going to put a limit to sell sela today. I will part with some at this price!!!!!
well monday bcit is supposed to trade again and i have been able to trade a few shares in the last week.
I know its a stretch, but it looks like we will be getting 2 million financing as part of the aggrement. lets see what happens.
looks like 240 million fraudulent shares on the market.
oh for a short squeeze!!
I will break even if I can sell all my shares at about .013 cents
but I,m gonna have my shares staggered up to a quarter.
I will say that these bastages should pay for the continued scamming that goes on , and the sec's inability to enforce their own rules.
but then again , its a pinkie
colby.
ps anyone want to make any wagers on the superbowl.
BEARS vs.steelers!!!
I can wager a nano mask with filters
sela continues to push north.
it was a stink special at 1.38 to 1.46
now she smiling at 2.50ish
should be expect to see alaska open up soon?
been away, not to late to say happy new year!!!
I wish you prosperity in 2006 and go dion !!!
stink how about the pop on phpg!!!!!!!!!
nice way to end the year!!!
colby
da bears will be 2006 super bowl champs too!!
Yep and I hate to say but I bought a few k of this at 33 cents and rode it quickly down to 24 cents within no time. I havent heard it in a while, but its probably a pump.
ask yourself this question?--is it a pinkie-- if so, run!!!
I 'm learning that from stink.
ps im leaving for dinner right now to negotiate cubs cards tix for you and your wife stink for a weekend game at wrigley.
so If you can i will get your ass up here at my expense , send you to gejas cafe for a nice dinner and watch the cubs get beat by john rooneys team!!
colby
I have sold 5k at .oo5 rescinded by my broker.(proequities)
but I have a buy at 2 cents since last thursday gtc.
along with a sell at 2 cents. neither has been touched.
Is there any reason why if it is trading why we cannot get the price at 2 cents with this low volume.
also, is this a way for them to capture these fraudulenty shares cheeeep!!!
Its time for sargent pompous and his fancy pants club band to pay up!!!!!!!
Jan 6th will be the equivalent to bcits superbowl weekend!!!!
emfp on the rise again today, i know its gonna be light volume, but did you or rds get in under 70 cents.
Im looking, and see no news.
do you think it was related to dumping warrants.
because if they do get it together, they could really go ballistic!!!
colby
ps I did make an aggrement with emfp. they will be sending me my orig. order and some n2 masks!!!
but I still havent seen em yet!
colby
boy he lets himself off easy for his earlier comments on ifue!!!!
Merry Christmas!!!!!

BOSTON (MarketWatch) -- Writing this column makes me the life-size equivalent of an "I'm With Stupid" t-shirt, a big honking sign pointing a finger at someone else. Today the finger points at me.

It's impossible to define stupid for average investors without sometimes personifying it, showing myself as "lacking normal intelligence and reason."
Fortunately, I didn't show that side of myself often this year, which is why it is with some pleasure (rather than extreme discomfort) that I review the best and worst of Stupid Investment of the Week from 2005.
Stupid Investment of the Week highlights the concerns that make specific securities, plans or products less than ideal for the average consumer. The concept is to showcase trouble in one situation so that readers can better spot similar problems in other cases.
It would be easy to pick just the low-hanging fruit -- trashing the worst mutual funds or stocks teetering near bankruptcy -- but that would be intellectually dishonest. Average investors can find the easy stuff themselves; finding the wolf in sheep's clothing is hard.
The "average investor" factors heavily into where I point my fickle finger. Stock jockeys, day traders and investors with advanced technical timing models or superior company knowledge are far from average, although they represent the bulk of people who send me hate mail.
Clearly, savvy investors can make money using products and strategies that don't work for the average person. Even if an investment makes money, that alone does not make it "smart for the average consumer." Famed value investor Benjamin Graham noted that the market is a voting machine in the short run, but a weighing machine over time; I don't worry about the current vote, just the long-term weight.
Volatility is another critical issue, because studies show that average investors bail out when losses move into the 20% range, meaning that a security which nosedives after gaining some acclaim can be a lousy investment, even if it rebounds to reach new highs. The average investor sees the downturn and is gone when the bounce-back comes.
In most cases, my work has held up. My feelings are unchanged on issues like 4X Made Easy software, Young American Plan insurance for children, the MasterDex 5 Equity Indexed Annuity or 40-year mortgages.
But in suggesting that investors avoid funds that have announced plans to shut down to new investors, I cited Third Avenue Real Estate (TAREX:

FinancialsMore TAVIXTAVIX20.95, -0.49, -2.3%) ; while Third Avenue is a terrific firm, I suggested that it made no difference who ran a fund that was shuttering. Bad call.
Third Avenue Real Estate is up about 4.7% in the six months since that column, while the international fund has gained 10%. While I still wouldn't rush into a fund that's closing, I should not have shut off access to a long-term proven manager.
Rigid rule-driven logic also applied to my pick of Guinness Atkinson Global Energy (GAGEX:

The Guinness pick marked the third straight year I made the top performer at midyear an award winner; all three times, the fund involved has done well for the remainder of the year, earned my apology and then turned south. So while I acknowledge how wrong I look on this one, I may have just been a bit early.
In my role as Professor Stupid, I seldom go easy on stocks, but sometimes I am too hard. One such case involved Emergency Filtration Products (EMFP:

FinancialsMore EMFPEMFP0.77, +0.11, +16.7%) , which I included in a group of microcap stocks being touted as hurricane-recovery plays. The four other stocks named in that column all had real hurricane-related business, but EMFP's products are designed to protect people from avian flu.
Bulk e-mails hyping the stock suggested that EMFP's masks could be used to protect aid workers from mold. Clearly, that was wrong, since the company has never claimed its products should be used that way. I should have given the average investor a bit more credit, recognizing that the tiniest bit of due diligence would have uncovered that the tip was way off base; while the stock is off nearly 30% since the column, it was unfair for me to hammer it as a hurricane play when only the bad-guy manipulator types ever suggested it was in that business.
My worst stock pick actually came at the end of 2004, and was too fresh to review at this time a year ago. Netflix (NFLX:

FinancialsMore NFLXNFLX27.60, +0.21, +0.8%) was hot when I wrote about it, but analysts hated it and short sellers were dogging it; I ignored the company's growth and focused on its lacking profits, noting that its financials bore the "quintessential snapshot of every overvalued Internet bubble-era stock that ever burned brightly before going supernova and blowing up."
The stock is up 130% since, and while I still think it's overpriced, Netflix not only addressed all my concerns, it flew past them. My bad.

FinancialsMore IFUEIFUE1.79, -0.06, -3.5%) earned its award while being touted by a hedge fund manager who owns a big slug of the stock. I focused on its lack of sales and profits and discounted the fact that its products were just reaching the launching pad; I'm still not sure this kind of tiny stock belongs in the portfolio of an average investor, but I know that the gain of nearly 50% plus a slew of new contracts means the stock deserved better treatment than it got from me.
In all, 12 of the 18 stocks named in my column this year suffered a decline of at least 25% after they were featured. Four of the last five stocks I picked in 2004 -- all too close to call at this point a year ago -- suffered the same fate.

In the end, it's probably a good year when I can cover 52 week's worth of stupid investments with only a modicum of stupid commentary. That said, however, I'll try to do better in '06.

Its just a major gut feeling, im not in love with the ceo, i like the business plan and the actsoft purchase.
