Shorting interest is a little more than the Zero you mentioned. I realize this is not up to date, but this is the latest information available from the OTC. Hope this helps you in your calculations!

Totally agree with you Artman! $NSAV!
Nothing wrong with an idea. There are a lot of ideas out there in the big bad old world. I have lost on several of these and certainly do not want that happening here. Go $NSAV! That we are on the same page! Have a great day!
That is crazy talk! The company already has a clause in their bylaws to prevent a R/S. So why even bring it up!!! A buyback and retirement of shares makes more sense. As someone else suggested, it would screw current shareholders. I have had that happen to me before. Stop talking about stuff like that! Are you crazy!
Thanks Blue for the great DD!
Words of wisdom CJ! Thanks and I agree!
Looks like a few more people want in, before they let it run!
$$NSAV$$
It will as it always does. It you have money and power, you can do almost anything in this country including manipulating the stocks like this one!
$$NSAV$
For sure being held down. Pure manipulation! I guess we wait for the go ahead to let it run! Enjoy the cheaps while you can!
Exactly what I was thinking as well!
$$NSAV$
Chiron understand your thoughts on lack of price movement with news. Rome was not built in a day. When it moves, it will be shocking. Hang up there! At least it was green today! LP1
Maybe you need a new set of glasses! LOL
IMO this finishes green today!
Agree! A lot is happening here right now. Almost blowing my mind. How many Pink OTC stocks pledge to not do a r/s or state that they are not going to add anymore shares to the kitty. We will see hopefully some of those PR's as early as Monday! We then go to the moon! A great weekend to all! Cheers!
The volume is down today. IMO, it is because the smart investors in NSAV know what they have is gold. Since there are no new shares being added from the Company, the competition for the remaining shares as they are traded is going to heat up. The competition will cause it to soon rocket! $$NSAV$$
My shares are in a vault. If it dips I will be adding more and more. Added some already today. The more shares that gather into strong hands, the higher we will see it go!
Hold on and see some major dollars. $$NSAV$$
Sirpeter I heard the same thing!
There is a fight going on at the bottom!
Any single day can be good or bad. We saw the bad yesterday if you are long. In the long run, it is the prize at the end that counts. The market will surprise you when you least expect it! IMO, the long haul looks promising for NSAV!
Which way do you think it is going to go?
Thanks 1hot toddy!
Can you name the source please. That would be a big help! Thanks!
It is power hour Brothers and Sisters! Go NSAV!
Go NSAV!!!
High tight with your shares longs. MM attempting to shake the tree for shares down here.
Huge News for our stock AMEPF!
Go Vision Lithium!
Thanks Blue!
I do not want to get ahead of the curve here too much, but ABEPF should be valued at no less than $20.00. Based on potential reserves in their Sirmac land holding alone, that figure is very conservative in my opinion compared to other Lithium stocks! When you figure the Li2O in the Sirmac site with the potential availability of 304000 metric tons and the average grade of the material, the reserves that this company holds just in this one holding, brings tremendous value to the company and the stockholders.

So right Nasdaq2020!
Hope this helps clear up the T-Trade discussion:
Breaking Down 'Form T'
Trading in extended hours enables investors to react quickly to events that typically occur outside regular market hours, such as earnings reports. However, liquidity may be constrained during such Form T trading, resulting in wide bid-ask spreads. Form T trading is especially suited for overseas investors, since they may conduct the bulk of their U.S. trading when their markets are open but U.S. markets are closed. The growing popularity of electronic communication networks means that Form T trading and filings are bound to continue increasing.
Form T Guidelines
In July 2011, FINRA announced a new Form T submission process, which is still in effect:
"FINRA reminds firms of their obligation to submit to FINRA on the Form T Equity Trade Reporting Form, as soon as practicable, last sale reports of over-the-counter (OTC) transactions in equity securities for which electronic submission is not possible. In addition, FINRA is announcing a new process for the electronic submission of the Form T. Firms are required to submit the Form T in accordance with this new process no later than July 5, 2011."
The new filing portal is FINRA's Firm Gateway. Finra explained: "Through the Firm Gateway, in addition to creating and submitting Form T filings electronically, firms will be able to view, edit and delete draft filings, as well as view previously submitted filings. Firms will be required to continue providing trade details on an Excel spreadsheet as part of the Form T submission. Previously, Form T submissions were done by email, and before email, via paper (email submissions were still called 'Paper Form T')."
Form T Filings: Some Lessons
In the OTC market, Form T trades are mostly the result of accumulated buys or sells handled on a not held basis by block desks, otherwise known as 'late prints.' They have nothing to do with short-selling. Large blocks of shares may not all be sold in a single day, so a broker or market maker would file a Form T for the remainder of shares listed at the average price that day's shares sold for as if they all had sold. If all the shares had sold in that one session, the transaction would have been recorded normally.
And investor sometimes can tell if a Form T transaction is by a buyer or seller by looking at the price the trades were entered at. If entered at the lower end of the day's range and the shares were under pressure, it's likely a seller. If entered at the high end of the range, and shares were surging, it's likely from a buyer.

1. Looking around at VTNL corporate office/home on google maps-6500 Live Oak Drive Kelseyville, CA 95451 . This does not look like much of a corporate office to me.
2. In addition I send a request for information through their website 2 months ago and never got a response.
3. Tried calling during business hours and not even an answer machine.
4. Control of the company has been going back and forth between of couple of people for the past 6 months.
5. Went from 209M shares to 1.2B shares since about October and now 25 b is authorized. Hardly what you do if you publicly state you are buying back.
6. Any buy back is really just in a press release at this time.
7. And anyone can project sales. Until it is in the bank it is just talk.
8. There are a few other companies selling the same items.
9.VTNL is not manufacturing this items themselves, merely private labeling for resell. Anybody could do that seriously.
So people do your own DD. I have! Owned 750,000 shares and sold couple of days ago!
Bottom line do your DD!
Good Luck to all who are still here.
Here is the question: Why increase the A/S to 25B if you are going to buy back? Makes no sense!
A, P and D scheme this past week is still not decisively proven by any of the articles that you provided. Thanks for the information though!
Agree Backstabbed! The current O/S is low. Folks making a big deal about this are attempting to discourage folks into selling to them at lower prices so that they can sell at higher prices. Now is the time to get in. At this price you are either in or out. When this goes to pennies, they are going to be on the sidelines watching you and I get rich!
We are one PR from going to cooper now. When it goes it will be overnight. Basement prices now. On the OTC if you snooze you lose.
Agree! Actually it works in our favor. The states that have already legalized will file suit against the Federal government. This is typical for this administration always talking about rolling back regulations and doing the opposite. Well this is not a roll back in my opinion.
Go States! Stand your ground!
I suppose you all heard today that Attorney General Jeff Sessions rescinded Obama administration memos that had adopted a policy of non-interference with marijuana-friendly state laws. IMO this will not affect us here.
When sourced from hemp instead of marijuana, however, CBD is federally legal for use as a commercial product, which is what VTNL is utilizing, making it a viable legal source of cannabinoids for pets.

Could be possible. If it does, I will be buying as well.
IMO the Convertible Promissory Note is hopefully for a worth while endeavor. Normally CPN's are used for start-ups. Guess we will see if they put it to good use.
It is an indication that something is about to happen. Hopefully the Pet Smart deal is getting started!
Welcome! Thought most probably knew about it. Most people here know the OTC system.
