How come the TA hasn't been reported?
It really is sad - not funny - even though I do project some humor. I - for one - will not be laughing when this finally collapses. I certainly won't be laughing at any people who got caught in this sham. I won't even be laughing at those cultists who rant on about Tom. I will be frustrated and sad that Tom will be laughing at the people he fooled and knowing that he will never be held accountable for it.
Yep - that's the history of TC's comments on anything - means nothing in revenue!!
Meanwhile the "partnership" with Google is going gangbusters. Just google Tuitio and you'll find nothing on Tuitio (or Bravatek)!
Perhaps the Boltons want to make sure that they have room to sell between the July 8th (I think) date when they can convert and the release of the Q2 results. We are more than 2/3 through Q2 and still no 8K of significant revenue. My guess is that Q2 will have approximately $1 million in revenue (all from Helpcomm) and nothing else material. That SHOULD finally put the lie to his $25 million estimate for 2018.
And he (they) are allowed to grant that right (total control via Class E) without having a vote? Seems like a gap in the regulations!!
There is actually - I have a copy on a 5.25" floppy that I can mail you. I can't email it though because I no longer have a floppy drive!!!
And the Blackberry OS - which has been discontinued. Tommy's got a monster application there!!!
Is there any evidence that BVTK/Tom even uses ecrypt himself?
Yes - a full $10,000 in 3 months on R&D!! Well - to be fair that is up 400% from a year earlier. SMH
I know that, you know that and anyone who isn't blinded by adulation of TC knows that. But TC is counting on his rabid followers to spin a narrative to keep this trading. All that is needed is a whiff of possibility and it will be spun to be billions!!!
I suspect Bravatek will hope that the cult will conflate this news release with the FB posting about partnering with Google. However, I would think the last thing a company that wants to partner with Google would want to do is post a negative news article about Google.
I guess what they say is true - you really can fool SOME people ALL the time.
Fool me once, shame on you... You know the rest!
Well - the balance sheet is absolutely horrendous - but that is better than it looks. :)
Only 1 employee??? How can you say that??? What about Jim Brown the nationally known sales executive that was brought on a year ago to build a nationwide sales team. There was even a press release about it:
BVTK hires VP Sales. And that team was on pace for record setting Q4 sales. There was a press release on that too:
Record setting Q4 sales.
Now these things must be true because our savior Tommy Boy never lies. So take it back Stemcell because I heard that Tommy Boy wrote on FB that he will hold his breath until you do.
It must be since January this year (<4 months old) since it references buying the Helpcomm assets too.
Well - May 2017 - almost a year ago - Bravatek announced via a press release that they brought on Jim Brown as VP - Sales insert-text-here . Yet - the financials show no income for him and no accrued income liability for him. Kinda begs the question of what a hire is in their mind.
Thank you.
Has there been a mid-month update to the OS count?
Is there a new OS count?
Yep - probably right. Raytheon was 'nascent'in the 1920's. I suspect it is possible that BVTK will be a signature defense contractor in 2110. But for now it is an extremely risky (sub) penny stock that to date has shown no appreciable ability to commercialize anything.
Does this DP tweet from March 26 make anyone stop and say Whaaaaaaaaaaat?
Incredible teamwork from $bvtk and team. Working 7 days per week as usual - not many companies can say that
Because - actually many, many companies do work 7 days a week as usual!!! Especially security technology companies with any customers. Customers want 24/7 support written into license agreements.
I think this shows the naivete of Dennis and the 'size' of his, and even Bravatek's, operation.
Thank god we are all entitled to believe, or disbelieve, what we like. I respect that others have different opinions. But I really can't figure out what TC's and DO's supporters are relying on.
Methinks Tom is having a hissy fit!!!
I hope he doesn't report me to FINRA for saying that. LOL
Okay - I found what I was referring to in the 8k:
Looks like an extra $130,000 (plus bonuses). At ~ 80% COGS this increase coupled with the loss will mean that Helpcomm section will have to do around $6,000,000 to break even.
