Lacy, I can't believe you wrote that. Look at the time and effort Spence put in tonight posting hard facts about the CT and the company. And you blast him because you didn't like the tone of one short post?
Who should RCP have picked? You? We would have to change the name of the board to the "Franks a liar, and you all suck" board.
Great job Spence. Too bad you had to take the time to repeat what can be found on the board header. Unfortunately, some don't bother to read the header, let alone do any DD of their own.
Be prepared for more of the same tomorrow. It will be as if your posts never happened. Maybe you can just reference them instead of having to repeat yourself again. For example..."See post #34888 & 34885" etc.
Nice find, Leder! I hadn't noticed that. More evidence that our relationships with some companies is producing revenue that we aren't yet aware of...but we'll be hearing more about soon.
Exactly, HISC TO THE MOON! LOL. Well, maybe not to the moon right away, but at least into orbit pretty soon.
OT: We all know about the UFO crash in Roswell, New Mexico. I have discovered that RedCloud lives in Texas. And Texas is next to...you got it, New Mexico. Coincidence???
Also, if you rearrange the letters in Spencer Has Arrived and then add a few letters, and take a few others away...it spells Frank Moody. Coincidence???
Lastly, do any of us really know where Spencer was on November 22, 1963???
Important topics to consider if you are thinking of investing in HISC.
Capt, I noticed that plug that Frank slipped in there too. LOL. That was pretty slick on his part.
Jimmy, I am waiting for that day. We still have some good DD going on, but it gets old having to read the same old baseless B.S. We will be rid of the nutcases soon.
Damn straight Capt! This board is useful only because our moderators aren't afraid to throw the garbage out. Looking forward to celebrating with you all. We all know what limp wristed pantywaste won't show up.
Spence, I want to commend you for your excellent work as assistant moderator. You and RedCloud keep this board on track. I appreciate the fact that you are fair in enforcing the rules, and in deleting only the posts that are outrageous B.S. Keep up the good work!
Thanks Dallas, that's really interesting news. I spoke with someone at ActSoft a couple of months ago and they said they were in the process of training Sprint/Nextel reps on the CT. Your news confirms it.
Trading4art originally posted the links to the Trademark applications for the Cyber Rad, Cyber Pass, and Cyber Tracker in January, (posts #18900,18901,18902). They all show an application date of December 2005.
OC, you are the class clown of this board. While some here bash the company, you bash the board. It's like a little kid who wants attention in class, so he keeps interrupting. Why not post something related to HISC? I don't care if anybody likes RedCloud or Spence, but this board is a good source of information. It seems that the people who complain about the way it's run add very little useful information or DD. OT topics are fine with me, but continually bashing the moderators serves no useful purpose.
As for your comment to Spencer to take it public...why? I would prefer you sent PM's to he and RedCloud telling them how rotten they are rather than have to sit hear and read your comments about it every day.
"It may not trade anywhere near .50!"
Good point, Jck. It may trade closer to .75.
Great choice, RedCloud! Spence knows HISC and the products as well as anybody. Spence, thank you for agreeing to take it on. The next couple of months are going to be busy and it's good to know you will be around to help RedCloud keep the board under control and informative.
The push to talk feature works like the Nextel walkie talkie phones. The CT can be called from any phone. The CT can call one preprogrammed number such as a switchboard or supervisor.
Hawaiiguy, You are way off base. You don't understand why RedCloud doesn't want all that information posted, so you should apologize and back off.
Surfer
Well said Mr. President. It's a shame that with all the good DD and honest opinions that we have to put up with that garbage.
I have called ActSoft several times in the past and they have always spoken about the merger in terms of when, not if. They are extremely happy to have added the CT to their product line.
Neutral, Great job. And you deserve kudo's for noticing the mistakes originally and pointing them out to HISS.
Capt, I would like a shot at that punk also. And I would also gladly give both your nuts for the opportunity...LOL
OT: Pam's jewelry would make a great gift. I'm currently doing some intensive DD on a potential recipient. I'll report back after I've completed my DD.
OT: OC, It appears that RedCloud has been ignoring you. You've made it pretty obvious that it was driving you crazy. Give it a rest already. Let's concentrate on finding out what we can about the "new acquisition" possibilities and other HISC related items.
