I'm late checking tweets and posts on Ihub this am. Why the rally? Any new info get posted today?
Maybe they are going to have some serious backing once all their ducks are lined up? Thoughts?
Do you think there will be a share buy-back following a reverse split?
Next week for sure. If not the week after. If not then wait another week...
Agreed. It will take a while before the prospects of revenue turn to earned revenue but things are moving in the right direction. Sure the financials are crappy but that's all historical information. The go-forward potential is the enticement here.
Looked like a 67 mustang to me.
Do you think this may mean border wall news?
That was expected. It's all historical data. It's the business plan that has us on board.
I wonder is this is border wall related or if they are being picked up by BVTK. Can't wait for the PR.
Enough is never enough! ;)
Sorry Shotsky. I gotta put one foot in my mouth and one up my a$$ but you are correct. I'll write this one off to group think and not reading and understanding clearly (no more Sunday night tequila shots).
Project Revenue - Cost of Development and Delivery = Project Sales Margin
Project Sales Margin x (10%-20%)= BVTK's cut
The term "project" is inserted into language as this formula will be applied on a project by project basis.
Yep clear as day. In all my days as an accountant contract cuts are always revenue based.
I'm sure the services will be priced so that Darkpulse does not lose money. BVTK's cut is already baked into the contract price.
Seems pretty clear to me. Doesn't make sense BVTK would get paid a percentage of gross profit. The BVTK payment based on percentage of revenue would be cost of goods sold to Darkpulse.
Aren't value of the contract and revenue the same thing?
Revenue(aka value of contract aka Bob) - Cost of Goods Sold = Gross Profit.
We talking about Border Security news?
That certainly sounds more promising!
D-Town in the house!! That certainly is a swanky part of town, despite the crap-ass Valley View Mall turned flea market, next door. Thanks for posting!
Same here. Trying to load up what I can.
To quote Adam Sandler!!!
Can't imagine this guy being involved in a penny stock scam. His credibility is paramount.
Very well said.
All of the above?
Great information!! Certainly instills more confidence in Bravatek. Other than late financials, which I might add are historical and highly irrelevant at this point, I like what I am seeing. Tom is very transparent and vocal about BVTK's plans.
These high caliber folks have better things to do than release bs pr's. You are gravely mistaken.
Like it. Clear, concise and to the point.
Well said. And with the agreement with Voosh LLC, that only adds another heavy hitter to the long list.
Voosh CEO is a heavy hitter after researching his Linkedin profile. This position is getting better by the day. I wonder if eventually Bravatek will buy-out Voosh. The language of the press release certainly lends to this.
Don't pay Volcano any mind. He posts the same dribble on other boards.
Definitely a long-term position. I do hope for more dips, however, to load up on more.
Agreed. Great transparency.
Tommy Boy is certainly the guy to turn this ship around. He instills confidence; Government contracts would further solidify.
I agree. This guy is the real deal. His credentials and background certainly instill confidence. Not to mention his career in government and the connections he's made during his tenure, especially during a time when cyber-attacks are a hot button. The timing couldn't be better.
Obviously a fake. This stock will stand on it's own merits. Of course all information coming outta BVTK falls under the forward looking safe harbor provision but man do I love their tune. These are some high caliber folks running this show.
Tomatoes Tomatos.
The barrel of oil is still under $50 and small E&P companies are already talking about layoffs. What can we expect from Crawford?
Man where did you get your PHD? Helluva post!
That picture is faker than a $3 bill.
This week for sure, if not next week for sure...and round and round we go.
I think the bar napkin the financials were written on made a trip to the cleaners or were possibly used to wipe off certain fluids at one of those 24 hr Spa joints. The hold up lies in re-creating the napkin...hard work fellas.
