Remember this post regarding the Malibu order?
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/IBGR/news/DRYWORLD-5Xs-Q2-Revenues-with-Malibu-Triathlon-Order?id=403548
What if they were to do that again with this deal? Sales start in January, good chance Legend has/had to make a stocking order. If the deal is as lucrative as some believe, wouldn’t at least a low 6 figure order be reasonable to start?
Just a thought….
Well they start selling in January so I guess we will know for sure in a few months, preseason supposedly so not sure if selling picks up later in the year.
I’m not here to convince anyone of anything, it is an opinion board.
It says so in the PR. Also Adidas lost the kit deal this year to Classic Sports. Adidas has had it and the All Blacks for many many years, could it be that Adidas bailed with the new 3-way arrangement because it was not exclusive. Maybe a small company like Classic Sports was willing to take the non-exclusive deal which only gave them the kits exclusive. This league is also the essential minor leagues for the All Blacks. Adidas extended their contract for an unspecified amount of time this year, maybe the All Blacks are testing out Dryworld and Legend before they jump on the same deal? If you see the Ospreys, they sell/sold Macron/Umbro kits, but also sell their own logo’s stuff. It may be the wave of the future where companies like Dryworld white label for teams and fans are buying Manchester United logo’s gear made by Dryworld? Nike and Adidas will be the last to accept that and they may be late to the game.
Damn, you’re determined to twist this into a negative. Bottom line this is millions in revenue per year, and it could open doors to using legend to support huge deals that are out of our reach on our own for now.
Fact is this deal has the probability of creating more revenue next year than our current market value. Add that to Beroe, SLT (which owns not only Malibu, but the Chicago and New York Triathlons as well which we will probably be providing gear for next year), and many small avenues of income as well.
I anticipate Dryworld, if they sign nothing else next year (which is highly doubtful), to do $3-5 million minimum in revenue for 2024. JMHO
Blinded by negativity is a tough disease to suffer with. Hope He gets the help He needs.
#prayingforacure
This is a multi million dollar deal. Best yet is Dryworld doesn’t have to market or sell. Legend will do all the heavy lifting and we just supply the superior gear and cash the checks.
I get the feeling that the audit completed is the next bit of news we get, I’m guessing it should be done at the latest when Q4/10K numbers are due out whether that be 12/31/23 or 1/15/24. I just wish I knew if the Stock Symbol Change Application was already submitted.
When the facts sink in, we see a slow steady climb towards a nickel. Audit and or FINRA and we could see a dime in the days after. JMHO

I will say, this is actually MASSIVE after all.
They didn’t get the kit deal, this is just compression stuff. I’m very underwhelmed.
Two questions:
1) is it minutes away or hours?
2) how “MASSIVE” is it?
SH, I hope the news tomorrow is massive, but I hope even more that it can win back your positive attitude towards Dryworld. We’ve all been in a dark place blaming everything for the sh!tty last 2 years of stock price performance, but I am banking on this as the first and biggest turning point for our fortunes. GLTA!!!!
I was just hoping, they have done premarket, aftermarket, and even mid trading day. I get the feeling with big news like this it is traditionally released before market open.
Less than 12 hours if the PR is premarket.
Yeah!!!!!!
Amen to that
So their disclosures don’t meet your standards then, if I were you, I would invest my time, money and effort somewhere else.
China in my guesstimate is reliant on the Audit being completed. There are still all the Dryworld Industries investors waiting to get their IBGR shares in exchange for the assets of DI. I don’t know, but I assume China belongs to DI until DI gets brought in to IBGR, which can’t happen until we are SEC reporting. I have a sense that once all that happens, China deal signs right away and we get to see how much revenue we will be getting. Pre-Covid in 2019 they talked about getting 200 stores open in China, and we don’t know how many they have at this point, we have seen pictures of several and evidence of online sales and fashion shows. I am not going to make up a number, but I can’t imagine to revenue will be insignificant. JMHO
I believe that too. A deal tomorrow, and audit complete and FINRA possible too by EOM.
If they signed say 11/30, the team and they may have agreed to co-announce on Tuesday, not a long time to hold a secret.
