 15% of their shares. Vanguard added almost 4%. Vanguard is over 42 million now. Black Rock is still over 35 million. Black Rock may actually be angling to average down by starting a selling frenzy.

South Korea could explain need for $, if selling shares. $100M to add $1B to backlog would make sense!

FCE initially won a moderate amount of $, But more importantly got the Posco monkey off their back. Recent developments are such that FCE Can market and sell directly in South Korea and has been pursuing such stating in recent quarters they are making progress. They're in the latter stages of the sales process hoping and planning to sign a fairly large amount of contracts to restart projects with their technology previously installed in South Korea. Over 100MW of projects are available. Start up would require replacement modules and a commissioning process. They would be accompanied by service agreements. Start up and commissioning would bring in a substantial amount of cash regardless of whether it's 20 megawatts or 100. S&L would add a large amount to backlog.
https://www.mediatewith.me/portfolio/us-korean-fuel-cell-dispute-settles/
We're not talking $10-$20M we're talking 100s of millions, possibly even over $1B to backlog. I have been anticipating this since before the original settlement.
There's so many good things about this company but one of the best things for investors doing their diligence is that they do not have all of her eggs in one basket. They have evolved tremendously over the past 6 plus years. The only significant partner they had with any significant revenue coming in was all coming from Posco until right about the time Few took over. Anybody bashing Jason few has no clue what he's done with the company. First and foremost he immediately took to getting rid of all bad debt and eliminating any unnecessary expenses. Then he made the 5-year plan prioritizing what and how they were going to do to turn the company around. What people don't understand at least it seems like, is the big money is manipulating many stocks including this one. There's not one CEO or individual in the world that can change that. Of course Warren Buffett making a 1 billion dollar investment wouldn't hurt. Any chance you could text him
No rhyme no reason other than shorting. 300 million in cash is plenty for this company for now. Of course they're going to need some cash within the next few quarters in order to maintain more than one year of operational costs. Part of the problem is that I think Few wants to stay well ahead of the game and keep that cash at or over 300 million. Especially since Cap-X has been increasing to grow the company. A $300M mine of credit at prime wouldn't be bad. That would put them beyond 2026 when Porthos should be operational. If you think about it the official ribbon cutting of the port of Long Beach was a huge high-profile deal. That's definitely one of if not the most relevant technology today.
The problem is that we've had a ton of good news You could take any three or four pieces of good news we've had since October and translate that to a higher share price Not a lower share price. So when you combine all of it there's no way to share price should be under a dollar no way. So clearly it's not about fundamentals or the company it's about what the people playing the money want. Which is exactly why the meme craze happened to stick it up there you know what. A Reddit collaboration could easily push this up to $30
Thanks, good luck to you also. Good news monthly moving forward

All signs currently suggest we have solid support over $.84. if we hold through Thursday, I think we get a pop to $1.10 or even up to $1.25. And if that happens, we could get at least a mini squeeze!
Would be awesome if they ended up someone's B---- in Prison! As I've stated repeatedly, great company specific developments since October, anything below $2 makes no sense, let alone ,$1.

DOD, DOE/NETL also working closely with FCE on Groton and several other very HIGH PROFILE projects! Ukraine recently identified a project with FCE. Exxonmobil recently identified a project with FCE (Biggest Carbon Capture project in Europe) at PORTHOS! And extended 10 year JDA, while also expanding FCE right to work with others developing and COMMERCIALIZING. UNDER $1 is unfathomable, and brief! Q2 (early June) and Q3 will impress. IMO, FCE guidance will be raised S soon as, or shortly after contract/s in South Korea surface!

Volume is currently only 97,000 shares. That combined with yesterday's action tells me the shorts have not given up yet. This minimum gain pre 9:00 a.m. could just be the attempt to try to create some volatility again. Historically they want to retest support two to three times minimum. That support check could be in If we hold over yesterday's close through the first hour and break 95 cents.
