Ping......
Start of ITC trial was delayed from May to July because of the government shutdown.
I saw the letter saying the end date would slip 3 weeks and posted the link here, but I cannot find the revised schedule that confirms the slip in the start date. This came from a reliable source, but I would like to confirm.
Just helps explain why there is nothing happening.

ITC Delayed
On February 14, 2019, in light of the shutdown of the Federal Government, the ALJ issued Order No. 17, extending the target date to April 13, 2020, with the final ID due on December 13, 2019.

I agree.
QCOM also got 6 years of license agreements with a 2 year extension option.
The settlement was in the Billions!!

The ITC calendar say the decision will be made late this year like November, but not final until March of 2020.
The last entry on pacer monitor says the judge is deciding whether he should wait for the ITC decision or not.
This may have been requested by Apple as a delay tactic.
Interested to see if the lawsuit waits for a decision by the ITC before it rules. If they wait we will hear something March of 2020.
Otherwise this will be over between now and then by settlement.
I am long.
Where did you see the new motion to seal by Apple?
Could be good news. This is the wrong timing to seal anything except the details of the settlement.
The main case was sealed a long time ago.
Mr. Gone,
Newsflash..... There are NO reporting requirements when a stock is traded on the pink sheets.
You will not get any information except from 3rd party sources.
If you are asking my opinion about the financing... I believe that Fortress has rolled that and the interest payments into their Lawsuit fees. These will be paid by Apple as court costs and INVT will retain ownership of the patent portfolio they placed as collateral. There should be no impact on dilution. After the lawsuit news breaks I believe that the stock price will be above $1 on the first day and 30 days later + SEC filing time we could be back on the NASDAQ.
If you are stressed by the silence you are welcome to sell at anytime. The stock is still tradable.
As for me, I am long and plan to hold until payday.
Must be patient.
No news can come out until the lawsuit is over or the ITC ruling is final.
Next ITC settlement conference is late this month and if no settlement at that time the official ruling and its enforcement would be 1st quarter 2020.
I am expecting the lawsuit to be over before the end of 1st quarter 2020.
I am thinking that the judgement of the ITC will help persuade Apple to settle if it is enforced.
I am long.
I see some trades today. Seems like everything is good.
Invt is not on the OTC halt list.
Maybe we will see some trades today.
No trades at all. Is trading somehow blocked?
Maybe news soon? Any ideas?
It is my understanding that the ask price will only go down if there is selling. No selling and no buying means no change to the bid or ask.
I want to buy more, but I am not interested in paying more than 2 cents.
Why no volume today?
I disagree. Iphone sales in Germany and China are being curbed. Huawei is a Chinese government owned competitor to Apple. The Lawsuits in the US will have an impact on Apple and to be a world player will need to pay the back royalties and future royalties.
Remember that the lawsuit is "willful patent infrimgement" and carries a triple damage clause. There is no question that INVT and Fortress owns patents that are being used in all Iphones as they are about the core operation of how 3G and 4GLTE work. These license fees were paid to the previous owner when they owned them. I also believe that all of the costs that Fortress is incurring would be considered recoverable court costs to INVT further increasing the settlement.
None of us know the timing of the end of this lawsuit, but I for one believe that INVT will ultimately win.
BTW the Softbank connection someone else mentioned is also a very big part of the dynamics here. Softbank owns Sprint.
I am long INVT.
Iphone import and sales are banned in China
This ruling in China should help Apple decide to start paying licensing fees. This is very big and may help the case in the US by INVT.

Today the bid/ask is .01/.016 and the volume at 3:16pm was very high at 338210 according to otcmarkets.com . Average volume was 67,000 for the last 30 days.
I see this as another buying opportunity as many others have based on the volume.
This lawsuit will complete and our holdings will become very large based on INVT history. Just look back at their history.
$20 to $148 in March of 2014
$8 to $158 in December of 2009
$31 to $400 in January of 2004
$26 to $450 on December of 2003
There are other examples in the chart showing what this company
has done in the past on Litigation wins.
I am Long and in this to the end. Stay positive.
I also ran across another article where Obama blocked a decision where the Iphone was going to be blocked from sales in the US. I could not find the reference for this post, but many companies have tried to do what INVT is doing.
Interesting news about Apple and Qualcomm. It seems that Qualcomm has succeeded in getting a patent violation claim against Apple, but the ITC lawyer reviewing the case refused to stop Iphone sales in the US. It still has to be reviewed by the full board which might overturn his decision.
The final board decision should be over by the end of December.

Speed the Lawsuit Up
At a minimum the government investigation would apply pressure on all 3 companies to speed the settlement along. I agree this is very good for share holders.
I am long since last year.
I have been holding and adding for some time now. I am in this for the big win and willing to hold for another year if that is what it takes.