There is no report, it was the potential cryptogram I all but made up:
Our
Ticker
Change
Application
etc
Based off the strange use of capital letters in the post on LinkedIn right before Thanksgiving.
I’m in such a great mood, you can’t even do anything but make me laugh out loud.
They already confirmed the audit was/is under way, so that is not it. I think the LinkedIn post stated 2 weeks ago that FINRA ticker change was submitted, so that is still a couple weeks away from being completed if true (takes about 30 days). They can’t do a bunch of stuff until we are sec reporting, which won’t even be submitted until the audit is done. Massive news would only be something they signed. JMHO
No, I don’t think anything the have had in the “works” that was known getting completed is “massive”. I think this is a deal our Brio partners helped us get.
10/10/23 Brio closed
11/13/23 Tweet that Brio VP’s in Bogota
12/1/23 Tweet saying news coming
There are 20 Premiere soccer teams in Columbia, and more than 1/2 seem to have small and/or local kit makers. With Brio having local manufacturing, I think we qualify as a local manufacturer and I think we got a team. I think it will be multiple times bigger than Beroe, but still not the size by any means of the Brazilian teams they had in 2016, but we don’t have the cash to afford one of those deals yet. Still could be a few million dollars of revenue. JMHO
If they PR premarket, this is the last 30 minutes left to buy before the Announcement. I was hoping to see .03 EOD, but it has no effect on tomorrow, just 3 is a lucky number.
I’d love $1 off the news, but I think we are in the .30 range at most, if it truly is massive like a $2-3 million kit deal, but then again if it is bigger, who knows how high we go?
Schwab stole mine, TDA was awesome, Schwab sucks.
Seems extra quiet in contrast to my adrenaline pumping in anticipation for tomorrow.
Not just you, me too.
Super Tuesday closing fast. 36 hours to premarket news. Or a few more if they announce during trading.
If I thought you had any tiny understanding of IBGR’s current (last 3 years) shares structure or management before, it is completely gone now. HaHaHa.
You still trying to load for Tuesday? One generic negative comment won’t get the share price down. Just bite the bullet and buy.
I agree, this is a revenue impacting event, not a regulatory event. We just got a deal to increase cash flow which is the number one thing we need. These guys have the know how and contacts in the game to get it done, but just like last time it will come down to capital to pay for it at least short term until revenues are in the millions or $10’s of millions etc.
Don’t forget our Brio team was just in Columbia meeting with their contacts and we could have a kit deal there worth 10X beroe.
I think I hear the sounds of people unloading their other investments/flips/trades to buy more Dryworld.
I have no clue but I like “massive”
(That’s what she said)- my teenage son is rubbing off on me.
Wikipedia describes the Starsky and Hutch supporting character as “…..ethically ambiguous, ‘jive-talking’….”
Hmmmmmmmm…..?
If you do the math and the check the timing, the 2 notes being converted would have been about the same amount of shares that have been dumping since early October. It is coincidentally about the same time the RegA expired. Then soon after we get the audit announcement? Be honest I don’t care how they are paying for the audit, I’m just glad it is getting done. So much I believe is pending on getting SEC reporting. Ticker change will grab the attention of traders and remove the shadows of doubt that everyone has about them not getting things done.
It would fit that they got the audit back and maybe they announce its concurrent submission to the SEC.
I wouldn’t hate a FINRA submission announcement either, or better yet, both.
Just an assumption. But I don’t see why it would be gone, I think they mentioned it in the last update?
Not gonna get any argument from me there. I think we are seeing an example of a “seasoned” OTC guy trying doing what he does best, enrich him and his buddies (not including Matt and Brian IMO). I feel he brought these two note holders that just converted their notes supposedly at a fraction of a penny, and I have my suspicions that they had help with share price suppression from Mr. E when he delayed the RevA, and didn’t pursue FINRA and the audit in a timely manner like he was supposed to. Strange how all of the things we’ve been begging for are happening now that the notes are converted at or near the bottom. I’m sure he talked Matt and a Brian into taking the notes out in the first place. Then again without the two weasels (MInsky and Evans) I wouldn’t be holding all the shares I have in Dryworld just waiting for them to take off anytime. He who laughs last, laughs all the way to the bank.