I think you're right, nothing has changed with HISC. The delay is disappointing, so of course the board was a little volatile. But nothing has changed about the products, or the market for the products.
After yesterday this is almost OT, but some people have been looking for the CT on the shelf at Sprint/Nextel stores. It may be on the shelf there someday, but I think the primary sales through Nextel will come from Nextel's sales force making sales calls and selling to their business clients. That's where Nextel would be most effective. ActSoft started training Nextel's outside sales force to sell the CT months ago. ActSoft doesn't have enough sales reps to canvass the country, Nextel does.
RCP,
Good to see you. I hadn't made the connection between the Harvard Club Presentation subsidiary and today's PR, but it's an intriguing thought.
Personally, I hope CyberKey is not in any part of HISC's plan. They may be, but I don't see where there is anything to be gained with CyberKey. The only real connection seems to be BA, and that's not anything to hang your hat on.
I'm still hanging in there. I think that when something happens like today's PR, people tend to immediately focus on the worst possible scenario. There is a long list of DD (most of which has been posted on the board) that would dispel any thoughts of HISC being a scam. I know anything can happen to a young company, and that is my worry, but as far as shareholders being intentionally led down a path to empty our wallets, that's not the case here.
I do think the PR's should answer shareholder questions instead of raising new ones, and that is my primary complaint.
I am also extremely disappointed that idiots like BD are allowed to keep posting their BS. I sent two TOS complaints to Matt, and I know many others did as well, and BD is still around. Matt has effectively let BD and others destroy a very informative and useful message board. Why he would allow it to happen is beyond me.
Sandan, I haven't been reading RB today, is that what you're referring to?
Brillo,
What can I tell you? If you don't believe me, call them! Quit questioning me if you won't do your own DD.
Virtually everybody on here knows that when HISC goes to demo a CT, they take ActSoft reps with them. If you call HISC with a software question, they will generally refer you to ActSoft. If you ask the Sales manager at ActSoft about HISC, he'll tell you they are ecstatic to get the opportunity to work with HISC. I could go on and on. C'mon, man I can't send you pictures and audiotapes.
It does seem that there was one postition held open that was discussed previously.
If you question what I wrote regarding the relationship between ActSoft and HISC, check it out for yourself...as I suggested.
ActSoft is as anxious as HISC to get the acquistion completed. Tom Mitchell (CEO, ActSoft) has stated this himself. ActSoft has hired new sales reps in anticipation of selling the CyberTracker. ActSoft knows they have a great opportunity in aligning themselves with HISC and the CyberTracker. Nobody else (including ActSoft) has anything like the CyberTracker. The sales staff at ActSoft is very excited that they now have an opportunity to sell the CyberTracker.
HISC and ActSoft been working basically as one company for several months. If anybody questions any of this, just pick up the phone and call ActSoft. Ask them about the CyberTracker and ask them about HISC. They will tell you that they began training their sales reps on the CyberTracker long ago, in fact buyers of the CyberTracker are trained by ActSoft reps.
Of course most people already know this, but some people don't want to do their own DD, so I'm just trying to help out.
I don't think they will tell us a lot that we don't already know regarding the responsibilities of each company. Mainly they will confirm what most of us already know. More importantly it will clear up some of the misconceptions and tall tales of the people who doubt it is all going to come off as planned.
Some people have been saying that next week is the "make or break" week. I don't think that is the case. As stated in the PR we will learn the details of the merger, the stock dividend, and get confirmation of which assets will remain with HISC. Those are the major pieces of information I think we will receive from the CC. It would be nice if they included answers to some of the other questions that have been raised, and maybe they will. I definitely do not expect sales/delivery information to be discussed during the CC.
It is in the weeks immediately following the merger that we will begin to see how successful sales have been to this point, and that is when we will see a rise in the PPS. But, as HappyDog (I think) pointed out, we can't forget that this is still a young company that has come a long, long way in a short time. And although I fully expect some sales PR's after the merger, it is not make or break time for the company in the long term.
In short, I don't think we should expect any information next week other than what was slated to be discussed in the CC. Otherwise we may be disappointed.