4. Employees. Buyer will make offers of employment to the following employees of Target with the following compensation terms:
Employee
Base Salary
Quarterly Performance Bonuses
Johnny Bolton
$170,000.00
Per quarter, a performance bonus of 10% of quarterly Base Salary shall be paid if (i) sales targets mutually agreed by the parties are met, (ii) realized expenses are at budget or below, and (iii) the budgeted margin percentage is maintained during that quarter. For each incremental 5% increase over sales targets (maintaining expenses and margin), an additional 1% bonus shall be paid.
Johnathan Bolton (son of Johnny Bolton)
$150,000.00
Per quarter, a performance bonus of 10% of quarterly Base Salary shall be paid if (i) sales targets mutually agreed by the parties are met, (ii) realized expenses are at budget or below, and (iii) the budgeted margin percentage is maintained during that quarter. For each incremental 5% increase over sales targets (maintaining expenses and margin), an additional 1% bonus shall be paid.
Agreed. That is and was my thinking. I thought that Helpcomm could have been marginally profitable and that along with the revenue story TC could have reduced its reliance on convertible debt. But - these financials will actually put more pressure on BVTK to issue notes in order to cover the losses. I also think that, if I remember correctly, it will increase the 'management salaries' for the Helpcomm piece of the business. I say that because I think that I remember that the 8k said that two of the former owners were coming on in positions paying > $150,000 a year.
Just wondering - in your opinion Tenkay - would anyone or a company in the private sector pay $2,400,000 (and assume all the debt) for Helpcomm based on those financials. I can't see why!!!
Tenkay - some questions on the Helpcomm conversion. Hope you can help/answer.
How does it work now that BVTK doesn't have enough room remaining to convert?
Would the preferreds be able to convert all and hold and own ~ 20% of BVTK?
(not that they would do that)
Is there a waiting period before they can convert?
Thanks.
Don't ask me - I'm just pointing out what was posted!!!
Yeah - that's what I was thinking. Sort of hard to understand how so many blindly follow him.

In it Tom says:
"it is the County Executives of America - I have use of an office there any time I need it."
SMH x 1000
Please tell me that is satire!!!!
A helpful definition culled from a Psych 101 textbook:
"Defensiveness involves the attempt to defend weak positions rather than openly admitting their indefensibility and abandoning them. The defensive person is unable to admit weaknesses or errors. Instead, he denies or rationalizes errors, and seeks to defend illogical positions."
So all you need is for it to go up 3125% - or put another way - for market cap to go from around $14 million to $425 million!!! Given that you were burnt by this stock in the previous RS, I really hope it works out for you. But I do doubt it.
Warren Buffett told this story about an oilman that reminds me of TC:
A very successful oilman dies. He faces Saint Peter, who says, “You’ve been a good man and normally I’d send you to heaven, but heaven is full. We only have a place in hell.” The oilman says, “Any chance I could talk to other oilmen who are in heaven? Maybe I can convince someone to switch places with me?” Saint Peter says, “It’s never happened before, but sure, I don’t see any harm in it.” The oilman goes to heaven, finds an oilmen convention and yells, “They found a huge oil discovery in hell!” Oilmen are stampeding out of heaven to hell, and our oilman is running with them. Saint Peter asks him “Why are you going to hell with them? I have a spot in heaven, you can stay.” The oilman answers – “Are you kidding, what if it’s true?
Here's a Bravatek press release: http://bravatek.com/bravateks-viking-telecom-services-group-garners-7-24m-purchase-order/ from 2 years 2 months ago that says that Bravatek/Viking has a 7.24 million dollar purchase order.
Replace Microsoft email services? So I am assuming you are referring to the backend (MS Exchange) replacement - not the client. Any number of companies with a LARGE installed base and proven security in the field come to mind:
Google - Gmail - through G Suite. Apple uses Google servers for its iCloud service. Kinda gives a nod to their security.
IBM has a mail offering see "https://www-03.ibm.com/software/products/en/category/business-email"
Amazon offers a business email service too. see "https://aws.amazon.com/workmail/"
Pretty sure these would be ahead of some unproven, low or no install, one man operated, part-time developed (check the technology payroll/expenses for BVTK) application. But hey - who knows?
Any idea why Helpcomm refers to Bravatek as a partner? Shouldn't it be 'new owner' or 'owner'? Or is this possibly and old statement dredged up to get out the door quickly - with due 'detail to attention' of course?
