Tomorrow.
It may end up just being a vote/general discussion, but it's what needed to happen before all the catalysts come into play. Now the countdown begins for filings, acquisitions, mergers, revenue, you name it.
Hoping to get a few more before the meeting!
Knowone with half a brain is going to be selling at 3¢ once the shareholder meeting takes place and PRs start dropping.
I expect some "I told you so's" going in one direction or the other after filing hits. Time will tell.
I've bought plenty and have been the primary source of support of the bid for the past couple weeks.
It's amazing this one isn't flying right now in anticipation of meeting and potential acquisition/mergers.
I'm bid sitting and buying at these levels personally. There's certainly a chance we never hear back from management again, but there's a much better chance that we get an update in the near future which will send this one off good. I like the risk reward. I wouldn't dump my entire savings account here, but I've invested a pretty penny.
258k shares bought today and it's up 60%. How thick are you? You're just helping to prove how thin this trades and how light the float is. Good luck being depressed at your poor trading decisions, I've already made over 400% on this twice. Even if every share went to .0000 I would still have made profit on this one.
I'd love to load up some below 2's before the next run though. Bids in place and awaiting.
Not a typical P&D, look at the CEOs resume. They're going to take the time to do this right and we'll have to wait for updates to come.
Eventually. They can't sell shares above .03 so management will have to pump this up if they want to sell any shares.
I know an oppertunity when I see one. Picked up 150k shares yesterday and had the highest bid in for most of the day today. If the company wants to continue to issue shares above 3 pennies they will have to do something to pump the price.
Over 6 months to wait on any potential positive news. I'll wait until 20's to rebuy. Don't fall in love with a stock, trade it.
Still here, still continuing to load. I own a substantial portion of the float at this point. Good luck taking them from me below a penny.
That's a hefty looking wall at .005. you'll need some serious buying pressure to break through that.
News...here? I wouldn't hold your breath. Quarterly updates are the best you can expect.
I agree with your sentiment. I think long term this is a pretty solid play, but I also think I can afford more shares if I wait a month or two because most OTC investors aren't as patient as you and I.
CHeers!
I told you exactly why I was bearish, read my last post.
Because the near-term looks bleak. What are the bulls here expecting to help the share price recover? The almost guaranteed Q3 downturn? Or the 6+ month wait for Q4 (annual) financials in the HOPE they can get recover enough to get close to last years revenues?
I was lucky enough to sell at a penny because it was stated very clearly that the two of the three largest clients were lost, and more clearly when this would impact the top and bottom line. Why people lost their minds and bought into this after that was announced I have no idea. Oh, right, the stupid mantra 'volume before price'. Logic is apparently overrated.
I was previously a mod here and very bullish, but the writing was on the wall. I'll buy back in the low .002's when this is again a value play...that is as long as no other major clients are lost.
I highly highly doubt we've seen bottom given their are no near term catalysts. Q3 is extremely likely to be a huge downtrend in revenue YOY, and the revenues will slowly be in recovery from there. At A minimum 6 months before annual financials are out at which point they will just have started to replace the lost business. So nothing to look forward to within 6 months = absolute downtrend. .0025 to .003 is likely where this will find a bottom, but it will take months to get down to those levels. History tends to repeat itself, just look at the chart.
This is pinky land after all. While some can, most investors won't wait a month to turn a profit.
Not sure if it's been mentioned yet since I haven't had time to read the posts today, but the domain registration checks out. The domain is registered to Vigil and was registered back in February.
Have to double check on things these days in the OTC with how many scams and fake news gets spread around.
That's very insightful of you, but management disagrees with that statement and have said so in black and white. Just because you don't like it doesn't make it wrong.
Q1 PR stated the loss of those clients and continued on to say it would impact q2 and q3 revenue.
Awful lot of people underwater on this one. Shucks
Tough luck on the loss of top 2 out of 3 clients. Will have to wait until March 2019 for positive growth financials.
If anyone didn't anticipate Q2 and Q3 revenue downturn you didn't do any DD and instead read the pumpers posts and considered that dd. They announced in February that they lost two of their top 3 clients. This was publicly disclosed in their shareholder letter.
The three pump groups that were involved in the recent run have all pulled out for the most part. Should see a bounce here shortly and or a very solid run once filings hit or social media starts printing.
Shhhhh, this is one of my best kept secrets :).
Even if this was a clean shell it would be a steal at the current market cap.
One of the healthiest looking charts I've ever seen.
Continually posting new highs followed by a bit of pullback for consolidation.
Consolidated is needed to get the early investors out and give the stock an opportunity to head further north.
Looking forward for what's to come.
I see I have some new moderator buddies. New friends are always welcome! Feel free to update the inbox as you gents see fit. I gave it an overhaul once the change in ownership took place but I didn't spend much time on it or add much detail so it leaves plenty to be desired.
Cheers and welcome aboard!
Agreed, always best to get in before the run and save yourself the headache of chasing.
Just a theory, but I have a feeling the reg a is going to be put on hold for a while in order to let this beast make a real move north. We shall see!
Some group is most definitely quietly loading this one and I can't blame them at these insanely cheap prices.
Could anyone give me a quick rundown on what's going on with this stock? I see rumors of RM, was it just rumors that sent this past 4 cents a few months back?
Not seeing any filings since early 2016, so just trying to figure out what the hype was all about.
Thanks in advance!!!
I'm sure it will be quiet here until it eventually blows up. Most traders only care to follow the momentum and couldn't recognize value in a stock if it slapped them in the face. They will only convince themselves there's value in a stock once everyone else is already talking about it...hence why the crypto market exploded and had a market cap of over 200 billion for literally no reason at all except hype and momentum.
Certainly a diamond in the rough. The slap today was for aprox $11k. Someone knows something or they wouldn't be dropping coin like that on a stinky pinky.
It's pretty obvious someone is trying to hold this down. Why stack the ask so heavily if you actually wanted a fill? They're trying to load lower while they can. Once filings hit no change for anything under 3 cents. A nickel is more likely.
Yerppp, was it tradeable today? I didn't try but see the share price sitting at $0.00
A very small buy inbetween the bid/ask t-trade...very interesting.
The CEO publicly stated it wouldn't impact financials until Q2 or Q3. Stated in black and white clear as day in the Q1 shareholder letter.
Yup, I think you're right. They kept selling until someone came in and dropped the ask price to hold the surpressed price. Holding long and strong on this bad boy.
