I felt two days ago that the MMs knew something (or thought they knew something. When Pimp sold yesterday I WAS SURE OF IT!
The B & A began to expand. This morning it was .0044b .0048 asked

I actually spent 29.95 for a 3 month upgrade so I could put all of the non-neutral, pure negative posters on ignore 2 weeks ago so I wouldn't be influenced by them.

TWO RESULTS:

(1) I've been sleeping a lot better and

(2) I stepped up my buying.

All of these good things happening around us HAS TO BRING GOOD THINGS BACK TO US...HAS TO!

Why? Because I'm 100% certain that good things are coming!

Soccerlogical, I value your posts and I've thought about a r/s since it became inevitable.

I'm not so sure that we won't be helped by the r/s.

I think NEOM has run out of buyers. It's been around for so many years, with such a checkered past, that I believe it has become tarnished.

It needs to do two things. (1) Get non-dilutive financing and (2) recapitalize with a reasonable number of shares outstanding.

IT NEEDS BOTH--one without the other won't work.

I understand what you're saying. I was CEO of a penny stock public company whose PPS went up over 1000% in two weeks but that was a far different situation then NEOM.

Right now, considering the stock environment and the present possibilities that are there for NEOM, I'd rather own 10,000 shares after the r/s then 1,000,000 before.

Jeff, many of us here have seen NEOM at .0011 and lived through it. I have some dry powder to buy more if it gets near that price again.

If NEOM eventually does what I believe it will there will be three types of stockholders left from the old crowd:

The group that stayed.

The group that left and never came back.

The group that left and came back.

That's it! It's not worth getting in a huge huff over the whole situation. Right now, a million shares is only worth $6300---hardly a good used car in real terms. However, a million shares (10,000 shares after the split) properly capitalized and financed with new patents coming out.....

WHO KNOWS WHAT A STOCK LIKE THAT COULD SELL FOR?

Neom could well be THE ONE that investors talk about when they're discussing the history of penny stocks. It could be the one that they talk about when they discuss how YA became a billion dollar corporation.

You're right---there is light at the end of the tunnel and I don't think it's as far down that "hallway" as you believe.

I think you've hit the nail on the head!

YA has to create demand, starting before the r/s and continuing after.

How?

Eliminating dilution.

Getting broker support.

Helping NEOM earn $.

Arranging legitimate financing.

etc.,etc.

In other words, YA can make themselves 100 million or more by playing the game legitimately.

I believe they will. I'm sure that others, hurt to the bone by the past will have a different opinion.

A NEOMEDIA FABLE FOR 2010

In 1964 right after I got out of 2 years honchoing a tank platoon in Germany, I went on a trip to Mexico. We drove and drove and drove---3500 miles in 15 days.

We were leaving Mexico City and were heading south over the mountains. I got a little delirious and felt like I was going downhill when it was clear that we were going UP.

I tried and tried to convince my three companions that we were going DOWN when it was clear that we were going UP.

I had someone (edited to read TWO PEOPLE) try to convince me today that NEOM was actually DOWN today.

Most volume for an UP day since January 21.

Nothing spectacular but decent---I believe that this is what we'll be seeing from now on.

PPS should be building a firm foundation in the area of .006 to .008 and popping above one cent with the next good PR.

Insanity---wishing for exactly the same kind of price movement we had for 6 years and expecting something different.

Expect something different from now on---you may be surprised.

BAD NEWS(the split)---DOWN! "get back in"

Simplistic...every body is thinking the same thing...that's one of the reasons that I don't think it will happen that way.
