I get what you're saying I really do, and on pretty much all other stocks I don't respond to the same person over a handful of times at most, but in this particular instance if we let him ( and his many screen names) keep this up, and we don't post some FACTS on this board or respond to his mess, new people coming to check this stock or people who have bought and don't know the real facts will indeed start to dump it. That's just a fact. That's how it works. As you can see on this board right now, up till this point, 2 out of ever 3 comments posted in regards to this stock is posted by POCO DUFFMAN. Think about it. This stock won't increase to its' true value with people like him going to every site on the internet slandering it into a hole. It's not like he's some random poster here that says " this stock sucks" or " I wouldn't buy this stock because". If you haven't been following this stock very long, well he's been at it a LONG, LONG time. Come on this board any day or night and those two screen names are working this board relentlessly. You think we're going to make money if we DONT respond to his continual onslaught of liablous slander? He's right. You know, NORMALLY I would do that, but somebody that actually does own this stock has got to take a stance against it or people like him and his many screen names are going to run this company and our money BOTH right into the ground. My opinion is, When you LOSE money you call it a scam, when you MAKE money you call it a 'wise investment". From the Tweets being posted on IBRC board it sounds like they have a completely different agenda. All They've posted about in their last several tweets is in regards to the technology being developed by Dream life. Have you actually looked into the Border and security technology that they've already developed and patented? I'm sorry but I don't think for one minute that DREAM life is going into this deal with POT DREAMS in their eyes. Not with what they have going on. Personally I think BOTH of these companies have something to gain from this venture.

I was referring to the financials in a situation where one company is openly traded on the market and the other isn't. I meant financial disclosure for the party that isn't publicly traded. I would have to assume that IBRC will do just as it always has and publish financials as required by law at the appropriate time. PS.. I would assume that they wouldn't do anything to put themselves in financial jeopardy at a time like this. It would be foolish don't you think?

Is that what happened or is that just random speculation about a merger deal that we don't have any real verification or details of as far as parties involved, financials , etc, etc, etc as of today. We can assume there's some kind of deal happening, and I know there's a lot of speculation as to the who's and the hows, but do we know any of the logistics as of yet? I mean it does sound like we are going to hear something good coming out of this for stock holders but I really haven't found enough details yet to really know what that is except a lot of tweets about this tech company and the 13? million dollar pot deal / updates. We could actually have a COUPLE of things happen if we base everything we know on speculation. Either way it goes I would think it's going to work out well for anyone in at this point.

I have absolutely no idea about that but I would assume we won't get any financials until the first quarterly update. You know how that goes. I doubt that any company would legally release anything publicly that may have the potential to adversely affect trading. Not saying that they have anything to hide, but if they AREN'T legally required to disclose, I seriously doubt they will. Also I would think if the merger has already been completed, if there had to be disclosure they would have done it by now but to be honest I just don't know when any financials ( in a situation where one company is publicly traded and another isn't if that is what's happening) have to be made public.

I don't believe so. Not if they aren't a publicly traded company. I may be wrong but I don't think that sort of information will be disclosed publicly until their first financial update after the buy out / merger / acquisition / whatever you want to call it.

I agree with you. Something is going on here. I think it's going to be beneficial to shareholders no matter what it is and another thing, this is the first time I've gotten to pick up this many shares around this price in quite sometimes. I bought up all I could last week. NOT kidding. At these prices, I'm not going to get hurt either way but with all the mergers and acquisitions and deals that took place in the last year with this company, USUALLY when they post about a coming announcement it means movement. That last deal was a BIG deal and we've been waiting on some progress and updates from that for a month or so now.. I'm in and like anyone else who has followed this company regularly, I'm STAYING in..lol

This company has been in business for over 20 years. They have enough experience in acquisitions and mergers to know what they are getting into. I don't care about all those Dead Indian stories. From every statement he has made that I have had access to, he's continually stated that New Product release dates and other endeavors were to be announced around May-June and some expansions in the works are to come even later. I'm really not sure how you can all a stock that has been constantly riding around a MINIMUM of .0023-25 ish to .003ish+ for a month or more now a Pump / DILUTION.. Can you explain that to me? I don't see how ANYBODY could possibly be making any substantial money off this stock when it hasn't increased or decreased by much more than a MAXIMUM of 1 /10th of a point in the last MONTH. Think about it. People who are vested in this stock know the time lines and what's going on and we've known since we put our money into it so why does that bother you?