In regards to the cell phone vs. the CT discussion...The CT's target market is not the same as all those cell phones with tracking that are out there. Although HISC may get some sales in that market, that is not HISC's primary focus. Frank and company have a plan, and we will begin to see the plan come together next week. But it is in the weeks that follow that we will begin to see the results reflected in the PPS.
I don't think the CT was on the Today show. It was on an ABC station in San Francisco, and apparently the story was picked up and aired by affiliate ABC stations.
I agree though, where was BA on this?
The video is a pretty nice two minute commercial for the CyberTracker. Tracking kids driving may not be the biggest market for the CT, but great exposure, and the momentum is slowly beginning to build.
Here's another news story featuring the CyberTracker. This is out of San Francisco. It may be the same story being picked up by different news stations across the country.

You may have have to copy and paste the link. Notice it says that the CyberTracker is sold in Nextel stores.
Okay, I'll take my turn spitting into the wind here.
BadDog, You just mentioned that we should strive to seek the truth on this board. RonReagan and everyone else wants to hear you state why you post here. As you previously stated, you don't own any HISC stock. Why do you post here?
Your technique is to ignore that question, or pretend you don't understand it.
OC, I think that calling people on this board hypocrites was probably what got your post deleted.
Three things you can count on: Death, Taxes, and BadDog will not answer the question honestly.
The merger is getting nearer, and Tom Mitchell is betting his company that HISC will be successful. I betting with him.
Aroy found that the company that had ASFT as their symbol is changing to another symbol, thus making ASFT available. It doesn't involve HISC at all.
Spence, I understood and agreed with your posts. Intentionally misleading people with negative information is not constructive. I don't understand why anybody who owns shares in HISC would support a clown who does that, as she/he is only trying to take your money.
I couldn't figure that out either. I was looking at the first two trades of the day, both at .06. Then I looked at the ask, it was .055?
Neutral brought up a great point earlier about HISC being green today after the large increase in O/S. Solid news will be here soon. I'm talking about the ActSoft acquisition, the merger, and a conference call that should clear up many questions. I don't know about any orders waiting to be announced, although I do expect to see them soon as well.
As far as BD, the resident clown, you are not seeing both sides of the story by reading her garbage, Lacy. Her posts are intentionally misleading. I certainly hope you can see that!!! She may occasionally bring up a good point, but it's mixed in with several erroneous statements that are dishonest and intended only to harm shareholders. How can you, as a shareholder, support that? She stated recently that she holds no shares right now, and yet she posts everyday, throughout the day. You are nuts to pay any attention. Other regular posters bring up relevant points of concern and get well thought out responses. Watch them to get both sides of the story.
OT: For your own good, don't believe a word that the Dog writes. I do not own STTK, but I own HISC and if you want to see how transparent this girl (guy?) is, check out her posts over there for the last couple of weeks. I hope STTK makes everyone a lot of money, but don't do anything based on what Dog says.
I'm just posting here one time to support what some of the others have just written. Ignore the Dog.
I have seen a CyberTracker acquire a signal and track accurately in a glove box, under a car seat and in the trunk of a car. I don't know about the chunnel, but I do know the CT does not need direct line of sight. I don't know the technical aspects, and it may not work in all those locations at all times, but I've seen a CT track a cars speed, and location accurately for hours while the CT was in the glove box. And of course it can provide a wealth of other information if programmed to do so. In addition the ActSoft software allows you to get detailed reports for a particular time period. For instance, if you want to know where and when somebody exceeded a particular speed on Tuesday of last week, you can just enter your search parameters and you have a detailed report in seconds. I know most people on the board are aware of most of this information already, but apparently some are not familiar with it.
Regarding some earlier comments...People who already purchased CyberTrackers shouldn't need "upgraded" CyberTrackers. Since the CyberTracker is essentially a mini-computer, it can be programmed to perform pretty much any function that people can think up. So there is no need for a new or upgraded CyberTracker.
Has anyone else noticed how Jag used to post late at night when there was no one around to point out how his statements were B.S.? Our latest version of Jag seems to be doing the same thing.
Capt,
You can buy the CyberTracker directly from HISS or ActSoft also. Just give them a call and you can have it delivered the next day.
