Yes, I am here. I have been watching HSTA over the last year or so and spoken with contacts dealing with Mr. Lee (CEO) and can say that there will be some great things happening here soon. The stock is acting well much better the last few weeks. The spread has tightened up and the stock looks good. I have been trying to own stock under $4.00. Not easy but now that I've gotten a position I am happy to comment so others can take advantage of the cheap stock.;)

Watching Bruce/PASO rebuild this company after the CLX Merger failed, is very impressive. I'm interested in what the revenues will look like in Q4. Curious how the Stock component will be dealt with. There is just way too much stock out there. PASO will have to bring down the share count, IMO.

Bruce (CEO) operates and manages a clinic that employs healthcare workers and provides a service that shows significantly improved outcomes in patients that have found zero help from traditional and archaic therapies and medicines. Silly (sour grapes) accusations ignore any of the huge changes over the past year. The bottom line here is that anyone relying on "Old News" is a seller of PASO. Anyone aware of what is really happening at PASO is a Buyer. Mark my words regardless of how they get there, IMO, PASO will be much higher this time net year.

The bottom line with PASO is valuation. There is way more upside than downside at the current price, $.002. All PASO has to do is report some revenue growth and the entire look of the stock changes from a "Shell" to a growth stock and that's usually a 5-7 bagger from these levels. I have been accumulating here and strongly believe we will see some much better numbers soon. As always, IMHO

I have been there and met staff. The equipment was arriving as well. The new Pandemic Punch is a huge success!

I live very close to the Lake Success Clinic and had a business in the same building "2001 Building" in Lake Success, NY> Fantastic location, unfortunately, I needed more space and needed to move. I have spoken with the people there at the clinic since I still go there for lunch (Garden Cafe, on the first floor) and visit old tenant friends. The clinic is not the only Exciting part of PASO. The company has partnered with a very successful group from Nevada that is sharing proprietary TMS Technology with PASO's Clinics. The outcomes from Nevada Technology are just short of Incredible. I understand the Patient Outcomes from the Therapy provided by the PASO clinic will contribute to a Clinical Trial. The results could be BLOCKBUSTER!

I've been there and have seen the clinic. I would say they are still receiving equipment. I saw a very large piece of equipment being brought in with a dolly. I was there for a while because there's a pretty good restaurant in the Atrium. I have a lot of experience with this building and know the address very well. I used to work in the same building years ago. Great location. 2-3 miles from Great Neck and Garden City. These are two highly populated areas of Long Island. Very wealthy as well.

I believe the real opportunity as a shareholder of PASO is in the newly acquired Telamentalhealth.com company. There is exploding need for Mental Health Services while Covid has caused the closure of a huge number of MH Clinics or access points. Nobody here seems to be focused on this part.

Why is nobody talking about the reason for any corporate activity in “dead” company. Look at all the guys that posted how dead the Co. is and reiterating the news announcement of EWLL being out of cash, now complaining that something is actually going on to indicate a continuity plan is alive and well. Issuance is due to the deal Happening. Funny how the haters just start to show up after a huge short was laid down on Tuesday. These guys are just the bottom feeders of the industry. I think this is the best sign that all we've been hoping for is coming to be. I have to say that everyone is thinking Mr. Gonzales but in reality he has nothing to do with the Corporate Governance of PASO. He most likely wasn't even allowed to know about this inside event since he is no longer an officer or employee of PASO. I believe PASO management should be thanked. We don't hear much from them but they are the real drivers of this event. IMO Thank You PASO!!!! $.30 here we come!!!!

As I look around at the BB stocks I follow, many had a nice little run earlier in the summer and are now fighting with short pressure. As usual, early moves in anticipation of good news in small cap stocks is met with a short taking advantage of either Good News NEVER coming or delays. We saw this earlier with PASO when the delay was announced. Hopefully this downward pressure will subside in the next few days as we end the month and enter the Fall season. BB historically do well in the fall. It would be really great if we could get some verifiable POSITIVE news about the status of the CLX deal.
